easy set up
I am 76 and not tech savvy so I was a little nervous but it was a breeze to set up and since I have a Roku TV in an other room I knew how to navigate the remote. Roku is the easiest only way to stream.

I had the old Rocku version for many many years and it was good. I needed to replace it and for my surprise the one I had does not exist anymore. I got an updated one and it is a big difference. I'm not into technology that's why the simpler the better. A+

Saved by the help desk
We had a power outage caused by a lightning struck near the house. When the power came back on our tv (ROKU) did not work. I tried everything I knew to fix it. As a last resort to fix it I called the ROKU help desk. The most pleasant and patient person spent over a half hour with me on the phone until we figured it out. I was so glad and thankful. Thankyou Help desk!

Upgraded from an older Roku stick,,, maybe 10 years old and the old version would freeze and stop right in the middle of a good action scene.
But so far this new 4K stick about 3 months old has played perfectly !!!!!
