New To Samsung Appliances
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all of the features offered with this oven. The best feature is the plug in cooking thermometer. We cooked a perfect pork loin on the first night and loved being able to monitor the cooking on the Smart Things app.

Great oven with high tech features
I’ve had it for few weeks by now and love it so far. I have tried to bake bread, fruit pies, meat stuffed pies and cheese buns. Everything turned out very nice.

Camera does not work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works fine, have used for 2 weeks with no issues. I cannot seem to get the camera monitoring to work with the app. It gives instructions to download a plug in that does not appear in the app.
The preheat function works well and is quick.
Heating is consistent throughout the oven and food temperature is precise as I would expect from a precision machine.
We have not tried the steaming function and have not been able to figure out how to use it.

False claim ! Cannot steam cook!
Bought and installed Bespoke 30" Matte Black Single Wall Oven with AI Pro Cooking™ Camera on Dec26 2023. Found out that the steam cook function cannot be used without a Samsung steam cook tray. Tried to order it for 3 days, talked to four team members. All attempts to purchase online were failed. It stated, "Delivery is not available for the provided zip code" A note also stated California Proposition 65 warning. Now I paid for a steam cooking function that doesn't work without that special steam cook tray. False claim of product function!
