The new remote has new features, it replaces an older roku remote that didn't come with my 4k stick. Now, I have two remotes and this new one with rhe lighted buttons is very nice.

We are recommending Roku to all our friends. However, the design of the remote needs to be redesigned. The volume on the side is in the way and is oftentimes pressed unintentionally- especially the mute button. The remote is too small to handle effectively.

I love that this stays hidden behind my TV on the wall, and the cords are all behind the TV as well. It was easy to setup and it easy ro use. The functions are awesome and a great price too.

Great portable streaming stick
This updated Roku stick is much faster than older processor in our older-model Roku TV, though the menu navigation is the same solid foundation.
It was simple, no frills, streaming. Glad to have a portable stick than can travel with us on family vacations.

Roku Streaming stick
I love the low profile of the stick and the ease of installation. It’s great that the cable providers have an app you can use to stream their services, but that only works if your TV operating system supports it. I have an LG TV and it did not support the streaming app of my cable provider, the Roku streaming stick made the access seamless!!

Roku! It’s the best!
I have had two Amazon fire sticks in the past three years! I’ve noticed that Roku is user-friendly, faster on my TV for some reason, and well laid it out on the screen. With Amazon fire stick, it would constantly freeze, become extremely, and always adds to buy something. I’m happy with Roku!

I have been with Netflix for over 20 yrs. I had to buy a new Roku stick. The old one came with TV and it died. When I tried to use the new stick the ad to sign up for Netflix kept coming on and I couldn't get out of it. I tried calling Netflix for help. That didn't work. They give me the number of Roku. ( I couldn't find your number on any paper work that came with the stick. Not a friendly way of doing business.) This turned into an all day project which I did not appreciate. Everything works great now. No problems. I have Netflix button on my remote through my cable co. but I didn't want to use it since I was signed up through Roku.

This stick was attached to the TV in the den, which only had three over-the-air channels. Now I have an unlimited number of channels to choose from. Love it.
