Make your home and back happy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying my new Bespoke AI Jet Ultra Vacuum. It came with the cleaning station and plenty of attachments. It works really well on my tile and short pile carpet using the AI feature to adjust the suction. The battery lasts a lot longer than the one on my old Stick 60.
The filtration system seems to work really well, although it is a bit sensitive to needing cleaned after every other use. I just set my dustbin emptying to the LONG setting and run it twice. If it still says it needs clean I just delete the message, because it doesn't.
I love the new LED light on the front of it, that my old jet stick did not have. It makes maneuvering underneath tables and chairs so much easier. I don't know if the charger does battery conditioning, so I do slide off the battery after it is charged up, just to keep it from shortening the life of it.
Overall it is great at what it does and that is keeping your floors clean and your back happy! I just received
my new Mop Head for it so I will need to give it a test spin as soon as I get the pads for it!

All around great!
I chose this over Dyson for the simple fact that I run all Samsung appliances. I won't lie, I was nervous about this purchase because Samsung hasn't been in the game like Dyson has. Wow! I'm completely surprised. I absolutely love this vacuum and the AI mode. It will literally suck up my carpet if you leave it in one spot too long. Great product!

Great feature!

The build quality also seems very good. The red bristle strip does shed some fibers, but it’s good that the strip can be removed. Hopefully, this area can be improved in future versions.

A should-have vacuum!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best vacuum we ever had. Before we had corded vacuums and they were a pain to take around the house. This one is easy to take to places and clean every part of our home. The built is sturdy and the battery works great. We cleaned the full house many times and the battery never got to less than 30%. The AI mode is extremely convenient as before we would need to adjust every time you change floor or vacuum a rug. I love that it has a little light in the front of the vacuum so I can see the dirt even when the lighting conditions are not great. The self clean is a nice touch, and despite the fact we use everyday for a few months now, it still has space in it. You still need to clean it from time to time, which is fine.

Great vacuum!

It is more powerful than my first one, easy to maneuver around furniture and works great on carpet, wood floors & tile. Being a multi-pet home, the attachments, filtration & powerful suction make cleaning my home so much easier. The long battery life is a bonus, lasting long enough to vacuum my entire home.

Best Vacuum by far!

I used it everyday for years until it broke.. I decided to upgrade to the Bespoke Jet Ultra and I am glad I did! The battery life is amazing, the suction is great and the LED light on the vacuum head is awesome for seeing particles on the floor to vacuum! I even bought one of these for my mom and she's impressed with it as well!

All Around Powerhouse
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new AI Jet Ultra. Like the rest of the Bespoke lineup its very modern and the stand is amazing. The vacuum hides in plain sight. You don't want to hide it in a closet or anything. I also love it auto detects carpet and floor. It stops the bristles on the floor automatically and can just keep going as I please. Battery is good too and my favorite feature is the stand auto disposes all the dust. I thought it might be a bit gimmicky but heck now that I am using it I DO NOT miss opening my trash trying to get all the dust out and inhaling some.

Solid and Stylish
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vacuums tend not to get along with me very well. I've had many over the years, and almost always get extended warranties for them, out of need and necessity. I'm hoping that this vacuum holds up well over time, as it is certainly stylish, solid, quality-built, and extremely functional. I would like to discuss the product in terms of pros and cons, although the pros far outweigh the cons.
Pros:
1) The vertical holding station is unique, and I love its ability to automatically empty the dust bin after each vacuum's use. It has tremendous suction power in terms of emptying the dust bin, and it does a nice job of emptying the dust bin fully into the bag below--seamlessly and without assistance.
2) The vacuum is surprisingly quiet--especially considering its 400 air watts of maximum power.
3) Each power setting will adjust the remaining time of battery life, but it can easily handle an entire home on
a single charge. The time remaining on its highest level starts at about 20 minutes, and the AI mode can be well over 2 hours. I had no problem vacuuming a 3,000 square foot home, with time remaining. The battery arrived pre-charged at the 30% level, and the initial charge to 100% did take about 4-5 hours. With the vacuum battery at 75% level, it took an hour and forty-five minutes to get it back to the 100% charge level.
4) The Samsung Smart Things app connected easily to the vacuum, without any glitches. In AI mode, the vacuum will adjust itself automatically by detecting hard floor surfaces, area rugs and carpet and responding accordingly in terms of suction and power. All in all, a brilliant step forward in vacuum technology! Also, by being connected wirelessly, any updates to the vacuum occur automatically. My vacuum received an AI update after its second use, when I placed it on the holding/charging cradle. It took about two minutes for the update.
5) I purchased the spray spinning sweeper separately, and love it! I was reluctant at first to purchase it, as I've read many reviews that say the spray function doesn't work. I must have gotten lucky, because the spray function was easy to install, worked perfectly the first time out, and the vacuum cleaner immediately detected the sweeper and instantly displayed "Wet" on the LED handle screen. It acts in a similar fashion as a wet mop, with two round rotating spinner wheels, and the ability to add floor cleaner with the push of a button. I think I'm as excited about the spinning sweeper attachment as I am the entire vacuum. It's very easy to put on and take off, and it includes disposable wet pads if you don't wish to add your own floor cleaner fluid.
Cons and Comments:
1) When the vacuum is not resting in its vertical stand, it does not stand up on its own. Some other vacuums have a lock at the base that typically require you to hold the base down with your foot, while you unsnap the handle from its locked position with a backwards hand movement. Perhaps, due to the weight of the battery (?), it just cannot stand on its own--I'm not sure why. But just a note that if you're not in the process of vacuuming or storing it in its vertical holder, you will need to rest the unit against the wall or something similar to prevent it from falling over.
2) This unit works as well as any other vacuum I've owned in terms of picking up larger debris. However, there is a bit of a learning curve when it comes to larger-sized items on the floor. Dust, small fragments of paper and even kibbled sized items are no challenge for this vacuum. However, it had difficulty picking up a loose almond (shelled) on the floor, even with a couple back and forth motions. The trick to larger-sized debris items is to pick up the vacuum and place the roller brush directly over the item instead of pushing backwards and forwards with the handle. Problem solved.
3) The manual is essentially missing from the box, which doesn't make a lot of sense, since there are two other inserts included, which cover quick-start, do's and don'ts, and warranty type information. To access the User's Manual, you either need to scan in the supplied QR code with your smartphone, or go to the Samsung Support website for detailed usage information and videos. You can also obtain usage information from third-party video sites and internet searches. I just don't understand the cost savings by not including a User's Guide or manual with the product. It seems like a fair amount of unnecessary extra steps before being able to fully understand and use the vacuum for its first use.
4) The other thing to note is that this vacuum is sold in about a half dozen other countries, and with each country, there are some slight differences as to what is included in the box. I started by reading international reviews on the product and noticed some of the following differences: the U.S. includes a single 100-minute battery, whereas other countries may also include an additional 60-minute battery. In the United States the color choice of the vacuum is a single Satin Black, whereas in other parts of the world it may also be available in Greige (a gray/beige combination) or Mint Green. Also, some countries include the accessory cradle/caddy holder, whereas here in the U.S. it is not even available as an optional purchase add-on. And lastly, earlier releases of the vacuum included the spray spinning sweeper with the purchase of the vacuum, and here it is available as an add-on purchase only (and well worth it, I might add!). I cannot explain these differences, as the vacuum has essentially the same list price throughout the world.
In total, I think this is an excellent product that is top-notch in terms of quality, technology and performance. As alluded to earlier, I did purchase the 3-year warranty with the vacuum, but I notice that the vacuum already has a 2-year warranty. Something to look at more closely, if you are planning to protect your purchase. In terms of putting everything into perspective, at this point, this is the best vacuum I have ever owned. Just being cordless adds so much ease and versatility in terms of vacuuming--I would never go back to a corded vacuum cleaner again!

Loving the experience in new way

I needed to adult but not in a boring way so, “Okay, time to be a responsible adult with clean floors.” What I didn’t expect was to be emotionally attached to a stick vacuum. Excited to vacuum. Wondering what else I could vacuum. Can I take it outside? (spoiler: I did). I vacuum the car, the outside rug, the shed (just dry vacuuming not wet).
Because..the suction on this thing is no joke. Pet hair, crumbs, mysterious dust from who-knows-where... gone. Spider webs. Gone. Spiders…gone.. Ants. Gone. It adjusts itself automatically depending on the floor, which makes me feel like it gets me. I didn’t even know I needed that in my life, but now I can’t go back.
Battery life is crazy long — I vacuumed my whole house and the aforementioned outside areas and it was still going. And the clean station? Game-changer. It empties itself without that gross dust cloud in your face.
Bottom line: I never thought vacuuming would be the highlight of my day, but this thing makes me weirdly happy. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants clean floors and excitement from their appliances.

Power House vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters the look of this is so sleek and slim. I live that it’s lightweight and I can cart it to any room in the house! The handle sits comfortably in your hand and the controls are right there on top which you reach with your thumb. This glucoses across our hardwood floor so nicely and with not a lot of noise. The vacuum itself is pretty quiet. There is one feature we love and that is that it extends which works great for taller people to vacuum, like my husband! We also have used this on our carpet and it did great there too but I love this more for my hardwood.

Cleaned carpet amazingly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum cleaner the bespoke AI from Samsung is an amazing vacuum when I took it out the box I realized how lightweight it was and I didn't think that this vacuum would be able to handle the job. But I was wrong as soon as I turned the vacuum on I could just tell this vacuum had enough power to actually clean the carpets and not just move dirt around it came with one battery this battery allowed me to clean the whole upstairs of my house which is about 1500 square feet of shag carpet and I believe without the assistance of the AI feature it might have not had enough battery but the AI feature adjust for whatever surface you're on and it also adjust the power and how much suction is applied to the surface so it's making sure it's working to its fullest potential and not more than what is needed it easily cleaned up all the dirt on my hardwood floor which would be expected it also allows you to clean under tables and under chairs without having to move them which I liked and the best feature is as soon as you're done you don't have to use any of your hands to pull out any of the dirt from the vacuum because as soon as you put it on the self cleaning canister it charges and sucks out all the dirt that you've collected while vacuuming for your session I've had other vacuums in this vacuum beats them all hands down so if you need a vacuum that's not going to let you down and do the job that it's supposed to do at this price point you need to look at this vacuum before any others

This vacuum cleaner is POWERFUL and doesn’t mess around when it comes to suction. Whether tackling carpets, hardwood floors, or stubborn pet hair, the AI-powered system seems to optimize performance effortlessly, leaving surfaces spotless with minimal effort.
Then, there’s maintenance. Unlike some vacuums that turn cleaning into a chore, this one makes the process much simpler. Emptying the bin is automatic, and keeping the filters clean doesn’t require much effort.
