He was not the only salesperson in the store, however he seemed to be very busy & well like & knowledgeable with whomever he spoke.I know because I spoke to another customer in the store about him & the customer agreed with me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Flimsy, way overpriced garbage Flimsy, overpriced bracket only 1 support arm suspends the TV. This bracket came with the installation bundle. Do yourself a favor buy a good bracket elsewhere and if you can’t install it yourself get a handyman. PC sent a tech after I complained that the TV was far from level. He leveled it and explained I should leave it stationary or it will sag again. Then what’s the point of buying an adjustable bracket. Big Fail PC
