Over The Range Microwave Installation Services

• Bring the over-the-range microwave into your home and place it in the kitchen within its box
• If purchased, we'll haul away your old over-the-range microwave (over the range microwave oven must be disconnected and removed from opening)

• Disconnection of an existing microwave
• Direct replacement to existing duct work and transition or duct-free 
• Mounting of microwave to solid, existing cabinet
• Securing of support mount to the studs on the rear sheetrock wall
• Installation of recirculating filters, if supplied or purchased separately
• Connection to existing 115V electrical outlet, which must be located in the upper cabinet

For an additional cost, we can do the following:

• Cut cabinets or backsplashes to fit microwave
• Secure the microwave bracket to a rear wall with a surface of tile, stone, or other solid
• Run new ventilation ducting
• Haul away your old microwave

• An existing 115V outlet less than 4 ft from your microwave's spot inside the upper cabinet
• Any surrounding cabinetry installed

• Make sure you have the required minimum space for your new microwave's height and width. Please note that we're not responsible for any aesthetic differences due to changes in your microwave's dimensions.
• Make sure there's a clear path between your front door and your kitchen.
• Clear the kitchen of any clutter, debris or dust, and secure any pets.
• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 must be present in your home to accept the delivery.

• Your microwave will be delivered curbside at your home with no installation or in-home placement.
• Kindly note that this is the only option for delivery addresses outside of the P.C. Richard & Son local area.
• Unfortunately haul-away is not an option for freight deliveries.

• Be advised that an adult over the age of 18 (19 in Nebraska or Alabama) must be present in your home to accept the delivery.
• It's a good idea to make sure at least one more person is around to help carry your microwave into your kitchen.
