Love my new doorbell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with the doorbell. We hadn’t planned on subscribing to the video archiving service, but it was so useful we did after the trial ended. The video is high quality. I don’t think I can go back to a regular doorbell.

It is so nice to know when someone is at your door, but be able to see who it is for safety purposes. Also, you can see when a package is delivered or when someone may stop by, but you aren't home. The picture is clear and we couldn't love it more!

One of the best security cameras

But once I installed it I really appreciate the features that it has. It’s hard wired so u don’t have to charge any batteries. Plus the app alerts me when someone is at my front entrance. I would recommend this product.

The angles and viewing areas are better than I expected and the clarity of view is excellent. HD audio sound is terrific. Night time viewing also exceeded our expectations. So with excellent video quality, sound quality, seeing full view images and great night vision we're very pleased with the Pro 2. Also happy to say that the motion detectors haven't set off any notifications that are in error yet so the accuracy is quite good. Great, high quality device.

Perfect in every way!

Great for Security!

I had a regular doorbell but this product as very easy to install. I appreciate that this product came with a wall mount to help make the product fit better. I like that I can see what's happening on my front porch from my home. I feel way safer and more secure with this product installed. I highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Ring doorbell pro 2 has been amazing. You can definitely tell it is the newest in technology. Installation was so easy I just removed my old regular doorbell and mounted this new one. Setting up the app was so easy to navigate. It really does give me a peace of mind especially knowing when I'm not home when my packages get delivered and to make sure they stay there. You can even record a message letting a delivery driver know where to exactly leave the packages. The 30 ft covers my whole front yard so I'm alerted whenever someone comes on my property. If you are looking for the newest and best video doorbell definitely give this a try and you won't be disappointed.

Quality video!

The images and videos were grainy and unclear but that isn’t the case with the Ring doorbell camera. I can easily identify people with it and it was easy to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation of this video doorbell was insanely easy! I had the entire process done in about 15 minutes. The video clarity is AMAZING! Hooking up the app, was super simple and easy. Even my low tech wife had zero issues using the app and doorbell. It's already come in handy twice to see who ding dong ditched us last week lol. Motion detection works perfectly and two way audio is crystal clear. l. I intend to purchase another for my garage and back doors.

Amazing, love it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this video doorbell! We had a handyman install it for us but it seemed fairly easy to install and was up and running within a half hour. The video is clear even at night and sound is good. The doorbell catches a lot which is great and send notification immediately. We have enjoy getting the neighborhood alerts as well. It's easy to work the app, adjust settings, review videos etc.

It also comes with an angling device which which was helpful because our front door is not straight into our driveway. It replaces the existing doorbell and has its own chime. This is a very simple system to install and operate. There is an app for your phone that will alert you to any motion in a range you set. You can see live video and you can also go back to prior instances in which the camera picked up activity. I am so glad to have this extra peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ring Doorbell Pro 2 is very easy to set up and to use. It can be easily set up with our existing doorbell and has a high-definition camera with two-way talk that will let you see and chat with visitors from your smartphone or other devices wherever you are. You will receive notifications from the 3D motions sensors when someone passes by, knocks on your door or presses the doorbell. It can also be set up with Alexa Greetings so that Alexa can speak to visitors and can accept deliveries. I love the easy set up and installation. The instructions of all the steps for installation are very easy to follow. The camera offers clear imaging. Even when it is on night vision mode the images are still bright and clear and it is easy to recognize visitors. Overall, this camera is a great solution for our family to see who is at the door even when you are not near the door and to add more security for the front door with this easy to use camera and app. Highly recommend it!

Great resolution!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my husband and I were debating if we needed a home security system or not. We ended up meeting in the middle with this doorbell as there is a camera and we don’t have to install a whole system. The doorbell didn’t take too long to hook up and install where our old doorbell was. The Ring app was very easy to download and customize the settings as well. This doorbell has motion sensors and you can actually talk through it as well. I often can’t hear the doorbell when I am downstairs and this works great because I get notified and can see when someone is at my door. The picture quality of the doorbell is fantastic. Overall I am very happy with this doorbell.

Peephole for my door 24/7
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my standard doorbell with the Ring doorbell pro 2 and couldn't be happier. Installation was simple even without having electrical knowledge. The Ring app walked me through installation. It's fully compatible with my existing doorbell wiring and included the part to chime inside my home. This model is hardwired so you don't have to remember to charge the batteries. The video quality is amazing and it does a great job at detecting people and objects if you choose that option in the app. This particular model has the head to toe feature which is nice because it allows you to see close up areas at your door. The built-in Alexa Greeting is fancy! I'm always asked how does your doorbell do that?! Alexa will even let delivery drivers know where to leave my packages. Notifications come through to my phone instantly even when I'm not home. I love being able to answer the door without having to be home using the two way talking feature. The neighbors community that's built into the app is nice way to alert neighbors of suspicious activity. I've had ring service for two years and it's worth every penny. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone!

Love Ring doorbell!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The clarity is fantastic. The video replay is great. You can see what’s crossed by my door, front yard and driveway. It was capturing video that was across the street in the park. I had to change the settings to make sure that I didn’t see everything, otherwise my alerts kept going off. Installation was okay. I had a difficult time connecting it to WiFi and the process to do so was long. So that was annoying, but I’m sure it could have been user error. I love the fact that you can scroll side to side to see a bit more of a view. We have a tight front door entry so I can see that being most useful for someone with a larger front porch.

I am amaze about this ring door bell

Everything was in the box that came with the door bell camera. The video quality is too notch and it has night vision!!! You can see anything in the dark as clear as day. It has clear sound quality as well. Is so worth it to have this on a crazy time as this I need to feel protected and secure in my home. And the best part that I love is the neighbor hood watch feature where people type “ my cat is lost “ or “female with pink hair removing item from porch” is good to be aware and I am glad that I am experience the ring door bell and you should too.

The best yet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently "upgraded" to this Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2 and we are AMAZED!
We loved our initial Ring and were really anticipating our upgrade! Initially we noticed that the width was slightly less (we love this) and it remains super streamlined with a very clean presenting faceplate!
The picture quality is stellar and the audio clear and crisp! The 3D motion detector really is amazing!
Installation was quite easy (we hardwired ours) and was easily completed by 1 person. Kudos to the set up guide, scan feature to assist and the easy to follow instructions!
One tip we found is that there is a reset button on the side, and you may have to press this to pair your device. Our area is quite "tight" so if this is the case for you, it may help to do this before "tightening down" the unit.
This really is a "must have" Doorbell! We also pair to our Alexa Show!

As long as you already have a line for the door bell you’re good to go. Once you download the app on your phone or device and connect it with the camera, you’re all set. The picture quality is great. So is the sound. I get alerts when my mail comes or a package is dropped off by the door. I just feel more secure knowing I can see who’s outside without going out there to look. I would definitely recommend this.

Everyone should have a ring doorbell
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my ring video doorbell pro 2. I had an original ring door bell which was getting old. This was very easy to install. We simply took off old door bell, did have to make new holes and connect the wires. I like that this door bell came with a wall mount that angles the device itself better. We have a better view now. This also come ups on our phone much quicker that the old one. It is Alexa compatible so when someone rings our door bell Alexa in all our rooms tell us someone is at the door. This version also comes with a small device we had to connect to our doorbell chime on the wall. (not the ring chimes) Really love it. I never answer the door. This is great for safety.

Amazing camera quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace an older non pro ring doorbell. This one has an amazing camera compared to my old one. The pictures are much clearer and more detailed. It is a bit smaller than my old one, so I have to fill my old holes as you can see in my pictures. It's doing a great job of letting me know when someone is in front of my house. Highly recommend this product.
