the 3D instructions were helpful, I wish it would talk more to tell you the next steps so you dont have to stop and see what paet you need next, but other than that, it was easy and I did it by myself.

Exceeds expectations
I would call this a mid level offset smoker, for entry level price. Bang for buck it’s a great smoker. I’ve done 4 cooks on it so far. Super happy with temperature control. After first cook I feel totally comfortable walking away for an hour at a time once I got a good bed of coals.(I use just wood, no charcoal). Never used a premium offset smoker before but for the average “Joe” this one is perfect

Well thought out
I just bought my first offset. The heavy duty construction is impressive. The glow in the dark temperature guage is a great touch. Unit holds temperature well. Lots of bang for the buck.
The stainless internal charcoal box and smoker cover are great affordable Oklahoma Joe accessories too. Thanks for all you do.

Easy to assemble!
Easy to assemble. I’m 77 years old & I only needed my wife to hold the fire box in place so that I could start two bolts. Probably could have made a jig to hold it in place but, I was in a hurry. Will do the burn in tomorrow & after that, I will smoke some ribs - or, chicken - or brisket - decisions, decisions - Hmmm. Can’t wait.

Awesome grill and smoker
I finally broke down over a month ago and purchased this smoker. Well it has been one of the best purchases I have ever made. I have used it several times already and it does great. When smoking with it it is so easy to regulate the temperature. The only thing I just wished it came with the warming rack that it even shows on the box of the item. That would make it a lot better when you are grilling with it. However I am very pleased with the smoker/grill. Others said something about paint peeling off but I have not had that happen to this one and I have had it real hot to sear some steaks.

Great grill and smoker
Holds its heat well, and very well built. I grilled 13 steaks at once the 4th of July and they all came out excellent. Awesome smoker for the price.

My curse
10 years old ,best grill ever . Use at least 3 days a week even in winter . Brisket, steaks ,burgers ,chicken ,ribs . Only downside is I have to cook because I introduced friends an family to my oklahoma Joe's offset smoker . Now they all expect it . Love my grill. Don Bohanon

The cooking chamber has a generous amount of space that should suit most people’s cooking needs. All of the food that my husband cooked on this smoker has had the most incredible bark and flavor. The reverse flow tends to cook a little quicker than a regular offset smoker, and I hardly encounter any stalling in my husband cooks. Oklahoma Joe’s .

It was easy to assemble and is the perfect smoker for smaller backyards. It’s large enough to smoke multiple dishes without taking up the whole yard.
The smoker is easy to use and produces a great flavor. I will say it’s a tad harder to clean than a normal grill as there isn’t an opening or “vent” in the bottom like you see in charcoal grills.
Cant wait to experiment with more dishes!

Premium, high quality grill
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have an Oklahoma Joe grill that’s about 10 years old and it’s still in great shape. My husband cooks for a lot of people at his job during employee appreciation events, so we were excited to get this one! It’s extremely well made, spacious and very sturdy. The smoke box has a pull out tray to dump the ashes (which is very handy; our old one didn’t have that). These cost a little more, but they are well worth it!!

I can grill and smoke at the same time. Setup took about an hour. My thirteen year old daughter and I put it together. It wasn’t too complicated.
