Something Different, great decision.
I knew which fridge i wanted before going into the store. When i found it i was totally disappointed. I was taller than the fridge! I would usually celebrate because me being 5' 2" can be tough sometimes. I had saved $300 and wanted to put it down on a fridge so my monthly payments wouldnt be so high and there be less payments to make. The sales person who helped me understood my disappointment at me being taller than the fridge. The RCA was next to the one i wanted. I read the specs and comments on it. I wasnt too sure about it, however it was something different. I put my money down and it was delivered on time as always. Since i have no children this is the right fridge for me. A week later i noticed it dropped $100 in price, so i went back to the store and asked if i could buy the 2 year warranty with the money they had to add back into my account, the answer was yes. I planned on going back to the store and purchasing the 2 year warranty in February anyway. Now, i have seen a little ice build up but nothing like what others were saying. This is my only fridge but i already have a deep freezer so not many things will be in the freezer part. I love the glass shelves and the fact that i no longer have to bend down to get into the bin. There is only 1 but i am fine with that. This is a stylish apartment fridge. This is perfect for a couple or 1 person. A family of 3 maybe. Anything beyond that pass this one up because you wont have enough room. I made a great decision on something different. I am Satisfied.

Slim and very quiet fridge with plenty of space to hold food for a two person houshold; interior lighting could be better and ice builds up quickly, but all in all very happy with it

RCA freezer/refrigerator combo
I am disappointed with it. Didn’t realize that you can’t independently set refrigerator temperature from freezer. I have it set at the recommended temperature from the manual, and I end up with a layer of frost and my waters freezing, so I lowered the temp and then my freezer things weren’t staying cold enough and I had soft ice cream.
