[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago and have been very happy with it! After reading the reviews I was a little worried about buying it, but thank goodness I got it! The ease of the push button and the quiet closure of the door are better than expected. I love the blue color inside and it’s much quieter than my old microwave. The black stainless looks great in my kitchen too! We found the blue time display a little too bright, but that was an easy fix by putting a light dimming sticker on it.

Replacing old built-in...
i replaced an old built in microwave with this one and it went very well.
purchased the microwave and trim kit together (2 separate parts numbers). my only issue is that it does require a torx bit to take out one of the screws. i really recommend that samsung puts one of those bits in with their trim kit.
it needs the t15h torx bit with the hole in the center to properly attach the trim-kit. not something you would normally have but at most hardware stores.

i like the looks the most.
my experience with this product would had been great. i did not buy the trim kit at the time when bought the microwave. found out the price of the trim is just as much as microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a few weeks ago. The microwave is beautiful and works great. The only thing I was disappointed about was not getting the trim kit. Having to find it and and pay just about what I paid for the microwave was upsetting. Other than this I would say it's a great product. If your will to spend the money definitely get it.

Looks nice, but clock constantly resets.
we've had it for a little over a year. however, the clock resets about every tenth time you push the button to open the door. resetting the clock daily is getting a bit annoying.

Great features but loud
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First it is a nice microwave but a few things didn't not come with any sort of manual or pamphlet how to find the manual...not too bad cause it's a microwave. Second the first 2-3 seconds after starting is very loud like somethings not right then it quiets back down. Looked for lose screws or anything probably loud as heck diode.

Horrible do not buy Samsung appliances
We bought this microwave with trim kit for our new kitchen and was installed in our island…. After having for only a year and a half While cooking a bag of spinach one day the microwave started smoking and filling my kitchen with smoke…. Fire department was called and they had to rip the microwave out of the island as the inside wiring was burning and seconds away from the whole appliance going on fire…. After contacting Samsung and having to wait for someone to come out and look at it they determined they could fix the problem and refused to replace or refund for the microwave. Who in their right mind would have a microwave that was on fire “fixed” and put back in their house. Very disappointing for such a big name company to find this as their only solution. I would not risk my home and my family on the hope that someone fixes it correctly and it wouldn’t happen again. Will never purchase this brand again and hope people think twice because if you have a serious problem you won’t get anywhere with them.

Nothing good about this
Terrible product, since the beginning it was loud and made a noise. After just over two years the motor just spins when the door is open. Nothing can be done since it’s out of warranty. Not worth it.

Horrible microwave
I bought my microwave 4.5 years ago. Yesterday, it started turning on by itself the moment I closed the door. I didn't even set the time or press the start button. I wasn't able to stop it from running unless I unplug my microwave. This is one of the must expensive microwaves on the market, but it's not as strong as the competitors.
I do not recommend this microwave. There are cheaper and more effective microwaves out there.
