Laundry helper!
I am washing the clothes with cold water, very little detergent, softener and some Downy infusion. Everything comes out clean, smelling good and fresh. I only have the machine for 3 weeks, but works great.

Pleasantly surprising magical product!
Amazing product. I was dubious / leery, but took a chance and couldn't be happier. With a front load washer in the basement, there was always mildew and sour smelling in the gaskets. No more!!! That is worth the cost alone to me. Using less detergent and no hot water usage are the other benefits along with the spray attachment to sanitize things like veges to kill microbes. Some downsides are the spray nozzle handle sometimes comes off. Probably not squeezing hard which I now do after I reattached it (with a little difficulty) is fine. I don't have the issue anymore but the company sent me another anyway (when I didn't yet figure out how to reattach the handle with some elbow grease). Other con is if there's a grease stain, since you're not using hot water, then pre-treat. I'll take the garment immediately to the sink and run warm/hot water with some handsoap on the spot(s) then throw in the wash and that works for me.

Believe in the Science—You’ll Never Look Back
You must be able to trust this revolutionary idea. Fight the urge to add detergent or to use warm water. Just go ahead and set you washing machine to the coldest water, close the lid and press start! You will be amazed. Clothes come out super clean even though it boggles the mind why that is so!
We had PC Richard install even though people claim it was easy. The men were excellent and left the system ready to run. For an extra fee, we got peace of mind knowing it would be installed correctly. It has been over 4 months or so and I have never looked back. I am thrilled with the Pure Wash Pro.

I did not believe this system would work I was more than skeptical but I was told by my salesman and friend Adrian told me try it if you don’t like bring it back for a full refund.I went home installed it in minutes used it a few times and to my surprise it works and I’m very happy with it and recommend this pure wash machine.

The system works. Only little comment I’d make is about detergent. You can wash without any but if you miss the detergent smell then just add a small amount. Other than that the Pure Wash system works, our clothes are very clean and fresh. Would recommend the product.

Sales rep recommended this to my husband. I was skeptical but it was worth a try. Well we are dealing odors that permeate everything as well as poop stains. This works great. It even gets the smell out of the pillows. We spray and wash the stains and everything comes out great. There were times we forgot to spray and wash so we know we need to. We sometimes add a little detergent and laundry booster but only on tough washes. And we definitely don't use as much. I don't know if it saves us money or not but we don't care because it's getting the smells out. We used to have to add vinegar and rewash things to get smells out.

Great with washer. We no longer use detergent. It’s everything they told us at the store. Also, the extra spigot allows us to use the treated water to wash mold away from painted surfaces without scrubbing.

This unit works awesome and has saved us so much money in laundry detergent! It was a hard sell but we said we would try it, it's simple with no interaction or controls to change, just a cartridge after a year or more to change. You use cold water so you save on water heating costs and the cartridge isn't that expensive to replace. We are a family of four at home, with kids into sports we are constantly washing clothes. Of course when you are using hot water it bypasses the unit, but you'll be amazed at this device and what it accomplishes.

Hard to believe it really works!
It's petty but I don't like to spend the extra few seconds to add detergent to the washer. This appliance says it needs no detergent for my wash, as it is used with no detergent to sanitize institutional laundry for hospitals and nursing homes. I don't know if it's working or not … but my clothes are clean and smell good even without detergent. More importantly, my sons' clothes are too. I am happy with the purchase.

I have only been using my new PureWash Pro for about a month now but I am completely satisfied with how GOOD it works without soap or bleach. I had 2 heavy shirts I wear for outside work that have had small stains on them for about a year and washed them using my new PureWash Pro system for the 1st time last week. NO soap, NO bleach and NO MORE STAINS !!! while I don't really understand why it works so good, it DOES !!

What is the sprayer for? what specific use?
Anything you want to use pure washing water with like cleaning dishes or mopping floors with cleaner water. It removes the chlorine smell.
