Great unit for built-in or counter top
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great microwave. Picked it up as a replacement for a built-in. This can be used as a countertop unit or a built-in (Requires kit). It was the right size and wattage for good home use. Built durable and comparatively cheap when measured against similar brands. It is huge on the inside and good for all home use. It is only a microwave and doesn't have any additional oven features. It is also NOT WIFI or smart.

Good but, not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't get me wrong. This Microwave is a very good/almost great overall. The only thing holding it back from being great is, the fact that the button you push that releases the door to open the Microwave gets stuck so it makes it hard to close the door back. It can get very frustrating at times. Don't get me wrong, the microwave is good at what it does but that button is a problem for me. I ❤️ Samsung. My 4 smartphones I have now and the plethora of other smartphones that I have pushased in the past, are all Samsung. Ever since the Note 3 was alive and thriving. Yes I've been a Samsung Knight that long. Back to my point tho. I've have/had a lot of Samsung products in general and would give all of them a solid 10 stars out of 5 but the Samsung Microwave is have would get a 4 out 5 stars to answer the question. The only two things holding it back from a 5 is (obviously) the button issue and the price. For what I paid for this Microwave, you would think it would 1. Work properly. And 2. It could (somehow) connected to the Samsung eco system as far as Smarthings is concerned. With all that said. Again I would give this a 4 out of 5 considering what i just said and also the fact that it doesn't double as a convection oven like my last Samsung microwave which was cheaper price wise but, was 10 product in my eyes.

Functional microwave.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is well built. It heats food evenly. The size is a bit unusual at 1.9 cu. ft. Most other brands are 2.0 cu. ft or 2.1 cu ft. I liked the microwave but it was a little small for my built-in area. The kit to complete the custom built in look is very expensive.

Failed within 5 uses and again after repair
Brand new townhouse. Used 5 times and got an error code. Samsung repaired it and it failed in another 5 uses. Not interested in having them come out and go through this again and again. They refuse to replace it. Now I’ll get some condescending reply telling me how sorry they are. Not interested. Going to have to pay to replace it myself.
