Excellent Treadmill for Winter workouts
I am really enjoying this treadmill so far. I typically like to walk outdoors but having this for the cold weather has been awesome. I have been really happy with the low impact on my knees when running. This is something I am not able to do outside but the treadmill is really smooth and I haven't had any discomfort when running on it.
The display is simple with necessary features. I like the quick buttons for adjusting the incline and speed. The incline is pretty smooth adjusting to height and almost undetected except the extra noise which isn't to bad.
There is a fan on the console which is really great extra feature.
I have really liked using the Ifit workouts sync on the treadmill. This is totally an extra perk (requires membership) but I do like the variety and the ease of programs to just push play and have the workout adjusting the treadmill and keeping track for me. Also the feature of watching the workout in different locations makes it fun when running indoors.
If you opt to assemble yourself plan for 1-2hrs. And having 2 people will help it go smoother. The directions and parts are very organized and everything is labeled to make it easy to find and follow the directions. The tools provided where great but we did use a socket which was much faster to tighten the bolts. There are a few things that were a bit tricky but manageable. Once it's built it's very sturdy and the fold-up feature is handy to minimize space.
Overall I am very pleased with this Treadmill.

Incline and speed
After using this treadmill for a week, these are my thoughts so far -
1. I’m a big fan of the overall build of the machine
2. I can get into good running intervals without it lagging or skipping any steps
3. Set up was pretty easy overall
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable treadmill.

Great for sprints
Needed a new treadmill for sprint training and this works wonderfully. I haven’t tried it at max speed yet but to just run 9 mph it has done fantastic. All equipment seems solid and well made. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Very impressive treadmill!
I must say, I've been thoroughly impressed by this treadmill’s performance and features.
Pros:
1. Sturdy Build: The treadmill feels stable and durable. I don't feel like I'm going to break it or fall off.
2. Hydraulic Storage: The hydraulic storage feature is a game-changer. It’s incredibly easy to raise and lower and I don't worry about it coming down on my kids at all.
3. Excellent Incline Functionality: The incline feature adds a lot of options for workout variety.
4. Low Noise Operation: I appreciated how quiet this treadmill runs. It's not disruptive, allowing for a comfortable exercise experience.
Cons:
1. Assembly Complexity: Assembling this treadmill might require some time and effort due to its decently in-depth assembly process. While it's not a major drawback, it's something to consider.
2. Fan Positioning: I love the fan as a feature, but I wish it had adjustable positioning. As a shorter user, it blows right into my nose and eyes unless I alter the way I’m walking.
3. Abrupt Stopping: It’s helpful to know that when you press the stop button, the machine will stop fairly abruptly. Not a problem if you are prepared, but if you are used to a treadmill that slows down more slowly, the first few uses might catch you off guard.
Overall, I highly recommend this treadmill!

perfect for everyday running
The set up is straight forward and pretty simple but definitely recommend 2 people.
The belts starts and stops smoothly and is smooth to run on. Monitor is really easy to use and straightforward. The iFit trial is pretty cool! I've never ran with a trainer or the scenery runs so it's been a great addition to mix up the runs.
Very satisfied with this treadmill and highly recommend.

Solid Treadmill
So far, this treadmill has been a great addition to the gym. It's not too bad of a setup process as at all, though will require a couple of people. It's got a lot of nice features and seems to run real smooth once you got it up and going. The control panel is easy to navigate and use. The cushion seems pretty nice so far while running. I do like that is has fans, though I always wish they are more powerful. I also wish it had a little bigger incline so I could train a little more hiking during the winter. But other then those small complaints, the treadmill has been great. I do like that it comes with the ifit enabled, and that's nice when you have the free trials to use. But it is a bit expensive for my taste. So I don't think it would ever be worth paying for for me. This is an incentivized review.

Love this treadmill!
I train for my half marathon on this and get a lot of miles in. Great quality, very quiet when running, and just overall really like this machine. The screen is great, fan works amazing, belt is very sturdy. Love the motor size. Great price point too!

Awesome treadmill
Loving this equipment and ifit subscription so far! Delivery was incredibly fast. My husband was able to up the machine in about an hour. It is a bit loud when adjusting the incline but it's not a problem by any means. There are so many options with the ifit subscription which is great. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking at getting a treadmill.

I love this treadmill
I live in a very windy part of the desert, so outdoor running is hit or miss. This treadmill changes that! It was easy to put together (I did it by myself, but that's not recommended because it is very heavy), it is easy to use and store. I use it every day and I've seen these treadmills in professional gyms, so know they can go the distance. Very reasonably priced for the quality of this product.

Good Treadmill for basic needs
After putting the treadmill to the test, I'm excited to share my experience, especially considering its durability and functionality in smaller spaces.
This treadmill proves to be a robust companion, easily maneuverable in confined areas. It covers all the basic functions one could need, providing a reliable foundation for various workouts.
While there is some belt noise, it doesn't detract from the overall performance. Notably, I pushed the treadmill to higher speeds and found it capable of handling the challenge, showcasing its durability.

Satisfying Treadmill Experience with a Few Hiccups
I recently had the opportunity to try out a new treadmill, and I wanted to share my experience with you. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the product, but there were a few aspects worth mentioning.
Firstly, the setup process did take a bit longer than expected. Additionally, we encountered some issues with a few pieces breaking off during assembly. Fortunately, these setbacks didn't affect the treadmill's performance, and we were able to address them without compromising the overall functionality.
Once set up, the treadmill proved to be user-friendly. Navigating through the screens to adjust settings, speed, and incline was straightforward, although a bit more intuitive design could have been appreciated.
One notable point is the noise generated by the new belt. Initially, there was some audible sound, but it diminished over time. It's worth considering if you prioritize a silent workout environment.
The transitions between different speeds and incline levels were impressively smooth. This feature contributes to a seamless and enjoyable workout experience, allowing for efficient adjustments without interrupting your rhythm.
The treadmill's size is ideal for smaller spaces, making it a great fit for those with limited room. Moving it around is a breeze, and I found that one person can easily handle the task.
In conclusion, despite the initial challenges during setup and the minor noise issue with the new belt, I am overall very satisfied with the treadmill. Great Treadmill
This is a well built treadmill. The controls are easy to use. The belt starts and stops and changes speed smoothly. Setup us pretty strait forward with the instructions provided, but it did take a couple of hours to get it moved inside and put it together.

Nice Treadmill, has a couple little hang-ups
Overall I give the treadmill a 4 out of 5. The treadmill itself was very easy to put together and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. You definitely need two people to assemble this because the treadmill is a bit heavy and when you are installing the bar that holds the treadmill up when you are storing it, you need someone to hold it up. The treadmill itself works well, the buttons are easy to push and very responsive. You can use a fan as well while working out which was very useful. The speed and incline features are quick to change without much delay. The overall operation of the treadmill is quiet and doesn’t make a lot of noise. The big flaws that I found were that you have to download the Ifit app and activate your treadmill or it won’t work at all. I had a bit of difficulty getting it to sync with my phone at all even though I already had an ifit account from previous equipment. My husband downloaded the app and logged into my account and was able to get the treadmill activated without a problem, so it may have been my own phone causing the issue. The only other concern that I have is that on the very low speeds 1.0 – 2.5 miles per hour, the belt would lag while you were walking. This could be a big problem for someone who is trying to do rehab or the elderly. Any speed over 2.5 didn’t seem to have this problem. One other note that is neither pro or con, if you have a phone that is actively connected to this treadmill, it will not operate unless you have the app open. The machine overall is easy to use an operate, If you have the ifit membership, it has great workouts that include simple beginner exercise or walking activities, as well as lots of other fitness programs to help you meet your fitness goals.

A few things could be improved.
Once I set what is displayed during exercise I should not have to reset it each time I exercise. Also, since lowering the elevation before folding is a must, why not have the elevation automatically reset to zero when the exercise session is completed. It would also be very helpful if your company would engage for the delivery people to take the old treadmill away, especially since it was a Proform. Finally, it would be great to be able to get to a human to troubleshoot instead of robots which waste a lot of time.

Still isn’t here
I keep getting emails saying some one will call in 24 to 48 hours….i think I’ve gotten 3 so far…but nothing. Now I have an email asking how I’m enjoying it. I’m sure once someone calls and delivers it/sets it up, I’ll probably love it. And I’ll be happy to change my review once I actually have something to review.
