At P.C. Richard & Son, we understand how easy it is to get carried away with the excitement of a shiny new appliance for your home. The two most important elements that tend to get lost in the shuffle are the appliance's fuel type and its plug type, and we want you to make double sure you've got the correct ones on the way. This especially applies to the following types of appliances:

  • Dryers
  • Ranges
  • Cooktops
  • Wall Ovens

If you recently ordered an appliance from us that comes in electric AND gas models, double-checking the fuel type on your order can save you some extra steps later. If you're awaiting delivery on a new dryer, range, cooktop or wall oven, take a moment right now to look at your order and make sure you selected the correct fuel type.

Another important item to check for your soon-arriving appliance is the plug type. A gas appliance can plug into a standard three-prong 110V outlet. However, an electric appliance requires a 220V outlet. Take a moment right now to check your new appliance's space and make sure the correct outlet is available.

If it turns out you've ordered the wrong type of appliance, relax! We make it easy to change your order. Simply call 1-877-727-1909 or email support@pcrichard.com with your order information, and a member of our customer service team will help you out right away.
