Easy to operate. I get a lot of junk mail and I like to shred my name and address. I get through my mail faster now.

Got 2 yr warranty called pc Richards they wanted me to return it to a store for replacement or ship it back the person I spoke with made things very complicated cuse I had discarded the box. Long story short I let the machine rest, clean out any stuck paper bits and it started working again but I am anticipating it will not last. Customer service from pc Richards sucked big time.
