Great phone system but weird way to program.
I replaced my previous Panasonic phone set with these to get a few more features. Great phones. The only issue is changing the settings or even recording an outgoing message. They use special "codes" for EVERYTHING!!! So, whatever you do . . . DON'T lose the user manual. If you do, you'll never figure anything out!

third set of Panasonic phones
This is our third set of Panasonic phones and work perfectly for us. The last set (less than a year old) did not have the belt clip for the handset. The clip was on our previous set and surely were missed not being on them. We ordered this model due to having the belt clip capability. Always have had great experience with Panasonic cordless phones.

Am very pleased with this cordless phone system so far!
I am very pleased so far. I still don’t know how to use all the features…like linking my cell phone . I’m waiting for my tech savvy grandson to have some time to get the rest of the features working for me. I am so happy about the call blocking features and am pleased with the caller ID. The phones are clear when talking on them for me and for those on the other end of the line! I’m enjoying having the phone book feature and am learning how to add and how to get to the phone book. All-in-all…I am very pleased. Up to this time I have had two phones…one upstairs and one downstairs…now I have them throughout the house with 5…makes my life much easier!

Does everything - almost
Stops unwanted calls, both automatically and selectively. Automatically adds accepted calls to phonebook. Loads contacts from cell phones to phonebook. Answer and make calls from nearby cell phones via Wi-Fi. Announces who is calling. Verbally answer calls. Uses AAA batteries and keeps them charged.
Would be nice to be able to verbally add phonebook entries.

High quality wireless landline phones
Took one day to charge all the handsets and base unit then customize settings, preferences and phone book of our contacts. Very intuitive system, even comes with more than 1000 scam callers already blocked.

I have only used Panasonic cordless phones for many years. Would have given this group a five star, but only works for a very short distance. Always have been able to carry them outside not this one must stay very close to the house.

KX-TGF975 - phones work
Installation was painful because the process and command processing is not intuitive. The quick start guide is helpful; the user manual is very complete. The need for a numerical code to perform some operations is unwieldy. #nnnn is not a user friendly interface. I linked one of our cells phones to the desktop phone in order to transfer the phone book, and have since unlinked the cell phone.
We wear hearing aids, and the app that links our cell phones directly to our hearing aids is a life-saver. Clarity and volume on the new Panasonic phones is inferior and a disappointment. Increasing the volume by pushing on the large center button on the handset is not handy when you're using the handset. Having to set up each handset individually seems to be overkill.
The phones look great, and we're trying to always use the speaker feature.

Overall, a fine product but a number of irritations. the left and right selection buttons for onscreen functions are awkward; Sound quality could be better; link to bluetooth headset failed for the 3 headsets I tried - one definitely had the required HSP. Expected more from Panasonic

Nice but static on line. Hard to hear.
Nice phone and east to setup. However, there was static noise on the phone once it was connected to an iPhone via bluetooth. You can make out going calls on your iPhone and answer iPhone calls but the static on the line was too much. When I returned the phone one of the reasons I could select was noise on the line.

Doesn't work well with non-Bheadset.
When using a headset connected to the headset jack on a handset, the person I'm talking to can't hear me. This phone apparently doesn't work well with the microphone in such a headset. The headset works well with other phones, so the problem isn't with the headset. The problem seems to be in the telephone handset. There's no setting in the phone to adjust the sensitivity of the headset microphone.
There doesn't appear to be an email address for Panasonic support to ask about this. If there is, it's extremely well-hidden.
