Easy to use
I bought this 4K Roku Streaming Stick because I still have a non-smart TV and I just cut cable TV. This stick gives me easy access to free on-line apps as well as streaming apps. Very easy for elderly people to use.

A step up
With owning several electronic devices, we were dealing with an end table full of remote controls. By upgrading our Roku basic unit to the Roku Streaming Stick, we are able to operate our television with just the one remote. Definitely worth it.

Saving money with streaming…
Switched over to Roku about a month ago after cutting the cable cord, and am saving around $100 a month. The picture quality is better, and there aren’t any lags. My only “complaint” is that the channel guide takes a little getting used to.

Meets expectations.
One improvement is like is placing volume controls on top side of remote similar to most remotes. Side controls are a little awkward. Yes that might make it a little larger.

Great device! Perfect for older, non smart TVs.
Easy to install and setup. Bought for our daughter's older TV. We're in a location that has poor antenna reception, but have good internet and wifi. This gave her all the streaming options of a newer TV.

I love it. Easy to install, and easy to use. Only problem is I use YouTube TV most of all and it is seven lines down on the homepage. Is there anyway to move it up to the top?

Best way to drop the cable provider
The Roku is literally my recommendation to friends, family and professional contacts. The Roku’s the best option to literally drop the cable provider with access to live tv, streaming apps games etc prefect for any tv and to stop paying for cable boxes.

Why didn't I do this sooner?!?
Knowing before what I know now, I never would have waited so long to get started with Roku. The wide variety of content is beyond amazing! Movies, documentaries, live TV. It's absolutely astounding. I'm still in the early stages of finding my way around, but it seems every day I find something new. I don't want to say I'm "addicted," but I think I'm pretty close. - but only in the best way.
I can even access the two Sioux City, Iowa TV stations that I grew up with, so Roku has even allowed me to check up on what's happening in and around the little hometown I left so many years ago.
On short, Roku is FANTASTIC!!!
Oh...and one other thing: Bye, bye cable. I won't miss you.

Great Choice
As a recent cord-cutter, the use of the Roku 4K stick is all that ts advertised. Ease of use on TV’s of varying ages and technology was the best recommendation for me. Next time, I’ll upgrade to the little box. The platform is easy to use and the options are limitless. I was really blown away with my options. Roku is still adding options, and I’m just 1 month in….

Beautiful app, so easy to use!
I got one of these after my old chromecast died and I knew many of my friends had one, but I'd never used one myself. Honestly, I wish I'd switched sooner. It's so easy to use, the layout of the app is beautiful, it has a surprising amount of free content and shows (including some I loved and haven't seen in years!) and it was easy to add apps like Dropout which was the most important one for me. It's worked perfectly since I got it, and now another friend of mine is getting one after seeing how nice it was!

Newbie to Roku but I love it. We can operate the TV with the Roku remote and eliminate the mini cable boxes. Plus we have a better picture. Installation is intuitive and easy.
