Useless Installation Instructions
For the past 2 hours, I've been going through the instructions while trying to draw up how this goes on a cabinet box, and the instructions fail to even give me half of the information needed to design a box. For one thing, the instructions need to have a cross-section showing the microwave and frame on the cabinet box, with all the relevant dimensions. I don't know the dimensions of the opening in the actual frame. I don't know where the frame opening is supposed to fall regarding the opening in the cabinet, like, are the bottoms of the two openings flush with each other? The 3" min at the bottom, is that the bottom of the frame, or is that leaving a gap? So much missing information! I expected better from a company like Samsung.

Horrible install instructions
Not exactly sure how an engineer or marketing person thought these were useful instructions. They make absolutely NO sense and don't really tell how to fit the trim kit onto the cabinet frame. Additionally, template for mine was completely missing from box. I saw the reviews before I bought and thought, "It can't be that bad." Apparently, I was wrong.

Paint peeling off entire trim piece.
I bought this unit in the black stainless. Apparently the surface was not properly prepped before they paint these, as the paint started to peel and fall off of the entire piece. You can actually rub your finger across the finish and paint will fall off. Avoid this model and brand at all costs.

Finish is terrible
Finish started wearing off where vented air blows through trim kit within 6 months of purchase. Very disappointed. Unfortunately we purchased Samsung black stainless everything for our kitchen and every appliance except for dishwasher has the same issue with the finish flaking off. Our only option is to replace the fronts of everything and live with a mismatched microwave. Never again, Samsung.

Simple fix.
The picture of the rough opening in the installation guide should include the trim kit overlaying it and the dimensions to locate off the RO. You can't build the cabinet without it and that is what you are missing.

Worst part instructions I’ve ever seen
I have installed a lot of things in my day, and have completely renovated four homes, and this product - BY FAR - has the worst instructions I’ve ever seen. It’s like they were put together in another language, but not fully translated to English, so they literally don’t make sense.
