Works well with the smart things app. I am curious to see if there is a difference when set up with a new TV that has not been delivered yet. I might come back to update after that and a little more time playing with settings.

Blows Me Away Every Time!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soundbar is seriously next-level. The Q990D with the rear speakers and Q-Symphony just makes everything sound HUGE. Movies feel like I’m in the theater — the bass hits hard, dialogue is super clear, and the surround sound really fills the whole room.
Setting it up was super easy, and it connected to my Samsung TV right away. I love that it’s wireless (except the power cords, of course), so there’s no messy cables all over.
Music sounds awesome too — crisp highs and deep lows — and Atmos effects are noticeable without being gimmicky. Honestly, it makes me excited to rewatch old movies just to hear them with this system.
If you want your TV setup to sound as good as it looks, this thing delivers. Couldn’t be happier with it!

Excellent 11.1.4 soundbar for sound connoisseurs.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent 11.1.4 channel samsung soundbar combo in my media room replacing my traditional 7.1 channel setup. I am using it for watching 4K movies and NFL Football and it disappoint at all. Love the sounds like rain drops or helicopter blades coming from the rear two speakers creating a unique experience of sound traveling from left to right and front to back. This product pairs perfectly well with my Samsung triple laser 4K projector with little to no wiring at all. All in all, a wonderful product.

This is just WOW!

The sounds while watching movies or playing video games is out of this world. The sounds coming from all around may you feel like you are immersed in the movie or game. Right out of the box, setup was surprisingly easy. No messing with tons of wires – just plug in and connect. But the sound... oh, the sound!
Movies? Forget about it. Dolby Atmos is unreal. Sounds truly fly over and around you. Explosions rumble, dialogue is crystal clear thanks to the dedicated center channel, and those wireless rear speakers make you feel like you're inside the action. Seriously, I'm hearing things in my favorite films I never knew existed!
And for gaming? It's next-level. The Game Mode Pro really makes a difference, picking out subtle cues and immersing you deeper. It’s a total game-changer.
Even for just watching regular TV, the Adaptive Sound is fantastic. It automatically adjusts, so whispers are clear and loud commercials don't blast you out of your seat. Plus, if you have a Samsung TV, Q-Symphony syncs perfectly, making the sound even bigger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my soundbar for movies, games, tv shows, news, whatever! This thing is unparalleled in sound. Night mode shuts it up (enough). I don't know how I lived without voice enhancement. Still, I haven't even mentioned the Alexa functionality with the built-in mic. But, the best part? Pairing this bad boy with my phone to listen to music. I haven't yet found out how loud this unit gets, but it fills the entire house with sound at less than 50 percent volume. I'm glad I bought this!

The sound quality is just unreal. Dolby Atmos really shines here – sounds actually feel like they're coming from everywhere in the room, even above you. When a helicopter flies over in a movie, it literally feels like it's in my living room. The bass from the subwoofer is deep and rich, not just boomy.
Setup was surprisingly easy for such a powerful system. Everything connected wirelessly without a hitch, including those rear speakers which truly make all the difference for immersive surround sound. No messy wires everywhere, which my partner loves!
For design, it's sleek and fits perfectly under my TV without being a distraction. But honestly, the functionality is where it truly excels. Movies, games, music – everything just sounds incredible.

Real sound from wireless technology.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had alot of high dollar sound systems. They do not even come close to this Samsung Q series sound system. This Q series surround sound is very easy to setup. Get your speakers how you would like to hear the big sound come from behind you, or from the side. After you get it setup, find one of your favorite movies and let her play. Sound from this system is very clear, low sound from the sub woofer is a heart pounding. Midrange sound coming from the side, straight at you. It is very clear. No guess work on how to setup the rest of the speakers up. If you have ever setup a surround sound system before it's like walking in the park.
Nice crisp Midrange. With highs and lows combined this will rock your world. If your looking for a very nice game room sound system look no further. Most sound systems when you first turn on your gaming console or TV has a little hiss to them. This setup does not.
I would recommend this setup to my family, friends or neighbors. This an A1 setup with big sound

Worth The Money!

So we ended up getting the 77" S95D and since the tv offered Q-Symtheny with it I decided to give it a try and I'm happy I did. The setup was easy & the sound quality is even better.
