Loved it!

The buttons are clear, and picking a cycle feels straightforward. It runs quietly and the spin leaves clothes less wet, so drying is quicker. Love the AI option as well as the fact that I can track the progress on my phone. It also shows the how much electric efficiency. Overall, great washer and good value—I’d buy it again.

Samsung Washer

The machine offers many maintenance reminders and diagnostics on the screen. This will ensure that I never miss the cleaning cycles to decrease mold. The many cycle options are also useful.

Love my Samsung AI washer

I actually have a hard time choosing which one I want to use. I can pick them from my phone and send my choice to my washer without going to my washer. It also has auto dispense detergent and fabric softener. The thing I really love is once the cycle ends it auto opens the door. Samsung Bespoke AI washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to the Samsung Bespoke AI Washer (5.3 cu. ft.), and I’m really happy with it. It looks great, runs quietly, and the AI features actually make a difference it senses the load and adjusts automatically. The auto detergent dispenser is helpful you fill it and it will auto dispense.
The inside is large capacity and fits bedding and towels easily, and setup with SmartThings was quick and easy since most of my household items are Samsung!

This machine is a lifesaver!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly excited to try out the Samsung Bespoke washer because I’m a tech geek at heart and Samsung usually stays ahead of the game. After a few loads, I could already tell the difference! My clothes come out looking cleaner and not as worn down as they did with my old machine. One feature I didn’t even know I’d love so much is how the door pops open if the clothes sit too long. That has saved me from the funky washer smell more than once.

we are a family of 5 so you can imagine the laundry needs are high!
the easy to fill laundry detergent and fabric softener are a plus so dont accidentally forget to load them, the smarthings are enabled on this washer so every connected device shows you what the status of the washer is, i own samsung tv's and a samsung phone so it keeps remiding me that the washer cycle is complete and you need to move it to the dryer.

Gorgeous washer

Before we brought the Samsung WF90F53ADSA5 washer home, laundry felt like a constant burden, a cycle I could never truly stay ahead of. Now, it just feels manageable and, honestly, easy. The core functionality is superb. It is extremely user-friendly—I don't need a complex manual just to start a cycle—and the cleaning power is outstanding. More importantly, the speed is wonderful. The promise of fast loads from start to finish is absolutely delivered upon, allowing me to power through everything that needs washing without the entire afternoon being eaten up.
While I personally stick to the regular buttons and rarely use the phone app myself, that technology turned out to be the most useful part of the system for the rest of my family. My husband and kids are the ones glued to their screens, and they absolutely love receiving that simple notification when a load is finished. This means I no longer have to be the household reminder system, shouting down the hall, "Go get your clothes before they wrinkle!" It takes the mental task off my plate of constantly checking the clock or running downstairs to prompt everyone else to do their part. This feature cleverly delegates the responsibility, and honestly, that relief is priceless. This machine is efficient, smart, and a highly recommended upgrade for any busy home that needs a little less nagging and a little more help.

Works Better Than Expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Washer is amazing! Not only does it leave my clothes feeling clean but is smells so fresh. It has convenient slots for the detergent and softener so I don’t have to bother with dispensing it. The best feature for me is that it can alert me through the app when the clothes are done so I can just go back downstairs to pop it in the dryer. It has the cool option to automatically open the door so mildew doesn’t build up. It’s a nice size too that can fit a lot of clothes. Definitely would recommend.

You will not be disappointed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is a reliable workhorse in my laundry room now. Its AI feature options takes a lot of the guesswork out of setting cycles by automatically identifying fabric type and soil level — it definitely beats an average washer. Its SuperSpeed Wash can wash a full load in under 30 minutes with acceptable cleaning quality, which is great when time is an issue.
From a design standpoint, I appreciate the sleek look and ease of the Auto Dispense drawer in that I can pre-load detergent and softener for several loads. It's very quiet and there are plenty of cycle choices available. Of course, with any smart appliances, there is a bit of learning to understand how to get maximum use of all of its smart functions, and some occasional maintenance (seal, filter cleaning) to keep it running smoothly. Overall, 10/10.

Sleek Laundry Powerhouse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as my washer and dryer were delivered, I realized I had received quite the upgrade. Gone are the days with antique looking beige unites with clunky knobs and switches. This unit had luxury written all over it. The black and stainless appearance with a single large touchscreen on the front looked amazing. Probably my favorite feature of the washer is the detergent and fabric softener dispenser. Each has their own reservoir that automatically dispenses the liquid base on the amount of laundry! It even actively monitors the level and will tell you when its running low. It has a number of different cycles and I've found it very easy to switch between them on the touchscreen. I've, however, been using the AI cycle which automatically senses the amount of clothes as well as how dirty they are to adjust the settings. I'm extremely happy with the large capacity as well -- fewer loads is always welcome. It has an entire operating system with apps too! At first I thought this was overkill. I mean, who wants to watch Youtube or listen to Spotify on their washing machine. However, I was folding clothes one day and put a video on and I was hooked! Overall its a wonderful washer and I'd recommend to anyone.

Laundry made easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i have been using this washer for a while and it has been a perfect addition to our new home. it is sleek and modern with AI which help in choosing what is the right kind of wash based on the load. It runs very quietly compared to my old machine, which was a huge plus.
It is sleek but yet has big loads comfortable for a family. It handles bulky items like bedding with no issues at all and the wash cycles are perfectly set from having quick washes to eco-friendly wash options. I also appreciate the energy and water efficiency, which makes a noticeable difference on my monthly bills which is huge added benefit.
Overall, this washer is a powerful, and user-friendly taking the hassle out of doing laundry and delivers excellent results every time. Highly recommend it for big families like ours.

Amazing

Samsung has made it easy to do Laundry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer and dryer are probably one of the best two things that I've bought as a set they complement each other the options that the washing machine has I've never seen a washing machine with so many options to clean but Samsung is made it easy they've given you an AI feature which basically knows exactly what needs to be done with the clothes that are in for that load and what they've done to make it even easier is they've let that AI feature transfer over to the dryer so whatever the washing machine does the dryer does the corresponding task but what a dryer is supposed to do dish washing machine has a pet option where if your pet bed gets dirty toys dirty anything that your pet gets dirty Harry it allows you to put that in press the option and it cleans your pet's toys and or bed by making all the adjustments for you you'll never have to worry if you're putting it on the right setting because Samsung when you're setting everything up it'll go through a series of questions and as you ask those questions when you start washing your clothes it'll give you those options for washing your clothes I'm glad they came out with this because now I enjoy going to the washing machine putting in my clothes. The amount of clothes that you can wash in one load it's it's amazing you can almost wash everything in one load depending on how much clothing you have with the automatic detergent dispenser it makes things easier so you're never putting too much detergent on your clothes and then getting that feeling that you have detergent still on your clothes the spin cycle literally dries your clothes if you had a clothesline you could put them up on the clothesline and everything would be perfect and lastly if you have any of Samsungs products TV tablet phone as you're hooking this washing machine up to the Internet it'll see all of the other Samsung products and it'll send out a notification letting you know when your clothes are done you will not make a mistake if you buy this washing machine and dryer

Great thinking Washer

I have had to close the doors in my laundry room with my previous sets, as they tend to shake and end up all over the place, and when I did my first cycle, this washer remained in place and was so quiet that I felt confident that I could do my laundry without waking up the baby. I was also able to listen to Spotify or check on my laundry through the app since I was able to add it to my SmartThings app.
The extra cycles and AI cycles features of this washer are a huge plus and one I have never encountered before! The capabilities and features are well thought out and well incorporated into the washing machine. It is very efficient in space saving, water consumption, energy consumption, and just very convenient to use at any time! I cannot wait to see what other features they plan to add in the future! Well done with this model for sure!

Beyond Smart
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is a huge step forward. Smart and AI are usually buzzwords but Samsung has really done something with this washer. You can add it to smart things directly from their display, just don't try do add them from your phone at the same time, you'll just confuse yourself and the system. I love the automatic soap and fabric softner dispenser, these units are truly built for the modern smart home. There is every possible wash and dry cycle you could ask for, from Normal, to heavy duty, to bedding, to delicate, if you can think it, this set has it. The washer performance is top notch, my clothes were almost dry when I took them out, thanks to the excellent spin cycle. That just makes the job of the dryer easier.

The Washer That Saved My Sanity

I believe the Samsung Bespoke Washer WF90F53ADSA5 has saved my sanity. It looks super slick—even the kids think it’s cool—but for me, it's all about how it performs.
This beast handles everything we throw at it, from the ridiculous amount of sweaty tennis outfits to the endless pile of school clothes and some “Sunday best" dresses. The drum is huge, which means I’m doing far fewer loads, and the cleaning power is legit. Stains that would normally require a pre-soak are just ... gone. Plus, it’s so quiet I can run a load late at night without worrying about waking anyone up.
The smart features are a lifesaver. Being able to check the cycle status from my phone while I'm streaming is a huge win. Actually, being able to set up the cycles using my SmartThings app is so simple and easy to do! This has definitely given me bonus “Tech Dad” points! Honestly, the Samsung Bespoke Washer is built to handle the chaos of a busy family. It looks great, it works hard, and it's made my life a whole lot easier.

Really Great Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI Front Load Washer has been really interesting since we received it. I love all the different setting you can choose from and that AI can help make the washer more efficient depending on the type of load. I really enjoy being able to have this hooked up to the Samsung SmartThings app as well. This helps with staying on top of the laundry when it’s completed.
Another interesting thing about this washer is being able to load the laundry detergent and softener in so I don’t have to manually add it myself every load. I also like that you can adjust the amount of detergent you want in each load depending on type of load it may be.
This is a great product and I enjoy all the options that you can choose from.

Voice command operation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Someone in my household mentioned it was hard to figure out how to use the new washer, until I said, - there is nothing to figure out, you can simply talk to Bixby and ask to set the cycle you want and hit start. They were blown away when they realized they could do that, I was too when I figured it out, and seriously, I don't know how it could get easier than that. You can say Bixby, set the washing cycle to whites and hit start. And that's it.
Talking about whites, my white clothes got whiter that ever before after a wash, I don't know what it is but I'm guessing it's because it's truly a smart washer. And of course there is so much more in such a sleak, clean and modern design. You can browse the web, check your security system cameras, watch YouTube, control and review other smart appliances, listen and dance to your favorite Spotify Playlist while you fold your clothes. It's such a smart appliance that it determinantes how much detergent it needs and you don't even have to worry about adding it every time, that doesn't mean you can't still be in control, you can manually set it up as well, so you can spend as much or as little time as you want doing the laundry, the choose is yours. Personally, I'm proud of the choise I made with this washer.

Samsung Bespoke washer & dryer set
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with the new Samsung F90 Series Bespoke washer & dryer and the dark gray color. It's the fanciest washer & dryer we've ever had but the display is well designed and easy to use. The washing machine has features that weren't on our previous model (by another brand) such as the detergent auto dispenser for running multiple loads and the automatic opening of the door at the end of the cycle so wet laundry doesn't get musty if left inside too long before putting in the dryer. It would be great if a pedestal set was available (we have the set side by side) so we wouldn't have to bend down to get the loads of laundry in and out of the machines.

The smart feature has made my life easy. I don’t have to measure detergent every time since it auto-dispenses, and the AI settings adjust the wash based on the load. Even little things like the door opening on its own at the end and the self-cleaning drum are super convenient.
The design feels durable and thoughtfully made, which gives me confidence it will last. For anyone who has never used this product before, I would say it’s definitely worth trying you’ll notice the difference right away. Overall, it’s been a great addition to my home and I highly recommend it.

Great Features

The SmartThings connection is one of those features I didn't think I'd use much, but now I love getting that notification when a load is done. Theres no more forgetting wet clothes in there for hours! The automatic detergent dispenser has been a lifesaver, especially with my kids doing their own laundry now. They dont exactly measure soap, so having it dispensed automatically means no more soap overload situations. Plus, when they just need to wash a couple shirts or gym clothes, there's actually a small load setting that doesn't waste a ton of water. It's those little things that make daily life easier!

Love this washer

Huge Surprise
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke AI Front Load Washer has been a big change in the way I do laundry. Being able to connect the washer to my Samsung SmartThings app and it notify me when my wash cycle is done has been amazing. Being able to have the app send me notifications helps me be more efficient in getting my laundry done.
I really enjoy being able to fill the washer with laundry soap and get a reminder when it needs to be refilled when empty. It’s so much easier than having to add laundry every time along with being able to adjust how much soap needs to be in each load is great. Another plus to this washer is all the different ways you can wash different loads of laundry based on its type.
One of my favorite things about this washer is the touchscreen and the sleek look of the washer itself. This washer is going to look great in my renovated laundry room.

What a game changer it is, no more missing socks as now you can actually see inside the washer, and for those that enjoy a show, yes, I'm talking to you, people that love watching your clothes getting washed, yeah, guilty as charged here lol, turn that light on and enjoy!
You got bored? Well, how about watching a youtube video on the built-in screen, or maybe just continue watching the washing show with some Spotify music in the background, thanks to the built-in speaker :).
You can already tell I'm in love with this washer right? Well, I haven't even gotten to the washing part, with the drum size I can finish faster, clothes get washed properly with all the different washing cycles this machine has, don't know which one to select? Well, let the AI washing cycle do it itself.
There's soooo many things I love about this washer, the detergent tanks that dispense the right amount of it so you don't have to be dealing with washing your measuring cups or even trying to figure out how much detergent you need, someone's at the front door but you don't have your smartphone with you to see who's there? Answer it straight from the washer with the ring app; the automatic door opening after the cycle's over? Mind blown.
You in need of a new washing machine? I'm telling you, this is the ONE.
