Full sound achieved
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for an outstanding soundbar for my basement tv. I needed something that provided great sound but also able to fill a large area for shows and movies. The HW-Q900H did exactly what I was looking for. Having 7.1.2 surround in my basement in a small footprint, fairly lightweight for under my full motion mount had made me and my family happy with watcing movies and tv in our basement. The sound is full and rich, the bass is just right and the ability to use a single remote to control the soundbar and my tv makes use even better. I have tried others but none have compared to the sound we get from this soundbar.

Samsung Q Series Soundbar review
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am obsessed! The sound quality sounds so good, everything sounds so clear like we are in the movies. I tested it out right away with a Marvel movie with Dolby Atmos and it sounds so emmersive and I am really excited about this purchase!! The subwoofer also adds a very deep bass and the volume does not need to pass twenty because it is very loud. I love the set up I’ve put together in my living room and this was the perfect addition for a mini theater in my own living room. We placed the subwoofer further away and the bass sounds so good, we cannot wait to throw a party because this upgraded our space so much!

Impressive product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really happy with this soundbar. The setup was simple, and the sound quality is impressive, especially the powerful bass from the subwoofer. Watching movies and listening to music feels much more immersive now.
The only thing we felt was missing was a fiber optic cable included in the box, as that would improve the overall experience even more. Also, since we already own other Samsung products, it would be much more convenient if the soundbar could be controlled through the same app instead of needing a separate one. The sound bar size fits perfectly with our furniture. We were also able to connect it to our Alexa device, so we can listen to music as well. It doesn’t have lights, which is great because during the night we can watch movies without distractions.

Awesome sound bar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my speaker and woofer in the mail and I couldn’t wait to test it out. On first listen, i knew that i would love watching all my action movies and shows with this kit! The sound is immersive, makes you feel like you’re in the scene and you can even notice that there are no rear speakers. With the multiple speaker channels it feels like a true surround sound.
The best up was quite easy. This isn’t my first rodeo but comparing to my” enter brand here”, this was the most streamlined set up i experienced. The remote is sleek and use friendly but i also like that i can use my tv remote.
overall, this speaker and woofer is amazing! The bass is strong, there is no lagging in the sound compared to the show or movie i am watching. No complaints at all! I would highly recommend! 10 out of 10!

I have used it so far to watch the basketball playoffs and some movies and the sound fills the area. The subwoofer packs some nice bass and you can hear so much. I am really enjoying how big it is and how it delivers. Samsung makes great soundbars, I have had them in the past, this one is so much better than the one it replaced. Deeper sound and so crisp. If you have a home theater you should definitely buy this.

Best sound speaker I have ever brought!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this speaker. Samsung usually makes great products and the Q-Series HW-Q900H Soundbar doesn’t disappoint. It has completely replaced my entertainment speakers I had before . It’s amazing how one sound bar can give such rich sound. I have been truly impressed so far with it. Setup is also very easy . Not very hard and time consuming. For me I think the best feature is the audio clarity . I don’t have to adjust the sound when there’s quite dialogue during an action movie. This is a really great speaker and I think it will integrate well in any home theater setup.

Surprisingly Powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking soundbar that would fill my bedroom space for months and I finally found one. The sound is insanely balanced, you can easily hear the actor's voice through high action scenes. The audio needs zero adjustment meaning as you observe other video and audio content the sound can be mixed differently, but the soundbar is smart as it always produces a balanced sound so no need to adjust my volume. The subwoofer is my favorite part of this combination. It is extremely powerful while provide deep bass providing for a great and deep immersive experience. If you're looking for a sound bar this is all you need.

Full Sound Without Speakers Everywhere!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Samsung HW-Q900H for a little while now and I am really impressed with it. The sound is full, clear, and powerful. Movies sound much better (compared to TV spakers), the bass has a nice punch, and dialogue is easy to hear without constantly changing the volume. Dolby Atmos (7.1.2) support is also a nice touch because supported movies and content feel more spacious and immersive. Even at higher volume, the sound stays pretty clean with extremely little distortion.
Setup was very simple and I like being able to use my regular TV remote as well as the streaming device remote for power, volume and input control. The SmartThings mobile app is a nice perk too, especially for changing more advanced settings. The SpaceFit Sound Pro calibration feature is super cool since it helps adjust the sound based on the room (the soundbar has an inbuilt calibration microphone) instead of making you tweak everything manually using an external microphone.
The design is super minimalistic and modern, so it blends in nicely with the room and the wireless subwoofer (which is MASSIVE) is also convenient because you can move it around and place it where the bass sounds best. The soundbar can also be mounted on the wall with the included bracket's; but I chose to set it on the TV console instead.
Overall very happy with the solid immersive sound with height dimension awareness!

Movie Nights Just Got Beter!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung HW-Q900H has exceeded all my expectations for what a soundbar can do. This single soundbar and wireless subwoofer has been able to produce spatial audio in ways I've never heard at home before.
Setup was a breeze as all I had to do was plugin HDMI to my e-arc port and power. The Soundbar detected my TV's signal immediately and connected to the wireless subwoofer without me needing to figure anything out. I jumped into a movie and was blown away by how clear dialogue was and how sound effects would seem to come from above or to the side of me. Music also sounds amazing and I am able to airplay directly from my phone. There is a SmartThings app that also makes EQ and other adjustments very easy.
Overall I am blown away by how this soundbar is able to envelope me in audio. It's like no soundbar I've ever experienced before!

This sound is CRAZY!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Q-Series HW-Q900H Soundbar is incredible! The sound is so rich, it completely fills the room, thanks to the Space Fit Sound Pro. It’s a completely immersive sound experience. The bass sounds amazing and clean, there is no rattling from the subwoofer. The soundbar is really easy to connect, I installed it on my TV without any issues through the HDMI CEC. I am able to control the soundbar via the TV Control with ease. The box was really big and heavy, which felt unnecessary once I did open it up but this little soundbar and subwoofer pack a punch.
I would definitely recommend the Q-Series HW-Q900H Soundbar to upgrade your home audio experience. This tops any other soundbar I’ve purchased in the past.

Wait, how does this thing get so loud?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such mighty performance in a little box. I was super impressed with how quick the setup of the HW-Q900H was with my Samsung S95F TV. No wires, clean setup and amazing punchy sound. I haven't even gone a quarter of the way up the volume controls and I can let loud, crystal clear audio. I love night mode too since the TV this attached to is under my kid's bedroom. I do wish Samsung would make the modes switchable from the TV so I don't have to use the app or my second remote, but definitely a great combo with any Q-Symphony enabled TV.

Loud and Clear, very Impressive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impressive, well made soundbar that delivers clear and impactful sound from a simple package.
I love the convenience of a soundbar, but normally, the sound leaves a lot to be desired. Fortunately for me, this soundbar sounds amazing. Sound was immersive and full. When playing a movie, sound came from various parts of my room and felt more like I had multiple speakers up front and in the ceiling. Sound stage was good, but Q-Symphony took it to a completely different level, lifting the sound stage 2-3 feet to match the height of my TV. This gives users great flexibility in placement, removing the need to mount this on the wall.
One of the issues I’ve had with past Samsung soundbars has been the subwoofer lacking deep bass. The subwoofer sounds much deeper than past iterations. That being said, it is on the smaller size, so it won’t shake walls or anything, but it does compliment the soundbar nicely.
Some notes.
1. You should make sure you use eARC to pass sound to the soundbar, not just ARC. ARC is limited to 5.1 sound, while eARC includes the height channels needed to make the soundbar sound fully immersive.
2. If you have a Samsung TV, make sure to turn on Q-Symphony to lift the soundstage. I was a little worried the TV Speakers would negatively impact the overall sound quality, but it didn’t. The TV Speakers blended perfectly with the soundbar, it was quite impressive.
3. The box is very large and heavy. You may need some help carrying the item to and from your car or up the stairs.
4. HDMI CEC works perfectly, I was able to control the soundbar via the TV Control without issue.
Overall, great sounding soundbar, especially those with Samsung TVs.

Very satisfied with Soundbar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Q900H with my Samsung OLED, and it’s been a fantastic addition to the setup. I specifically chose this model without rear speakers because I have a toddler at home and wanted to keep things simple, safe, and clutter-free.
The standout feature for me is Q-Symphony. Having the TV speakers work together with the soundbar creates a fuller, more immersive soundstage that really enhances movies, shows, and even everyday TV viewing.
I was initially concerned about missing out on surround effects without dedicated rear speakers, but Samsung’s Sound Elevation and Virtual Surround options do a surprisingly good job of creating a sense of height and spaciousness. While it won’t completely replace physical rear speakers, it definitely helps make the audio feel more enveloping.
Overall, the Q900H perfectly complements my Samsung OLED. It delivers powerful, clear sound, keeps the setup family-friendly, and provides an immersive experience without the need for additional rear speakers. Very happy with the purchase.

Setup was super easy, basically just plug and play after some setup with the Samsung Sound app. The bar itself is large but comes with a mounting system. Sound is dynamic and adjustable based on your preferences. Paired flawlessly with my Samsung TV. Easy to switch between devices such as phone and TV with little lag at all. The subwoofer does a great job adding dimensional sound for a true Atmos experience. Overall, this setup is great for a living room or movie room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was extremely simple. The device connects to Wi-Fi and automatically syncs with the TV, also Samsung, everything is simple and wireless, which is very important. The setup looks clean and aesthetically beautiful.
The bass is fantastic; the whole house shakes when it kicks in, but the sound stays clean and distortion-free.I’m always asking my husband to lower the volume even when l’m in the bedroom. The sound output really recreates a movie theater experience, it feels like the sound is coming from every direction. Absolutely amazing! It’s also worth mentioning the Q-Symphony feature, which synchronizes the audio output with the TV speakers, making the experience even more immersive. I honestly couldn’t even test the maximum volume to understand its full power, at my age, halfway up is already more than enough damage for one day! I didn’t dare go higher because I was afraid of bothering the neighbors haha. In summary, I think this soundbar is perfect for regular people who don’t have a professional audiophile ear to notice tiny differences between high-end equipment. It offers excellent value for the price and delivers a true movie theater experience at home.

Even without back speakers, it creates a fully immersive surround sound environment right in your living room. The physical design perfectly matches my style; as it is very sleek, modern, and blends nicely into the room. It is quite small and not bulky, yet it remains incredibly powerful. Whether I am watching action-packed movies or listening to my favorite music while relaxing on the couch, the audio quality remains excellent. The acoustic clarity is impressive, allowing you to easily distinguish all the different layers and parts of the sound performance. The soundbar synchronizes seamlessly with my TV, as the soundbar automatically turns on and off directly with the same remote. This means I never have to fumble around pushing different buttons (or find) on multiple remotes just to get the system running. Furthermore, I have experienced zero connectivity issues or audio dropouts since setting it up. The smart connectivity features are intuitive and adaptive to my daily media habits. It automatically changes and optimizes the sound profiles based on what I am listening to at that exact moment. Best of all, the intelligent audio tuning happens completely on its own without me ever having to manually register or adjust the settings.

Simple Setup, Premium Sound Experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this Samsung soundbar for over 10 days now, and I’m very impressed. The setup process was incredibly easy. I initially thought it would be a bit complicated, but it turned out to be very straightforward.
As for the sound quality, the subwoofer delivers powerful bass, and the overall sound clarity is excellent. Watching TV shows and movies has taken my experience to another level, especially with the surround sound quality. I can feel vibrations coming from the subwoofer during certain moments while watching something on the TV.
I also really like that the soundbar can be connected to the Samsung Sound app, allowing you to control and adjust settings directly from your phone instead of relying only on the remote or TV settings.

The sound quality is very impressive, especially the bass, which feels deep and powerful without sounding distorted even at higher volumes. Watching movies with it honestly feels kinda like being in a movie theater because the sound fills the entire room and makes everything more immersive. We also watched live sports on it and the crowd noise and commentary sounded fantastic. Great Soundbar for my Samsung TV

I bought this system mainly because I’ve never owned a Dolby Atmos setup before, and all the reviews I read about this model were solid. So of course the first thing I did was hunt down a Dolby Atmos movie to test it out. The moment the action kicked in, the sound just exploded in the best way. The overhead effects, the rumble, the clarity—everything felt way bigger than what I expected from a living‑room setup.
My kid walked in during the movie and literally asked, “Why does our TV sound like a movie theater?” That pretty much sums it up. The subwoofer isn’t huge compared to others I’ve owned, but the power it puts out is honestly impressive. It fills the room without sounding muddy or overwhelming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Q Series HW-900H Soundbar brings the room shaking theater experience to your home.
Setup was incredibly easy with the soundbar automatically connecting to the wireless subwoofer. All I needed to do was plugin the power and HDMI and my TV was able to instantly recognize the soundbar. The soundbar's CEC allows me to adjust the volume using my regular TV remote as well which is convenient so I don't need to switch remotes. The soundbar is also automatically setup so it powers on and off based on the TV's power status which is really nice.
Sound separation is incredible thanks to its very wide soundstage. Dolby Atmos content truly makes me feel like I'm sitting in a bubble of sound. The upward and side firing speakers do a really good job making it sound like I have speakers above and to the side of me.
I love the sleek design of the soundbar and how the LED screen is integrated behind the grill. Setting up the soundbar in the SmartThings app makes adjusting the EQ and different settings very easy.
Lastly, I love how this soundbar has Apple Airplay support. I'm able to easily connect to the soundbar to play music and use it as a speaker apart from my TV.
Overall, I am extremely impressed with the sound quality this soundbar is able to produce. Nothing sounds muddy or overly sharp and there is a warm richness to everything. I've tried playing movies, games, music, and it performs exceptionally for every task. This is aboslutely the best soundbar I've ever used. It is elegant, simple, and produces incredible sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to give this a full test over the weekend, and I must say it sounds amazing! The sound is crisp, loud, and immersive, whether I’m watching older movies or the newest shows. I first tested it through Bluetooth to check the bass depth and background in music, and I was able to hear everything clearly.
When it first arrived, I was honestly shocked by the size of the box because I completely underestimated the size of the soundbar and subwoofer, but it ended up fitting perfectly in our space.
I also made sure to test the speaker range and placement, since it doesn’t come with rear speakers. Honestly, you wouldn’t even notice the difference. The multiple channels really work wonders if you’re looking for high-quality sound with minimal equipment.
Once I hooked it up to my TV via HDMI, the system instantly recognized the compatibility, and I was able to use my TV remote right away to control the sound and settings. It does come with its own remote, but I personally love being able to consolidate everything for easier use. There was no sound lag when watching a tv show or movie.
In conclusion, yes! Yes buy it! Yes, you’re going to love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really have to say this is the best soundbar I've owned so far. It was extremely easy to set up and it connected to my TV within 3 seconds.
The sound is truly mind boggling, especially when you consider it's only one main speaker with a subwoofer. I really don't miss having rear speakers at all. The up-firing speakers built into to the main bar do a fantastic job of filling the entire room with rich, immersive sound.
The remote control only took a second to pair up and it's extremely easy to use. Every is pretty much self explanatory.
This sound bar is a total game changer for me. It makes every move and sporting event come to life in a big way! I highly recommend this to anyone, especially to those who don't want or have the room for rear speakers. You really don't need them at all with this soundbar!

Amazing Bass and Dolby Atmos Experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from my old Samsung HW-B650/ZA soundbar, I am truly blown away by this new Q Series soundbar. The sound quality is incredible, especially the bass and overall audio detail.
The setup process was very straightforward and took me about 10 minutes from start to finish. Initially, I didn’t notice a huge difference compared to my old Samsung soundbar, but then I realized that several important settings on my TV were not configured correctly, including Dolby settings, audio transmission quality, and output mode.
Once I adjusted the settings properly, the difference was immediate. It was truly night and day. I would definitely recommend that people check their TV audio settings carefully to fully unlock the experience this soundbar has to offer.
In my specific case, these are the settings I configured on my TV:
1. Set the audio channel mode via eARC (the recommended port for connecting the soundbar to the TV).
2. Set the audio output mode to Passthrough. This allows the device to send raw, untouched audio directly to the sound system for decoding, enabling high-quality spatial audio formats like Dolby Atmos without any loss in quality.
3. Turn on Dolby Atmos.
