Beautiful addition to our home theater
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just renovated a bedroom and built a Home Theater. This set is absolutely perfect! Picture is outstanding!! There are a lot of reviews out there sharing concerns about the fact that the 83 inch is a different technology than the other models. QD-OLED vs WOLED. I clearly cannot see any difference. The picture is bright and absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend this set!

Awesome!
I just received my 83” tv and I’m loving it so far, you just have to play with the settings a bit to get used to it. The colors are awesome! I was on the fence about since there were no reviews and people comparing it with the different technology from different sizes! At this price range the watch the tv is totally worth it! I’m so glad I pulled the trigger, I have Q990c soundbar and sounds amazing with this tv! 0 regrets. Just get it!!

Great but watch out for gaming use
I bought the TV last year and it’s brilliant for movies; however, when playing games off my PS5 they look overly bright and overly dark. I’m loosing a lot of detail in each scene especially when compared with my much older LGC1 - I’ve tried to fix setting to make it useable but cannot get it to any set of settings that let me have a quality gaming experience.

Its okay....
I bought the 83" S90C and I'm not really impressed by it. It doesn't have the same QD OLED panel as the other sizes in the S90C family so therefore its not as bright/ and the picture is not as good as the other S90C variants. The upscaling on it is not that great either. My 77" LG CX from 2020 upscales lower quality content better than this panel does. If you feed it 4K content it looks great and HDR content looks good as well, but it doesn't do anything spectacular for me. The price was the deciding factor, and I wish I would have just spent more and bought the LG C3.

complete AD garbage
I bought this tv about a month ago. Screen is beautiful. The Operating system is unusable garbage full of ads, uninstallable applications. I should have the option to choose the OS I want on my TV and the application that I want installed. all of this useless bloatware and ad are not something I want in my TV and I would be willing to pay more to not have them.
