Putting too much food in all at once caused some frost but the issue went away the next day. When the drawers are pulled out, it looks pretty great too but the drawers are convenient for my needs. I like that it has the ability to modulate as needed. Overall seems like it's running well so far.

We have all of our craft ice and frozen beer bugs and the different foods are put in one drawer for meat, one drawer for chicken, one drawer for seafood, and one drawer for vegetables, fries and side dishes. cant believe we’re so organized with the freezer. It has really been a game changer.

I love the convertible feature offered!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased (2) TWO of the 11.4 cu.ft Capacity Upright Convertible Freezer/Refrigerators-about 2 months ago. I use one for overflow and stock ahead refrigerator goods and the 2nd one for extra frozen foods. I am more than satisfied with my purchase.
They are side by side and look great. I love the color! I put them in a small extra bedroom located next to my small kitchen. With a quick touch on control panel inside, I may switch both to freezers, both to frig, or one of each. Checking the Samsung warranty info— look for it—is what convinced me to choose instead of a cheaper model.

I need some help. Drawers aren’t fitting in
I’m having a hard time re installing the drawers after removing all of them to clean the freezer. Pictures show the smallest drawer on top with a shelf on top but that drawer doesn’t fit! I can’t shut the door with the drawer in that position. Please help me!!

Amazing Freezer with drawers no more digging

So easy to keep all my meats separated and not have to dig through the deep freezer to find a meat. When it arrived it quickly got to the temp it needed to be to put stuff in it.

Fantastic Freezer

The refrigerator compressor went down in my refrigerator and I needed a freezer while storing some things with the neighbor. I saw this freezer/refrigerator and decided it would be great for my needs. It has a very spacious foot print and fits in the garage nicely. Easy to find what you are looking for and does a fantastic job at maintaining a constant freeze temperature. Food does not get defrosted and iced up like in the refrigerator/freezer due to the high swings in temperature for defrosting needs. So far this has been a dream come true and the way freezers should be made. I have changed my kitchen now to the Samsung induction stove/oven and the convection microwave which work together quite nicely. Samsung definiatly has the user in mind in creating their appliances.
