Movie night at home!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung 85” NEO QLED QN 990H television is amazing, I am impressed!! It is super slim and fits on my bedroom dresser perfectly. There is absolutely no glare, even with bright sunlight shining through my bedroom window. The image is bright and clear and the sound is crisp with the multiple speakers built in. I don't even need surround sound! I love everything about this TV and so glad I upgraded! It was easy to set up and the stand is very durable (you will need two people just due to the size).
The Wireless One Connect box made set up a breeze. The main box connects via one thin cable. The wireless transmitter sits behind my dresser with five HDMI ports plus USB-C and ethernet. It transmits at 60GHz with zero lag.
I am impressed and very happy with my purchase. It will be like having a movie theatre in my bedroom, the entire family can watch their favorite shows and movies in the comfort of our home.
It is super fast, turns on in an instant and I can start watching my favorite show immediately. The NQ8 AI Gen 3 Processor chip uses hundreds of AI neural networks to massively upgrade picture and sound quality in real-time. It's amazing quality! Impressed by the quality of this tv and feel it was worth every dime!

8k at it's absolute Best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Neo QLED 8K QN990H 8k TV is stunning. When I buy a TV, I want the best. Samsung's flagship 8K TV is just that!. That means the most powerful processor, Samsung's Vision AI, a glare-free screen, and a new wireless connection hub. To make it easier, here are the features to note: Quantum mini LED Pro NQ8 AI Gen3 Processor makes everything run fast and snappy. 8K AI Upscaling Pro. Important with the lack of 8K content, this makes all your 4K content look like 8K, and it's gorgeous. The Wireless One Connect Box allows you to hide those ugly wires away from your TV area. You hook up your Blu-ray player, game console, or cable box to it, and it sends a flawless, up to 8K picture. Mine is without issues. The Infinty design Clean glare-free screen is incredibly useful no more bright room reflections. I can't see any. MotionX 240Hz screen doesn't just make my picture quality flawless; I can run my PC games in 4K at 240Hz, it's incredible & beautiful. The menu doesn't lag; this is honestly the best TV on the market, in my opinion. I love HDR content but can't handle when a TV doesn't have the peak brightness to hang. This TV excels everything wow! The wireless box is a game changer its now simple to get that flush cable free look. Wirless 8K picture atmos sound through a wireless box all works and sounds amazing. We live in an age of streaming, and you can stream 8K content all day long if you have a good router and connection. Wireless oneconnect TV is no different; The box is powerful, it connects to the TV beautifully. So, trust me dont wait? Put it in your cart; theater at home is a click away! When we turned ours on, my wife and kids were like, "Wow!" Right then I knew it was something special. My fam typically don't seem to care. Now it's a fight over movie night, and that's a great problem to have more family time. The one remote or my S26 Ultra as a remote through Samsung SmartThings Bixby voice i can go on all day! Buy this TV you and your family will love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV arrived well-packaged but is extremely heavy - I needed help moving it. Peeling off the protective film was satisfying since I don't upgrade often. My last TV was a 65" from the latest console generation, so this 85" 8K is a massive leap.
I ceiling-mounted it since my TV sits in front of empty space under stairs. The universal mount's screws didn't fit perfectly - I had to cut spacers in half. The TV included no mounting hardware, which was disappointing. Two people are a must for lifting off floor/mounting installation.
Setup started smoothly, but I hit a major frustration when connecting my soundbar and console - the HDMI handshake completely failed. Soundbar wasn't recognized. This was incredibly annoying after just unboxing everything. Fortunately, this appears to be a well-documented issue online. After researching, I found the solution: do a full TV reset, unplug both the soundbar and wireless One Connect box, then power them on sequentially (wireless box first, wait a moment, then soundbar). This fixed it permanently and everything has worked flawlessly since.
The Wireless One Connect Box solved my unique setup challenge. The main box connects via one thin cable. The wireless transmitter sits behind my dresser with five HDMI ports plus USB-C and ethernet. It transmits at 60GHz with zero lag - even gaming feels wired. Since I can't run cables through my wall with my stairs, this prevents wires dangling from the TV down to my dresser.
Picture quality is stunning - vibrant colors, matte finish prevents glare from my ceiling fan, Mini LED creates incredible contrast with deep blacks and bright highlights. I noticed blooming and visible pixels on certain content like the YouTube startup screen on my console - something I never saw on my prior 65" TV. Not really concerning, just noticeable. The processor upscales 4K content beautifully.
Gaming at 240Hz is incredibly smooth with 10ms input lag. Game Bar and variable refresh rate work flawlessly. One freeze occurred - forums say occasional freezes happen but aren't concerning unless recurring.
Built-in audio impressed me - good depth and clarity. Q-Symphony only works with same-brand soundbars... built-ins are pretty solid, many could skip external audio.
Key settings I changed: Movie Mode, Warm2 tone, sharpness 0, Motion Plus off, HDR10+ on, Local Dimming high. Highly recommend tweaking settings.
The 8K problem: virtually zero content exists sadly.
