Rated 1 out of 5 by from Finish is terrible Finish started wearing off where vented air blows through trim kit within 6 months of purchase. Very disappointed. Unfortunately we purchased Samsung black stainless everything for our kitchen and every appliance except for dishwasher has the same issue with the finish flaking off. Our only option is to replace the fronts of everything and live with a mismatched microwave. Never again, Samsung.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Simple fix. The picture of the rough opening in the installation guide should include the trim kit overlaying it and the dimensions to locate off the RO. You can't build the cabinet without it and that is what you are missing.

It’s like they were put together in another language, but not fully translated to English, so they literally don’t make sense.
