Good quality, bad rack design
Good dishwasher. My only complaint is the layout of the racks.
the flatware tray is a blocky rectangle which fits either in the center of the lower rack, or at the front/center of the lower rack. In either case it makes it harder to load dishes around it.
The flatware tray placement limits the number of larger items i can place around it.
It's just an inefficient design, and requires more loads, with fewer items than my previous Dishwasher (also a Samsung)
My previous dishwasher had a long rectangular flatware tray which fit on either side of the lower rack, leaving more space for placing other items.

Fits under low counters
Fits well under low counters, if you have an older kitchen. But the inside is also smaller than normal dishwashers - and the racks are poorly designed for loading. The dishes came out clean - but there's no extra setting for drying them. Buy something better if you can.

High end remodel
We are short term rental hosts and we are remodeling our kitchen using all Samsung appliances. I've only given the average rating because we haven't begun to use the appliances yet, but they look great and give the kitchen a modern high end appeal.

Impossible and frustrating!
Frustrating and impossible! I cannot figure out how to load the dishwasher. The rotary arm does not allow large dishes in the top rack, the utensil basket is inconveniently shaped and placed, and large pots and pans do not fit. I cannot access the user manual because your website is impossible to use. I am not computer savvy enough to wade through the morass on the site. I was forced to buy this particular model for lack of space where my old dishwasher fit. Not only will I never buy a Samsung again, I will discourage family and friends as well.

Apparently this dishwasher has been leaking since first installed. We didn't know until it came up between the flooring.

Pure junk
Purchased last November. Lasted about four months before breaking down. Tech been to repair four or five times so far. Numerous parts replaced and still same problem. Error code PC keeps lighting up when it starts ringing. Tech said there is a documented defect and now waiting to hear if they will replace or continue to change more parts. Frustrating to have to wait around all day for tech to come. Clean up the boxes and broken parts and still not working. Do not buy this Samsung product.
