excellent cleaning quality. washed things do clean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can feel that this dish washer has more spacious compared by my last one, even though they have same dimentions. More plates can be accodudated in it because of better layout of the plate holder, which allows more compact layout, of plates without comprimising quality of cleaning. I'm able to keep much taller things at the bottom portion, without hitting the rotating water emiter over it. Some how it's feels a bit deeper compared to last one, because of which it has got extra space. The spoon organizer is bit improvement compared to last one. All sizes of spoons, including ones with very thin handles git in it and there is no need to keep the spoons with very thin handle upside down, which was a pain in my last dish washer. The spoon holder/organizer is much thinker and gives very generous space. I'm impressed with the qualit of washing. The washed things do look really clean.

Cleans easily leaving no prints or streaks. So far I've only tried the regular wash and dry cycle. The unit is quiet and beeps when complete. I'm looking forward to trying other cycles and using the adjustable rack. The unit opens and closes easily with very little effort. Start and cycle buttoms light up when pressed. This dishwasher gives my kitchen a fancy upgrade without breaking the bank..

Superior Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm pleased with Samsung 53dBA dishwasher for a number of reasons. 1. Great performance. The dishes come out squeaky clean, no matter which program I choose. The number of programs to choose offers options for all types of situations and lets me adapt my cycle depending on what (and how fast) I need done. 2. Looks. The dishwasher looks great in my kitchen. The stainless steel color matches my other Samsung appliances. The coating on the dishwasher door is fingerprint-proof, so it stays clean for the most part. 3. Adjustability. I like that I can adapt the rack to my needs - I have a few tall pans that normally would not fit in a dishwasher. With this one, I ca move the rack up or down, depending what is required. 4. We can talk in the kitchen! The dishwasher is quiet enough that we are able to have conversation while preparing or eating meals in the kitchen. 5. The door opens with ease. My previous dishwasher had a heavy door that had to be pushed and pulled in order to get it opened. This one works smooth and with ease.
Overall, I would recommend this Samsung dishwasher to anyone.

Great Performance

The dishwasher has a few setting to choose from, so there are plenty of options. The auto release door dry function that makes the door open automatically at the end of wash cycle significantly improves drying performance and time. The dishwasher is very quiet when in use, which my family loves as we spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Because of the fingerprint resistant surface, the dishwasher stays clean, even after my kids load the dishes. I like how it looks and overall am extremely pleased with it.

The most efficient dishwasher!

I am not a big fan of wasting water and rinsing off dishes before they go in the dishwasher. Thank goodness that I no longer have to with this baby. I just load it on up, throw it in the dishwasher pod, and await perfection! In such a short amount of time, and with peaceful quietness, my dishes are pristine and ready to use in a flash! My only complaint is I wish the rack dividers were a bit wider. The dishwasher seals with ease and is a breeze to operate! Cheers to another amazing Samsung product!

Sleek, Quiet, and Efficient

I enjoy that the buttons on on the top side of the washer so that they cannot be messed with while the dishwasher is in us. The door closes with ease, almost like there is a magnet helping keep the door closed, creating the perfect seal so no water can escape! The slats between the dishes are quite close to each other, which does not help when you have deep dishes, but the amount of room is great! The silverware holder can come out and holds a ton of silverware. The top rack can hold super tall glasses and coffee cups, which I love! The best thing about this dishwasher is it is super quiet and efficient. All my dishes come out clean! I would absolutely recommend this dishwasher to anyone!

Huge disappointment
Stopped working after the first wash and had a fault code. Could not get it repaired under warranty due to circumstances that seem to be only associated with Samsung products. Never had those circumstances with previous dishwashers and getting them repaired under warranty. If Samsung products are so inferior to their competitors they have special requirements for them to function unlike all other dishwashers those warnings should be in bold in the product description.

Bought this dishwasher with a bundle. It cracked on first use and Samsung has been very hard to deal with. It may work fine and I probably just got a bad one, but the experience with Samsung is enough that I will not be another customer.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I bought this initially 5 years ago when we redid our kitchen. Looked great, great price as I own many Samsung products and never had issues. The machine does an amazong job washing and is super quiet. However, after only 4 years which is not a long time for an appliance that's used 1-2x a week. Water coming from underneath like crazy, when it wasn't even running. We spend $200 to replace the drain controller (not sure if its the right name)that is make cheap to begin with but to no avail. Very disappointed!

Don’t buy
Ours had multiple problems after only 3 years…the water sensor was replaced after it stopped working…shortly afterwards the selenoid in the button panel needed to be replaced (washer refused to go past the first cycle), then the heating element blew!
