Love the pre made modes and app modes

When it comes to performance, the agitation is powerful yet incredibly gentle on fabrics. It works perfectly alongside the specialized wash cycles to target different fabric types, providing a deeply customized clean every time. I absolutely love my new Samsung washer and dryer set! The sleek design looks amazing in my laundry room, and they have been completely trouble-free.
What I Love:
Smart Connectivity: It syncs seamlessly with my Samsung phone, watch, and TV, which is incredibly convenient. Plus, the little tune it plays at the end of a cycle always makes me smile.
Massive Capacity: The washer tub is incredibly deep and handles large loads with total ease. Note: If you're on the shorter side like me, you might want to keep a step stool or a grabber tool nearby to reach the bottom!
Clothes are clean and fresh when complete.
Fast Drying: The dryer works quickly and thoroughly. I usually stick to the timed dry setting for simplicity. It doesn’t have an interior light, but honestly, I don't miss it at all and it wouldn't change my mind about buying it.
With so many great features tailored for homeowners, I highly recommend pulling the trigger if you’re on the fence. I hope this helps!

Best purchase I’ve ever made
I absolutely love my washer and dryer. After going 6 years without a washer and dryer and the extreme cost having to washer at the laundromat was insane. I love that I can fit my queen size comforters and the wash and dry time is not long as well. Definitely easy to setup and connect to the WIFI. With the detergent I use and the amount of wash settings I also notice how the stains are being removed.

There are alot of different cycles including a little wash area where I can do my stain-removal. Connectivity was something I didn't know I needed until now. I love having that feature now.

Enjoying the washer and the notifications with the SmartThings app. Large deep capacity that is easy on me since I'm tall. Like the quick wash when in need the items quicker and want to conserve water. Recommend the washer!

I love the different options for cycles and the fact that the washer connects to my WiFi to notify me if there is an issue or when the load is done. I have not had any issues thus far and would recommend!

Great Washing Machine!

I was leary of going back to having an agitator, but this machine has put my worries to rest. I've been doing about 4 loads a week with this and it keeps up. I love that it notifies me on my watch or phone when the cycle is complete. It even tells me when to run the self cleaning cycle. I would recommend this to everyone looking for a replacement!

I also love how many features it comes with and is compatible with my Alexa so I know when it’s completed. It also has a great cleaning feature which lets me know that it’s ready to be cleaned after a certain amount of cycles.

Great Washer!

The Samsung washer has been a great addition to our home. It's very easy to use, and what worked really well is it even has a setting for bedding. Actually EXCITED to do laundry now
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung washer (WA47CG3530AWA4) has honestly surprised me. I never thought I would be excited about a washing machine, but here we are. With twin boys, laundry is a constant all-day situation in our home. Muddy clothes, messy eating outfits, paint shirts, tiny socks, pajamas — there is always something in the hamper. This washer has changed the way I do laundry and how much time it takes.
First, the capacity is HUGE. I can load so much into one wash — blankets, bedding, towels — without having to break everything up into multiple loads. It saves me time, energy, and I’m not constantly running back and forth switching loads all day. It fits family life perfectly.
The machine also looks sleek and modern. The white design is clean, simple, and sharp in my laundry space. It doesn’t look bulky or outdated like some large washers do.
My favorite functional part is the built-in water jet. Being able to rinse or pre-treat stains right in the washer instead of dragging something to a sink is the smartest feature ever. When my boys come home with mystery stains that look like they lived in the dirt all day, I can instantly pre-rinse and the stains actually come out.
I also love that it has separate dedicated compartments for bleach and softener. It pumps them in automatically at the right time, so I don’t have to stand there waiting to add something mid wash or pour chemicals directly over my clothes.
It’s also impressively quiet. I can wash at night while my boys are sleeping and it doesn’t cause a single disturbance.
Clothes come out fresh, rinsed well, and ACTUALLY clean — not half washed or soapy. This machine is fast, powerful, and family friendly. It’s made laundry faster, easier, and less stressful.
I give this washer 5 stars without hesitation.

The dryer that goes above and beyond
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be one of the best dryers in the world. The moisture detect with the smart washer capability makes this one of the best washers in the world.
The first load I did with a big queen size fleece blanket I put it in the dryer after taking it out of the washer and it was like 8 minutes later I got a notification saying that the dryer had changed the time due to moisture settings and was done, and I'm thinking there's no way this queen size blanket is dry and under 10 minutes so I go check and the blanket is 100% dry. The fact that you can tweak the settings for your own soil temperature size and dryness to use on whichever load you want and the dryer saves these settings in the app is a big game changer.
The only two cons I have with this dryer is the fact that you have to press the smart control button every single time you turn the dryer on so that you can control it from the app and the fact that the dryer doesn't have a light inside the drum like other dryers I've had in the past, this isn't a really big deal just a minor inconvenience. This dryer is definitely a 10 out of 10and I would recommend.
