Works great for this old guy!
I’m 62, had a hip replacement a few years back, and my doctor told me to be cautious with high-impact activity. I wasn’t sure about this stepper, but I was curious. My wife and I tackled the assembly together. It’s not light, but the instructions were easy to follow. Took us about an hour and we didn’t have any leftover pieces, which is always a good sign! First time on, my hip was a bit sore, and I thought, ‘Maybe this isn’t for me.’ But I noticed that where I placed my feet really changed how my hip felt.(The pads for your feet are quit big with lots of room to place your feet where your most comfortable) Once I got the position right, no more hip pain. Now I’m using it every other day, and not only is the pain gone, but my hip feels stronger. I can tell I’m getting better stability in that leg from doing 20-minute sessions. Climbing stairs is a piece of cake and getting easier as I keep training. This thing really delivers." I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.” It's fantastic! And so much nicer than going to the gym.

Awesome piece of equipment
I’m super impressed with this stepper. The burn you get with this thing in just a few minutes is something else. It really does give you a great workout! Overall it was really easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to follow. I think the screen size is great on the machine, not too big but not too small. I love the fan on the stepper. It is so strong which is helpful when using it. The cup holder is in a great and easy spot too. I wish it had an easier way to turn it on and off rather than plugging it in each time but this doesn’t affect the workout you get. This is an incentivized review and I have a family member who works with NordicTrack but these are my own thoughts and opinions. I really do recommend this machine if you’re looking for a great workout.

As a new mom, this machine has been a game changer
I am so happy I found this machine! I have struggled finding a good workout routine since being a new mom because leaving to go to the gym isn’t really an option anymore. I love that this machine is so quiet too so I can still workout with my baby in the same room. This machine was easy to set up and I would highly recommend.

New favorite machine!
This machine has been great for my lifestyle of being able to have options to work out from home. I have been a treadmill girl and I love this new step climber. The compact size has been a nice addition to my home gym and I love the resistance and abilities that this machine has. I would highly recommend this to anyone and I was given this machine to share my unbiased and honest review.

Cardio game changer
This stair stepper has really helped me keep my exercise routine. I've struggled with staying consistent, especially when I have to drive to a gym, but having a stair stepper that fits in my house has been a game changer. I also like that it comes with an app and tracks my progress. The app that goes with it is cheaper than my monthly gym membership, so I've even contemplated quitting the gym and just buying a couple of free weights. I actually look forward to cardio now. The screen is high res and is easy to use. This is an incentivized review, but I would recommend it to friends and family!

A Good Fit for My Busy Life
I’m so glad I gave this a shot! With two toddlers at home, it’s hard to get to the gym, but the NordicTrack Stair Stepper has been such a convenient way for me to stay active.
The movement is gentle and smooth. It works my legs and glutes, but doesn’t bother my knees or hips, which was super important to me. It's really quiet too, so I can use it while the kids nap or when I’m catching up on a podcast.
I do wish it had a little shelf for my phone or tablet—it only has a cup holder, and even that doesn’t fit my big water bottle. The screen is fine, but not amazing. I don’t use the workout programs, just pop in some resistance and go.
All in all, it fits into my routine nicely and makes me feel like I’m doing something good for myself.

Great workout at home
We have had this stair climber for about a month and it has quickly become a favorite in my workout routine. I wanted something that would be comparable to a gym workout in my home for the days I cant make it to the gym, and this gets the job done. It is great for cardio but also can be used for endurance and strength training depending on the resistance used. It was easy to put together and learn how to use. My only issue is having to unplug it to power it down, but its not a big deal overall.

Engaging Stair Stepper, Easy to Use
I’ve had the NordicTrack Step Climber for a few weeks now, and I’m very satisfied with how it fits into my home workout routine. I was drawn to it because I wanted something more engaging than a treadmill, and this machine delivers with a smooth, hiking-like motion that challenges me in a good way.
What really impressed me was how easy it was to set up. I expected it to take hours, but I had it fully assembled and running in about an hour and a half. The footprint is also smaller than I expected, so it doesn’t crowd my home gym space. The build quality is solid and the machine runs quietly, which is a big plus.
The touchscreen interface is responsive and makes it easy to navigate through iFIT workouts, which I’ve really enjoyed. If I could suggest improvements, it would be to add a dedicated space for a phone or towel, since there’s only one cupholder. Also, it’s a bit inconvenient that they recommend unplugging the machine after each use, but it’s a minor thing. I also would have liked if there were some standard workouts that were free to use instead of having to have the full IFIT subscription. This is a good machine that gives you that cardio workout from home.
Overall, this is a well-designed and efficient cardio machine that delivers a great workout with minimal setup and space requirements. This is an incentivized review.

Love the Machine, Not the Screen
Honestly, this thing is a beast in the best way. Feels like an elliptical and a stair climber had a kid. I lift most days, but when I need cardio, this gets it done without chewing up floor space. Super smooth stepping and doesn’t make a racket — huge plus for morning sessions.
But man, the tech side is rough. iFit’s touchscreen doesn’t like sweaty fingers (bad combo for cardio). And to watch anything like Netflix or Prime? Gotta pay for the subscription. Even then, the way the machine’s UI overlaps with Netflix makes it hard to control subtitles or menus.
The hardware? Excellent. The software? Needs work. Fingers crossed for updates. Give me YouTube access and I’d be fully sold.
