Can’t recommend enough!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this several months and I LOVE it! I’ve used it to de-wrinkle clothes BUT I use it most of all to clean! I hate the build up that happens in our shower & tub. I just use this baby to steam the heck outta those gross corners and ta-da! I just wipe and it all comes up. Great little steamer & easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This handheld steamer is so great. Super easy to use and works just like it's supposed to. This is the first steamer I've ever had, so I don't have another to compare it to, but this one is so convenient. It's lightweight and fairly small, so I can store it in my closet for easy access. It just uses tap water, so I can pull it out of the closet, fill it from the sink, and use it right in my closet. It heats up in 15 seconds, so you can fill it up, pull out the garment you want to steam, and it's ready to go. I got all the wrinkles out of a blouse in about 45 seconds, from filling the steamer with water to finishing and turning the steamer off. Soooo easy to use and so efficient. The on/off switch is on the handle where you hold it, I did accidentally turn it off once (out of 10 or 12 times, probably) when using it, but it heats up so quickly it didn't matter.

It's perfect!!!

We were going to be traveling for her destination wedding and I wanted to make sure I was prepared for anything. This steamer is a game changer!!! It is light weight and did a fantastic job on all of the bridesmaids dresses. I was very pleased with the results.

Awesome steamer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a couple other steamers in my time but the Rowenta X-Cel is by far the nicest to use, it is lightweight and compact, which I appreciate. This thing heats up in 15 seconds also, I couldn't believe how little time it took to steam my clothing!

Perfectly compact
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the functionality of the handheld steamer for a number of reasons. It’s perfectly sized so you can get the job done and travel friendly so you can take it with you no matter where you go. The water tank makes it easy to take off and fill up without worrying about spilling water everywhere and goes on as easy as it was to take off. It heats up within seconds saving time, especially if your in a rush. I love the ability to steam delicates without risking damage used by a heating plate.

Works better than anticipated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had 2 other handheld steamers and was very skeptical about this Rowenta, only because I have other Rowenta products was I willing to give it a shot. Suffice it to say, there is only 1 handheld steamer worth using and this is it. No leaks, no boiling water pouring out like other brands.
I keep it at my office and use as needed with light starch before meetings.

Love it!

I also have a large standing steamer that I love so it was going to be hard to live up to that but this steamer definitely does! It is so easy to use, heats up quickly and works great on my clothes.

No more ironing!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing! I don't ever have to break out my ironing board and iron. It's light weight and easy to use. Which is a bonus. Just fill it up with water and let it heat up and watch the wrinkles disappear. I've used this also on my curtains and on my shower curtain and it was great. If you hate ironing I totally recommend this product you will not be disappointed.

Very Handy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The X-CEL STEAM FIRST HANDHELD STEAMER DR6130+1 is such a great item to have in your home or in your suitcase. It’s very easy to quickly remove the wrinkles from your clothing in a couple of minutes. Of course with the handheld steamer there isn’t a pole to hang your item on, but it’s overall very nice to have such a portable steamer.

Perfect steamer for those with no room!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We don’t have lots of room (small house). So, this had held steamer is perfect for us. It’s about the size of a hairdryer and stores in a closet or drawer easily. Of course, it works to get out wrinkles after drying. I‘ve used on linen pants, dress pants, and button shirts. All came out nice. I hate ironing. So, this is my go to for wrinkles. There is a small water tank that you need to fill before you begin. But use simple.

Wonderful!!

So light weight, ready to use within 15 seconds, works fine with tap water, the tank maybe on the smaller side but can still give a good 10 minutes of steaming. My favorite shirt has the most delicate fabric and wrinkles even when just hanging up, I've taken pictures of half of the shirt straighten by the X-cell handheld steamer.

It is so easy to use, just turn it on wait a minute or two for the blue light and steaming you shall do. PROS: lightweight, easy to pack up, cordless. CON being lightweight and cordless I was refilling the steam every 2 items steamed.

Light weight, perfect amount of steam!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my home wrinkles are a big no-no, my husband will re wash an entire load of laundry if something has a wrinkle it in so this is a life saver! All I have to do is plug it in put some water in the tank and turn it on. In about 15 to 20 seconds it is heated up and ready to go. I never realized what I was missing until I used this portable steamer. My clothes look amazing, the wrinkles were gone in seconds! It is light weight so it doesnt weigh your arm down and cuts my routine in half. If you want your clothes to look amazing and not take long to do so I suggest trying this, it's amazing. It is small enough to pack in your luggage for trips and not take up alot of room. I highly recommend trying this product!

Amazing steamer !!!

I absolutely hate ironing, I feel like no matter how many times I go over areas with an iron, it’s still wrinkled somewhere, and it’s such a pain to take out the ironing board and store it back again. Which is why I wanted a steamer, this is SO easy to use, and takes just a minute or two- at most !!! It is lightweight, easy to store, and doesn’t take up much room. This will be perfect to take with when traveling, it’s pretty much the size of a hair dryer. The brush attachment seemed to get out the tougher wrinkles, easier and quicker than when using the steamer without it. But it still worked really good either way!
Also the cord is a really good length, definitely longer than I had expected! It also heats up so fast, so if I’m using it in a pinch I know it won’t take long at all to get going! Just plug it in, turn it on and by the time I toss whatever I need on a hanger, it’s ready to go. A definite bonus is that the water reservoir is removable to refill, but the only downside is how tiny the water reservoir is. I had to refilled it 2x just to steam two t-shirts and a dress. But all of the other great components of the steamer without a doubt outweigh the water reservoir being a little small.

Heats up fast

I have yet to try it on my clothes, but have used it on all of my curtains and drapes. So convenient. No more having to iron for ever. I can just hang my curtains up and steam right there. Perfect.

Handy steamer for home use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife used this steamer to steam our new king sized comforter set. I included a photo outlining the section that she'd used the steamer on, and you can definitely see the improvement with only just about 90 seconds of application.
It is lightweight and the cord is a generous length, so it is easy to handle/reach areas.
It heats up in 15 seconds, and there is an indicator to let you know when it is ready.
It doesn't require distilled water...you can fill it right out of the faucet!
The only downside she mentioned is that the water tank is pretty small, and you will get 10 minutes out of the steamer if you are lucky. She was not able to finish steaming out king size comforter on one fill and needed to refill twice before she was finished.
The steamer got out wrinkles that probably would have never been removed, and our comforter looks great! This would be great for getting rid of wrinkles in clothes when you are in a hurry too!

no more irons!

I was limited to the amount of items i could pack in my suitcase and this little Steamer fit PERFECTLY!!! I AM SO HAPPY I HAD IT TOO!! I rolled some items in my suitcase tight and so when i took some shirts and a dress out to wear- they were VERY WRINKLED!! This steamer pressed the close so nicely- I dont think an iron has ever done this. It now works so well I use it at home for dress pants and dresses. The steamer does NOT leave any marks or get too HOT! I trust leaving it out around my children, unlike a typical iron. No more irons for me!!!

Great for Light Wrinkles

Light weight and easy to travel with
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this steamer for my hisbands work pants. They are dressy and tend to wrinkle if not hung up right out of the dryer. The steamer took no time to knock the wrinkles out. I didnt have to go over the spots more than once. It gets the job done the first time. The only issue I had was that I had to refill really soon. Other than that, this is an awesome portable steamer and works great on clothes.

Good and functional steamer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Rowenta X-cel steam handheald steamer is a good product that gets the job done. It is very easy to set up and use. The steamer heats up fast and the blue light will let you know if the steamer is heated and ready to use. It's lightweight and easy to hold while steaming your clothing. The steamer works well and gets wrinkles our right away. One thing to note is that you do have to refill the water frequently. When using the steamer I finished steaming 1.5 shirts before I had to refill. That being said, it's the perfect steamer to fire up and use to get your outfit ready for the day. If you're looking to steam your whole laundry basket, you'll need a bigger steamer. Otherwise, it's a great product! I would definitely recommend.

I have always trust a Rowenta product because of the quality and performance. This steamer is better than others I tried recently, but endlessly worse than Rowenta past standards. It's seems that it will break after a few uses. It's a shame that brands like this could continue using China to make their merchandises. As expected from China, looks cheap and weak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate ironing so I thought I would try a steamer. While it definitely got all the wrinkles out I am not overly impressed. It takes just as much time to steam a shirt as it does to iron it (without taking into consideration the time it takes to turn a shirt over, reposition etc. when ironing) and I pretty much had to refill it after steaming every garment or shoetlybthere after. Think I will stick to hanging my stuff up in the steamy bathroom while I shower!

Xcel Steamer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steamer heats up fast and the water tank is easy to fill and install. I used it on some dress shirts and it works except on the really deep wrinkles. The tank holds enough for one shirt, maybe two if they aren't too wrinkled. I also use steamers on my furniture upholstery and carpets to clean up spills or ground in snacks from my kids. This is where the brush attachment comes in handy. It attaches easily and allows some scrubbing. I know this isn't the recommended use, but it works for me. The instructions say it comes with a travel bag, mine did not. Takes awhile to cool down- not ideal for traveling.

Ok but needs some fixes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: light weight, easy to use. Cons: power switch is too sensitive and too close to the trigger making it easy hit accidentally. The water unit is a bit too small. It also has a bit of a burning smell that I do not like.
