Wow! Glad I upgraded
I have used Roku for probably a couple of decades and used the stick for the last decade or so. Wow! The Ultra is faster and my apps work so much better than before this. I already bought another for our house, and I suspect a third one is in our near future.

It is responsive and was easy to setup. I like that the remote controls the TV power and volume and is rechargeable. Nice feature also is the voice command button.

Roku Ultra a Solid Choice
I have many Roku devices going back to 2018 and still functioning properly. The 2024 Roku Ultra is the current model. I’m noticing faster speeds, better connectivity (WiFi 6), and better picture quality.

Bought a Roku Ultra to update an older tv. It has been great with better 4K support, has a more robust processor that allows for much quicker flow between apps, it will even basically keep apps open as if in a tab and you can quickly resume your place from app to app on many apps without it having to close and reopen like older Roku devices ( works similar to multiple apps open on a phone ). Other neat features are rechargeable remote, remote finder, Bluetooth support for audio headphones. Good stuff !

Very simple to use. Straightforward and reactive to your input. I really like the remote control finder as I lose my remote at least two or three times every evening. I also like the new backlit keys.

Great picture.
I upgraded my Roku Ultra from 2 models ago and saw a very nice improvement in picture quality. I do find it a bit slower at times in responding with the included remote( no batteries, yeaaa). Of course, I'm not sure if the recharge battery in the Roku can be swapped ,but im sure it will out last the usefulness of this Roku,maybe. It doesn't seem to be faster internet wise since Roku refuses to put a gigabit network connector. I get their reasoning that you won't stream faster than 100, but I would've like to see that change. I'm no fan of wifi if I can avoid it. I have enough things on my wifi network.
The picture quality is worth the price of the new one . I'm quite impressed. The picture quality is as good as my 2 gen Apple 4k TV and almost as good as my Nvidia Shield Pro.... tv I'm using is a 77-inch Sony A95l and a lg C9 77 inch.

Both units worked as expected. I bought 2 of them to replace an old glitching ultra and a working old ultra. Both are quick to load programs. The apps available are better than two years ago. Beats the tar out of DISH. Only thing I miss is the DVR function. Getting over it.

This ROKU device works great with my 60 inch VIZIO from 2014. I stopped paying for cable tv two years ago. This enables me to stream YouTube to my tv without having any wires in the room. Quality of visual and audio is great.

BETTER THAN FIRESTICK
Changed to the Roku Ultra from a Firestick due to constant buffering and command execution lag. What a difference! The Ultra makes the streaming experience much smoother and fast command response. I will be replacing my other Firesticks with the Ultra.

Had AppleTV 4K for several years. A friend suggested Roku Ultra. So I bought one. In summary, it is infinitely better than the Apple TV. The remote is superior. Installation was easier. The provided content (apps) is superior. The menu structure is superior. Could not be more pleased with it. Bought a second one for a second TV.

Great system.
I bought a 75” smart TV with a Google operating system. I hated that system and it was slow. Have several dated speed sticks. Wanted an updated ROKU so installed the ultra. It is lightning fast and I love it. I like my TV now. Thanks ROKU.

Upgraded to Ultra
Was using the 4K Stick but wanted the faster user interface and appreciate the higher wifi speed connection rate even though I realize its not need for 4K streaming. Small footprint is barely visible in my console. Hardwire internet connection is a nice option.
Would recommend Roku every time.

My Roku was nearly 10 yrs old and starting to have issues. My fiance got me this for Christmas and it is soooooo nice!!
So easy to use and has Alexa, too. Also loved Roku and gifted several in the past. Time to upgrade those friends now, that I see how great this one is!
