Does exactly what it’s supposed to do!
Easy to maintain, we literally plugged it into the camera and that’s it! It works in every kind of weather, it’s not obtrusive looking and it powers my cameras with no issue! It’s small enough to screw to a fence post and not have it look like an eyesore.

Extra security without the battery drain
Loved this product. Installing it was simple and straight forward. Loved having the solar panel to avoid changing batteries all of the time in the winter months. Having the camera gave an extra sense of security for the backyard.

The Ring Spotlight Cam is incredible. It’s something you set and forget. The battery life is exceptional, and very easy to charge. It helps everyone feel safe knowing their is surveillance as an extra layer of protection for our home.

Great for extending your Ring battery life
I’ve had my ring solar panels up for over 2years. They are still working after all this time. Survived all types of weather. If it is cloudy for extended periods of time, I may have to change the batteries out more often, but other than that love my solar panels.

Need for outdoor cameras
Always have my ring charge be up for over 3 years never have I ever had a problem with my cameras from outside. Make it easy to not go and take off the battery to charge. My cameras are always up and running

I love these products so much
I absolutely love the solar panels because I don’t have to buy batteries. The installation is so easy it is weatherproof and it’s very durable and it is compatible with a lot of different products and it’s also energy efficient so that is amazing.

So far works well and easy set up
This solar panel was easy to set up and connected seamlessly with the Ring Stick Up Camera. The only drawback was that we could have used a couple more feet of cord to reach a sunnier spot. However even with only a few late afternoon hours of direct sun, it seems to be keeping the battery charged. This review is after two fairly rainy days of use.

The Ring Spotlight Cam Plus (Battery) has been a game-changer for my home security! I love how easy it was to install, and the fact that it's battery-operated means I can place it anywhere without worrying about wires or outlets. Works great!
We use our back door as the main entry to our home. Our home is over 100 years old, and we didn't want to attempt to add in wiring for the camera. We have a lot of trees around our house, but our house is 2 stories and still gets sun about 75%of the day, at least the roof above the door. It works great, we bought it 3 years ago, and honestly, I didn't expect it to charge as good as it does. The only time it struggles a bit is when the temperature is below freezing in the winter. This one is going on 3 years and still works great. I'm going to get another one to use for side entrance. It's great when adding wiring isn't an option.

Why didn't I buy this sooner? The RING camera over my garage is just out off my reach using a ladder. I dreaded changing the batteries which only lasted 3 months. With this my batteries are nearly always at 100%. If we have several cloudy days they quickly come back to full power after one sunny day. I even left the light on overnight which totally drained one of the batteries and it fully recharged after 2 sunny days. If you can't hard wire your cameras definitely purchase this. My son installed it on less than 15 minutes. It looks nice too. Would definitely recommend any of the RING products.

This was a game changer. I have never had to recharge my ring outdoor camera since buying this solar panel. our camera sits up high making it difficult to be constantly climbing up to change the batteries. highly recommend this purchase.

I love my product but had to buy the solar attachment due to the battery drainage that would drain in such a past pace which cost additional money. But the solar definitely work, not as often do I need to update the battery. 5 stars. Ring Solar Panel #needingupdateproducts

Game changer! I have
Game changer! I have a Ring Spotlight Cam Battery and I had purchased an additional batter for that. With my level of paranoia (meaning that I wanted so many alerts that it drained the battery fast) the batteries were getting taken out constantly. I am very surprised and pleased with the difference that this made. I was hesitant to spend the money when I already had a battery that I could charge, but this is well worth it.

Awesome Spotlight Cam
I absolutely love my Ring Spotlight Cam. It records when the spotlight turns on. Letting you know someone or something is near. I have the mobile app downloaded. My phone sends me a notification when the Ring is set off. I’m able to watch the video from my phone. The Ring is solar, so it charges with the sunlight. You’re able to talk through your Ring device.

Great Security Camera, Feel safe
We have a couple of the Ring camera using solar for our front yard, backyard and on the sides. With the solar, we do not need to worry about replacing battery and helps with electricity efficiency. The video qualities are great. And the cameras capture any movements and send the alerts through Ring app. One point was taken off as Ring does not provide records back up for free or pull up any records from the app unless we viewed live. Other than that, we really appreciate the Ring security system for our house and would highly recommend.

I bought the solar
I bought the solar panel camera for the exterior of my home which gets sun all day. I can’t complain, it keeps the camera working and the camera is clear and always recording. The solar is a great choice if you don’t have an outdoor outlet.
