Excellent Features!

GREAT AT ALL FEATURES
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely effective in all categories! I purchased it primarily as an air fryer and how sleek, modern it looks on my counter. Very impressed how well it does in air fry mode. The microwave option is super efficient.

Great Appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. It's wonderful that I can microwave, convection bake, air fry, and grill all in one. I was worried about the handle from other reviews, while others found fault with it, I liked it. Samsung could have sent more information and some recipes.

Good microwave, sketchy on the operations side.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave performed great, but using the other features was not well explained. Also, there were no set functions on the face of the machine. You had to spin the wheel and then go deeper to find what you needed. The worst feature was the door would not easily unlock when cooking was finished. There were several broken nails as a result. It now has a home in my grandson's college apartment.

Great Features, if you can get it to you undamaged
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great multi use machine. So many different appliances in one. The biggest issue is getting it to arrive undamaged. The packaging is not sufficient. My first try came very damaged. I returned it, and ordered a second. It also has a couple of small dents. I wanted this appliance bad enough, that I was willing to live with the dents. They will not show where I am putting it. Good luck, and may the force be with you!

2 yr review. Difficult to learn, but amazed
I have a slightly older model of this. I've had just under 3 years now. Lots of experimentation and difficult learning curve, but I've come to really like this. Lots of combination features to microwave, cook, bake, air-fry, or grill. Lots of interaction steps are necessary to learn how to get it cooked right. Took Samsung awhile but they finally published a clear operating manual. But now that I have it, things just cook right,
This is the only oven/microwave installed in a Ski Cabin. I use the cabin and rent to airbnb guests. I've had no airbnb guests complaints. Not sure if it intimidates them, it's easy to use for them, or they just eat out. No one has said anything. So very pleased with this but took some learning, thus the 4 star review.

What time is it
I have had my microwave for about three weeks. So far, so good. However, I don’t like that the time does not display continuously. I just upgraded to all Samsung appliances and I don’t ever know what time it is when I’m in the kitchen. FRUSTRATING!

Has multiple functions
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Microwave is actually pretty good with all the features and the Smart Things APP makes things easier. It has a lot of features we've used microwave, defrost, and air fryer so far does the job. We did encur an issue with the microwave where the screen was throwing error messages has to get Samsung Care+ to assist, the tech advised me that this is the first microwave he had to look at, told me they are very reliable, I might just have gotten that one in a few thousand I dont know. Either way so far ok.

Auto lock is very annoying.
Had for about 6 months now. The locking door drives the whole house crazy. All other functions are great but that one feature needs to somehow be disabled. 5 star without that.
