Best TV I have owned!

Picture quality, functionality (smart apps & smartthings hub, interface functionality) and general usabilty have all been great in the almost 2 years I've owned it. Puts a smile on my face everytime I turn it on :-)

An Excellent Choice

Even when it is turned off, it monitors movement and knows when you are in the room. With the memos and and assets available at a glance you will always be in touch with your smart home.

An excellent and clear tv

The notifications I get through smart things on the tv are great if you have thr oven set to a time cook, or the clothes in the laundry are dry it all works seamlessly.
Samsung got it right with this tv, fridge and washer/dryer combos!

The colors are incredibly vibrant, rich, and lifelike. HDR content is a joy to watch, with deep blacks and bright, punchy highlights. The picture is so clear and detailed that even older, non-4K content looks fantastic thanks to the powerful upscaling processor.
​A Gamer's Dream: The low input lag and smooth 120Hz refresh rate make gaming a fantastic experience. Action is fluid, and there's no motion blur to speak of. The dedicated Game Mode and Game Bar are super convenient features that make it easy to optimize your settings.
​Sleek Design: For such a massive TV, it's surprisingly thin and elegant. The AirSlim design and minimal bezels make it a sleek centerpiece for the room, not just a big black box. The Ambient Mode is a neat feature that turns the screen into a piece of art when you're not using it.
Samsung's Tizen operating system is fast and easy to navigate. It has all the streaming apps you need and integrates well with other Samsung devices via SmartThings. The SolarCell remote is a nice eco-friendly touch—no more worrying about batteries.
​The Not-So-Good:
​Sound is Just Okay: The built-in speakers are decent, but on a TV this large, they can't deliver the immersive audio that the visuals deserve. I highly recommend pairing this TV with a soundbar and subwoofer to get the full cinematic experience.
To finalize the Samsung 85-inch QLED 4K TV is an outstanding TV.

Great TV - would purchase again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All around great TV. Only issue is now and then the sound gets muffled, and you have to remove power from the TV to reset the sound. The problem with this is my TV is mounted on the wall, and I am unable to unplug it. I have to reset using the circuit breaker at the main panel. Needs a power switch located on back or edge that removes all power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Samsung TV I am very very happy with their brand I graduated to a 75 inch 5 months ago and went with a less expensive brand and after having it for one week realized it was not the same quality of the Samsung so I returned it and bought the Samsung OLED I am so happy with that purchase it does everything that I need I'm 84 years old and the simplicity of it exceeds my knowledge. I can always count on remote support if needed but it is very easy to operate and very very pleased with the picture I'll always be a Samsung customer for the rest of my years.

Love the NEO. Second One I've Purchased

Checks all the boxes for our main living room TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this television for a few main reasons:
1. The higher frame rate to handle live streaming sporting events.
2. One of the best picture qualities available at the time of purchase.
3. being able to stream video games and content from our phones & laptops when needed.
The television has performed all functions flawlessly as we never have to worry about it freezing or buffering during the big sports games we watch and anytime my wife needs to screen mirror videos from our daughter's dance studio to help her learn a new routine it connects easily and does not slow down or disconnect.
Overall, the picture is great, and the functionality is exactly what we needed in a big screen living room entertainment hub.
