Excellent product. Easy to use. I like the fact it is larger than the Amazon Firestick and doesn't have the mouse in the middle. It doesn't take 2 hands to hold it and it is solid and fits in your hand well. I also like the way the volume and mute buttons are positioned so you can slide your right hand to adjust it. I also own a Firestick but don't use it for a bunch of reason put a main reason it is too small to handle. Sounds crazy it takes 2 hand to manipulate a smaller unit but this Roku is perfect. The Voice command is a plus and also the fact that the signal is not line of sight but some type of radio signal so you don't have to point the Roku at the screen or Roku receiver.

This is my second Roku 4K streaming stick that I have purchased. The previous one lasted me 5 years without any issues. However, about 3 months ago, it stopped working due most likely to a blackout in are neighborhood. When I went on to turn on the Roku it didn't respond. I think the new 4K stick video wise looks even better than the old one it replaced, brighter picture, but can't verify for sure without an A/B comparison. All the features I love on a Roku are there easy to navigate interface , voice recognition, very snappy and quick switching from different channels, and programs with little to no lag. The user experience for me is much better than the Amazon fire stick I used previously. The only real criticism for me is the remote did not include a backlight feature. However, that was solved by buying extra on their site, the Roku backlit remote.

1st Time Streaming
I purchased the Roku stick 4k on a recommendation from the guy who installed our fiber-optic line. It was extremely easy to install and hook up which we needed being of the older generations. There are plenty of options for watching and the ease of use was the big selling point.

Roku Streaming Stick 4k
Easy to set up and use. Only thing is I don't know why they just don't include a HDMI extension cable with the package. I went to attach it to a new TV and it did not fit. The cable is free via Roku but why not just include it.

Roku is the best. I have an original smart TV that isn’t very smart. I already was using an older Roku stick that worked fine but my husband wanted one that he could speak into. It works great and seems to be a bit faster. I always recommend Roku stick to people that do not have a smart TV but have a HDMI port.

I had an older Roku streaming device. I wanted to try and updated version an I am very happy with the new device. It works faster and picture quality is much better than the older one. Also seems much faster when making selections.

ROKU STICK
This is my 3rd Roku stick that I have bought. My 1st Roku was ruined along with my TV during a lightning storm. I had to buy a new TV along with a Roku stick. My 2nd Roku is in my bedroom. The Roku stick is so easy to install.

Love the new Roku 4K stick
I had trouble with an old Fire stick, and even more trouble with a new Fire stick, so I switched to an old Roku and that was so much better. Then I upgraded to the 4K from Roku and it's even better - hidden behind the tv, better remote, more functionality, and FAST. This is truly an improvement over everything I've tried before!

My original Roku Streaming Stick 4k was defective, I guess. The customer service rep worked and worked with me to get it working, with no success, so she had a new Streaming Stick sent to me, which is working perfectly and better than the original one ever did. I’m grateful for your service!!

It Works For Me
I'm sure at 77 yrs old many technological things go over my head. But with this Roku device, I was able to listen to, and watch, wonderful hi-def TV shows (mostly all streaming) easily and also have the sound go to my wireless remote with the headphone jack. (The walls are thin in my building and I don't want to disturb anyone.) This Roku device gets a complete thumbs up from me.
