Convenient Ways to Make Returns
If your return meets our requirements and is within 30 days of purchase, you can begin the process in one of the following ways:
Returns In-Store
Returns made in-person at any P.C. Richard & Son store will not incur return shipping charges.
For faster processing, please bring a copy of your invoice and the method of payment used to place the order.
Returns by Mail
A prepaid UPS return label will be sent to you via email by one of our customer service representatives.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to reach our facility and be processed.
If this is an exchange, your new item will be sent within 2 business days of your returns item's arrival.
Return shipping costs may apply if the reason for the return is not due to an error by P.C. Richard & Son. Any cancellations while item is in transit may be subject to return shipping fees.
P.C. Richard & Son Local Deliveries and Freight Deliveries
For P.C. Richard & Son local deliveries, a customer service representative will work with you to schedule a convenient day to pick up your return.
For freight deliveries, a representative will contact you within 24 hours to schedule a pick-up date.
Please make sure to inspect all deliveries. All damages must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. To start a claim process, please contact our customer service department.
Return shipping and exchange fees may apply if the reason for the return/exchange is not due to an error by P.C. Richard & Son. Any cancellations while item is in transit may be subject to return shipping fees.

Return Policy
Merchandise must meet the following conditions for exchange, store credit, or refund:
● Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt.
● Merchandise must be factory sealed, in the original carton with UPC code and all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
● Gift Cards and Pre-Paid Cards are non-returnable.
● Completed services and installations are non-refundable.
How you will be refunded:
● In most cases, your refund will automatically be returned to the original form of payment used for your order. If multiple forms of payment were used, your refund may go back to all payment methods used.
● Authorized refunds of payments made by cash, check, or debit card are paid by check through our controller’s office. Please allow approximately 14 business days for processing.
Important Information Regarding Mattresses
With our 90 Night Sleep Guarantee, if you are not satisfied with your mattress, you may exchange your mattress after 30 nights and up until 90 nights from the date of delivery for a one-time re-selection of a new mattress. Reselection must be a mattress of equal or greater value (difference to be paid by customer) and no refunds are available. Mattresses must be completely free of stains at time of exchange or this guarantee is void. A comfort exchange fee will apply. Exchange fee is equal to 10% of the original mattress purchase price (Not to exceed $300).
Please note 90 Night Sleep Guarantee is only valid on purchases of new mattresses. Clearance and floor model mattresses do not qualify. Box springs, foundations, adjustable bases, pillows, sheets, and mattress protectors are NOT included in this guarantee and are non-returnable.
