I love my new Roku Ultra. No more loosing my remote as I can voice activate my remote and find it in a flash. I just say.....Hey Roku find my remote and my remote beeps and flashes light for me to find it right away. Thanks Roku for a wonderful product!

Wonderful option!
We decided to cut the cable cord and simply stream all of our TV/entertainment. Initially, I purchased 2 units. Once I saw how much we loved the Roku box, I ordered a 3rd one for the final TV.

Excellent product - fast and reliable
The experience using a Roku Ultra is far superior to the smart TV apps I previously used. The remote is simple but very easy to use and the performance of the Roku Ultra is very fast. It makes streaming much more enjoyable.

I have a Roku TV set and an 8yr old Samsung tv. We cut the cord with cable tv and the ultra is connected to the Samsung set my wife uses. Love the ease of operation, highly recommended to anyone

Best product
I started with Chromecast which quit updating. Changed to Firesticks which always broke. This is by far the superior streaming device. I now have 3 of them and will never purchase any other.

Roku Ultra
The Roku Ultra is an excellent platform for 4k usage. Allows direct external connection for max reliability and the ecosystem has access to a lot of content.
Controls are very very responsive compared to my aging 1st generation Roku.
I haven't compared it to my Apple4k yet, but that was bought for a different reason, didn't want Apple ecosystem where this one is.

My ROKU would stop working every time you changed the channel. I switched out the HDMI cable (because that was the context of the error message). Same thing. Power cycled the fiber modem and router. Same thing. Checked to make sure the computer worked in the TV HDMI port and it worked as normal. Power cycled the ROKU device. Same thing. Called tech support and let the tech know what I had already done. He had me repeat a couple of the things I had already done. He sent me a new one and I received it promptly. Very satisfied. Great tech support.

Certainly, better but not without quirk
I had the earlier version and this is an improvement, but since starting to use the new version my TV turns off while I'm not streaming, I have cable too. Not every day but more than a few times.

Super Pleased
I had returned home after a hospital visit to remove cancer and found my TV was not available. (GCI) They recommended I get a new provider which on the second attempt was ROKU. I wanted to watch the funeral for the Pope. I know am so very pleased with all the options available to me at a significantly reduced rate. Thank-you.

Love me some Roku
I'm very glad that I chose Roku as the technology to stream to our televisions when we cancelled cable (about nine years ago.)
The only gripe I have is that with some amount if frequency, the remote the remote has a delay when sending the signal to the box. That is really annoying.

We have been using Roku for a long time, before the company went public. This Roku Ultra is fast and well worth the price. If you are going to get a Roku get the Ultra you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended to friends and family.

Old TV, new experience
I was having trouble with my Samsung TV, Was trying to get streaming services and had problems. Called Samsung and they said I bought a 2016 TV, and update to have hardware function I wanted was 2017. They suggested I buy a Roku Ultra and no more problems. My old TV became my new TV with Roku upgrade. Satisfied.

It works!
As it says in the title, it works! It works fine!! I think I'm getting very high res video when it's available. I guess I still don't know how to verify what the resolution is of the video I am watching. As you all know, the remote is really easy to use and I couldn't ask for more.

Very good streamer for the most part. Complements my Wi-Fi 6 mesh router to provide outstanding Wi-Fi 6 performance. Delivery of Dolby Vision for all content (DV always ON) is excellent. Disappointing low ethernet transfer speed.

I love it!
Even though I have smart TVs, the Roku makes it so much easier to navigate, search, select, etc. It keeps the format so simple and I hope it stays that way. KISS (keep it simple stupid). Also I love the live TV and Roku movies. I even have the Roku soudbar and I love that, too. I'll never use anything else!
