White glass is NOT white, but it is pretty.
We bought new panels for our 4 door flex fridge, which we love! But beware, the white glass is NOT white. It’s slightly gray or off white.

Good luck being able to get panels
I like the fridge, but one of the features that drew me to this particular model was the panel promotion and customization. I already had compromised on the original purchase, because they only had one panel color/option available. Now, I can't even get the panels I want to customize my fridge. Everything but stainless steel is not available in my area!!! So frustrating. What a way to make money, Samsung. Get the product sold with the offer of a rebate, but never have the items available, so the rebate doesn't get used.

No Panels Available
Don't buy unless you get the color panels you want WITH the refrigerator! As a fridge, I love it. But, I've had all the same problems with getting the color panel I wanted. We bought it in boring grey and was told we could just order the navy steel to match the bespoke stove we bought too. The problem is, the blue steel panels have not been available on our area for 18 months now and now they aren't even listed on the website as an option!

Recommended by Leo from Samsung Care. Turns out its not compatible! Reached out to Samsung Care per Leo's recommendation and Paty from Samsung Care says they do not provide support for these types of things. Please contact someone else.

12 colors and 2 finishes, fake news.
I can’t believe you still advertise all of the colors that have been unavailable for years and then a promotion on top, wow Samsung. Yeah I still want the colors that were the reason for the purchase. I have had to hear my wife tell me she hates our ugly fridge for a year.

Panels offer is miselading
I purchased the fridge due to the panels offer in September of last year. It has been a year and my reward is expiring and I was forced to chose the colors I never wanted. During the last 12 months they never had any of the colors advertised. Sigh was mislead to spend 3K on a fridge we don't even like the look of

Bait and Switch
They are so full of it! They offer the Panels Rebate, then discontinue all of the appealing colors. I wouldn't be surprised if once all of the rebates reach their expiration dates, all of the nice colors just so happen to "magically" reappear, along with a hefty price tag on them, now that they are no longer obligated to give them away for free as promised..

Free panels are a scam
Earlier when I bought this refrigerator there were lot of fun colors.For past 6months I am trying to order the green with clementine combination but either one is present or none are. The code only works one time. What a shame!!! This is a scam making customers to believe we have options to customize.
