Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pretty Spaceship [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fell in love at first sight with this microwave. It looks very sleek and elegant. It makes me want to upgrade my cabinets to match it better because I feel bad my cabinets don't look as sleek. With that said, the glass surface shows every stains and prints you can imagine. I try to minimize where I touch it as much as possible. Also the font for the numbers and guide on the microwave is too small for my senior mother. Functionality wise, it works really well. I like how much control I have over the it and it is pretty easy to figure out. The beep when you touch the controls is nice and not obnoxious, I like that you have the option to mute it too. The app helps me learn useful things I can do with my microwave. This one is less noisy than my old microwave. The white light for the stove is so much nicer than the yellow light on my old one. It also has 2 levels of brightness, which is a nice touch. The filter for the exhaust is very easy to be removed. Overall I really like my new microwave.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Above average microwave [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seen every specs of my mircowave to tests it true ability and I’m stunned by how much I enjoy reheating my meals with confidence of true taste and no longer have that yucky feeling of eating leftovers. I love how Smartapps lets me know updates about it when I’m not near it or less than a couple feet away it allows me to control the ventilation speeds, cooking and heating adjustments which just amazes me to be able to have more control and less stress of wondering if I’m overheating my food. Also has a larger serving size platter than most I’m able to fit more for multiple kids in my house hold. On top of all of that I can’t express how much easier and relief it’s been to tackle cleaning. The beautiful ceramic blue interior enamel is scratch-resistant and easy to keep clean with minimum scrubbing and no harsh chemicals needed.

It is so convenient to have all of my appliances listed in the SmartThings app and monitor their status. The sensor cook feature is great. I reheat my food when I work from home and don't have to worry about the food coming out cold or way too hot. The auto dimming glass controls are so sleek and work very well. The capacity of this microwave is perfect. Enough space for all of my needs. Not only does the microwave work well, it looks really good in our kitchen with all of our other Bespoke products.

Wow, can you say gorgeous? My family thinks it's not just gorgeous but also well-built, feature-packed, and easy to use. It has all the modern necessities for your smart home, including Wi-Fi connectivity, voice control, SmartThings Cooking, and SmartThings Energy. With a sleek glass design that features auto-dimming glass touch controls, this microwave seamlessly blends into your kitchen design. Samsung's Bespoke Design makes it easy to match your appliances to each other and to your home. It has a large 2.1 cu. ft. capacity and a sensor cook power ventilation system (400 CFM). The ceramic enamel interior looks great and should last a very long time. You can also save energy with: Eco Mode and treat the family with Home Dessert Mode. I really appreciate the popcorn Mode. As silly as that sounds my family loves popcorn and there is nothing worse than unpopped kernels left in the bottom of the bag. I'm happy to report this microwave does a excellent job getting almost every last kernel to Sweet buttery popcorn. I also really appreciate the ease of use Samsung has put a simple menu right on the inside of the microwave to give you one button heat UPS for many popular dishes and leftovers. Also having control with your voice or even with your Samsung smart device seemed like something maybe you would not need? However it actually comes very Handy, especially if you have a babysitter or someone at your home who doesn't know how to use your microwave. You can simply do it for them on your mobile device from wherever you are, thus impressing your company and solving a problem when the sitter is trying to warm up leftovers on your new, fancy microwave. Realizing a microwave is something that we use so often day to day, I am left feeling like Samsung has really hit this one out of the park. They have covered all the bases, given us all the features, and it's gorgeous. This is definitely a must-buy in my opinion; your family will thank you, trust me.

I love the White Glass exterior, it looks sleek and matches well with my white cabinets. The auto-dimming, lighted control buttons are easy to use, just touch them with your finger and they respond instantly plus they look cool too. The vent is powerful and the charcoal filter really does a good job with keeping odors and smoke from filling my kitchen. It's big inside with an easy-to-clean enamel coating. Cooking is a snap with the Sensor Cook setting plus you also get built-in cooking settings for ten different desserts. Just use the SmartThings app, find the recipe you want to make, follow the instructions on the app and then press a button on the microwave and it will automatically cook it for you. How easy is that! This Bespoke microwave does it all while looking great at the same time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks Amazing - Cooks Amazing - Just Buy It! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke microwave is a joy to look at and to use. The White Glass exterior really pops and looks so sleek and high-tech. I love how the touch controls illuminate with a simple touch and then dim automatically so that the front of the microwave can retain that clean and seamless look. You can adjust the time-delay for the auto-dimming. I keep mine set at 15 minutes and it’s perfect for me. The interior is a blue enamel and is so very easy to clean. Just a quick wipe is all that’s needed to keep the inside looking brand new. I much prefer this scratch-resistant enamel coating on the Samsung. My old microwave had that typical white interior that wasn’t the easiest to keep clean. This interior is very big and roomy and can easily fit the very largest of bowls or even a turkey! The vent is very powerful at 400 CFM (most microwaves are only 300 CFM) and there are 4 vent settings : Boost, High, Mid and Low. Even when on Boost, the sound isn’t overpowering and you get exceptional airflow that easily dissipates any steam from boiling pots. The included charcoal filter further helps to eliminate any cooking smells from travelling throughout the house. The SmartThings app is so cool to use with this microwave. I love being able to turn on or off the LED cooking lights with the app. I sometimes forget to turn them off when I’m in the kitchen. Being able to check the app when I’m in another room or upstairs and see if they are on or off is a nice perk. Also the lights have two brightness settings: High and Low. High is so nice and bright and perfect for when you’re cooking. It illuminates everything very nicely. I set the lights to low when I want a nice ambiance in the kitchen in the evening. There are still so many great features this microwave has but I will mention just one more. The Sensor Cook function. It’s so easy to use. I just tap the Sensor Cook control button then I pick the Dinner Plate option and it automatically starts to reheat my food and it determines the exact time needed, without any input from me. Can’t get any easier or more convenient than that. Thank you Samsung for making my meal preparation easy, stylish and fun.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poorly Designed Functionality I bought this microwave less than two weeks ago and have discovered the "auto-dimming glass" feature is a frustrating problem and huge disappointment. The biggest issue is that once the glass screen automatically dims and goes black couple of minutes after using the microwave, it OFTEN requires MULTIPLE attempts of either touching the glass screen or opening the door to wake the unit up so the function buttons light up and become visible again. Without being able to see the buttons, one absolutely cannot use the microwave. Further, once the buttons do light up again, it OFTEN takes multiple attempts of touching the buttons with significant pressure to get the microwave to recognize the intended commands. This means trying to enter a simple command such as setting the cooking time OFTEN involves an inordinate number of failed presses. As if this impracticality weren't enough, the clock and date display automatically blacks out about two minutes after all the function buttons black out. While it makes sense that the function buttons automatically black out, it makes absolutely NO sense that the time and date display black out as well, and this characteristic cannot be changed. What makes this microwave more expensive than the Samsung ME21DB650012aa model just below it is exactly what makes it WORSE than that model.
