Best filter

From the moment we switched, we noticed how crisp, clean, and refreshing the water tastes. It has made a noticeable difference in our everyday drinking water, and our whole family enjoys using it. The water tastes fresh without any unpleasant aftertaste, which is something we have experienced with other filters in the past.

Going on Brand sometimes is better

Let me tell you, when it comes to the quality of water your family has access to, it makes a difference. Don't settle for less by spending less and don't take the chance with off-brand, or quality questioning components.

Can't Go Wrong With OEM!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This filter is the best you can buy. Don't try going and purchasing a generic because I tried and they don't work as well. Generic ones slow the flow of the water and this one definitely does not. It is like how the dispenser was when brand new again. Since this filter is an official Samsung product, you can be sure it will do what it needs to. I will be back to purchase another when I need it.

Noticeably cleaner, fresher water — worth it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using the Samsung HAF-QIN filter in our Samsung refrigerator for the past few weeks now, and the difference is immediate. The water comes out clean and fresh — no odors, no metallic or chlorine aftertaste, just pure clean water straight from the dispenser.
Installation couldn't be simpler: twist out the old filter, twist in the new one, flush a few gallons through — no tools, took just a few minutes. It's rated for about six months / 300 gallons, and the fridge reminds you when it's time to swap, so no guesswork.
What I noticed most in daily use: ice cubes come out clearer, coffee and tea taste cleaner, and we reach for the dispenser instead of bottled water now. Compared to our old filter, there's no contest.
It's pricier than generic replacements, but between the taste, the perfect fit as a genuine Samsung part, and certified filtration, it's definitely worth the extra price for us.

Great water filter!

It does such a great job of filtering out any of the chemicals and minerals that may be in our water. In addition, the instructions are easy to use. I particularly like how easy it is for me to remove the old filter and add the new one! Definitely would recommend.

The only one to use

It’s also tested and certified that gives out family some assurance of the materials used and we feel safe while drinking the water. It’s like having a pro level filter that’s embedded in our fridge!

Love this Filter!

After replacing our old filter, I could honestly taste the difference in the water right away. The water tastes noticeably cleaner, fresher, and just better overall. I drink a lot of water throughout the day, so having good-tasting water straight from the refrigerator is something I really appreciate.
The filter was also very easy to replace. I didn’t need any special tools, and the whole process only took a few minutes. If you’ve never changed a refrigerator water filter before, it’s pretty simple and straightforward.
What I like most is knowing that my family has fresh, filtered water readily available. We use it every day for drinking, filling water bottles, and making coffee. You can definitely taste the quality of the water with this filter.

Easy , Clean and Pure

The instructions of setting up the filter are easy to understand and more easy to perform in actual . The carbon block in the filter ensures all impurities and contaminants are removed .The quality of water coming out is safe , clean and pure. Also the duration this filter lasts is better than comparable filters from other brands . I recommend this cost effective filter for you

Easy install, snug fit, and the water tastes great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Swapping out the fridge water filter matters more than most people think, and I'd say sticking with the OEM one is a must. Installing it was easy: just unscrew the old one and twist the new one in. It fits snug with no leaks, which can be a problem with off-brand filters. The water tasted better right away, with no weird smell or funky aftertaste. I did run the first couple of jugs of water through and toss them to flush out any residue, which is totally normal. The instructions were clear too. I'd definitely buy this again.

Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung’s HAF-QIN Refrigerator Water Filter is an excellent product. It is super easy to replace the old filter and install the new one. It keeps my water and ice tasting crisp and fresh. I love that the filters include a check to verify you received a genuine filter. The best part is it reduces 40 different contaminants, including chlorine, lead, and mercury. My only request is that they look into a way to recycle the filters as we try as hard as possible to be close to a zero waste household. Otherwise there's zero complaints and I highly recommend this product for your Samsung refrigerator.

Samsung Water Filter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replacing the water filter in refrigerator is very important and to replace it with OEM filter is a must. The filter was easy to install like unscrewing and screwing back in. It fits snug and no leakage which can occur with off market brands. Water tastes immediately better, no foul odor or funky taste. I do discard first couple of Jugs of water to remove any residues which are normal. Instructions were clear. I would purchase it again in the future.

I like my water to be very fresh and cold so I like the water with this water filter. It was easy to install. I think it took less than a minute. You do have to cycle water through it, just like other water filters, but it’s not a huge deal. If you want to stick with Samsung brand water filters, this one is worth the cost.

Simply twist and pull the old filter to remove it, then reverse the process (push and twist) to install the new filter. The taste difference was immediate, highly recommend this filter!

Best Water Filter

Great Water Filter

I tried many cups of water from the refrigerator dispenser on the door. Right away, I could tell that the water was tastier then with my usual water filter. I found the water to be clearer also. So far, I think it is much better than my usual water filter. Even after using the filter for a few weeks now, the water is clear and tastes better. I highly recommend this product.

Installation is extremely easy: just remove the old filter, insert the new one, twist it into the locked position, and flush the system as instructed. I also really appreciate that Samsung has switched to simple recycled/recyclable cardboard packaging instead of using unnecessary plastic, which is a nice improvement.

From the moment I installed it, I was impressed with how easy and hassle-free the process was. It fit perfectly in my refrigerator, there were no leaks, and I had it up and running in just a few minutes.
The biggest difference I noticed was the taste of the water. It tastes so much fresher, cleaner, and crisper than before. Great Tasting Water!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got our Samsung fridge about 8 months ago and we got rid of our silver, high-end, on-the-counter, gravity-fed, water filter. We live in a city and while the tap water is not terrible, there is a noticeable difference between filtered and unfiltered. We were thinking we may need to get an extra pre-fridge filter to match our on-the-counter filter but we do not as the drinking water is just as good!
I watched a few videos on how to install it and in my experience you have to give it a full half turn while gently pushing the filter. It was super easy to replace and be sure to empty the drip tray under the filter during each change.

Genuine Samsung filter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a perfect fit for my Samsung refrigerator/freezer. I was able to swap it right in with no interruption in performance. I don't know what all is in this filter, if it's just a charcoal filter or what, but it filters out most of the heavy metals and actually does a great job. The water tastes soo much better than drinking tap. The other thing that is so nice about these filters is that there is zero mess/drips when changing it.

No weird smell. Mainly for drinking water and filling up our water bottles. I also use the water for my fish tank. I have used the water for making coffee and cooking. It was so easy to replace our old filter with this new one and took less than a minute. I have had issues with other filters but this was very easy to change. There was no water splashing out while I changed the filter. Our water taste fresh and we have no complaints. I will continue to use this filter in the future and would recommend to other Samsung fridge owners.

Fitbwell no problem when installing hassle-free, toolless twist-and-lock replacement process that takes only a few minutes and fits compatible Samsung French Door models without leaking. Fresh and clear water!

The Samsung filter delivers exactly that: clean water with no artificial taste. It does nothing more or less than what is expected from something that should function seamlessly in the background.
