Loud and Clear, very Impressive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impressive, well made soundbar that delivers clear and impactful sound from a simple package.
I love the convenience of a soundbar, but normally, the sound leaves a lot to be desired. Fortunately for me, this soundbar sounds amazing. Sound was immersive and full. When playing a movie, sound came from various parts of my room and felt more like I had multiple speakers up front and in the ceiling. Sound stage was good, but Q-Symphony took it to a completely different level, lifting the sound stage 2-3 feet to match the height of my TV. This gives users great flexibility in placement, removing the need to mount this on the wall.
One of the issues I’ve had with past Samsung soundbars has been the subwoofer lacking deep bass. The subwoofer sounds much deeper than past iterations. That being said, it is on the smaller size, so it won’t shake walls or anything, but it does compliment the soundbar nicely.
Some notes.
1. You should make sure you use eARC to pass sound to the soundbar, not just ARC. ARC is limited to 5.1 sound, while eARC includes the height channels needed to make the soundbar sound fully immersive.
2. If you have a Samsung TV, make sure to turn on Q-Symphony to lift the soundstage. I was a little worried the TV Speakers would negatively impact the overall sound quality, but it didn’t. The TV Speakers blended perfectly with the soundbar, it was quite impressive.
3. The box is very large and heavy. You may need some help carrying the item to and from your car or up the stairs.
4. HDMI CEC works perfectly, I was able to control the soundbar via the TV Control without issue.
Overall, great sounding soundbar, especially those with Samsung TVs.

Very satisfied with Soundbar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Samsung Q900H with my Samsung OLED, and it’s been a fantastic addition to the setup. I specifically chose this model without rear speakers because I have a toddler at home and wanted to keep things simple, safe, and clutter-free.
The standout feature for me is Q-Symphony. Having the TV speakers work together with the soundbar creates a fuller, more immersive soundstage that really enhances movies, shows, and even everyday TV viewing.
I was initially concerned about missing out on surround effects without dedicated rear speakers, but Samsung’s Sound Elevation and Virtual Surround options do a surprisingly good job of creating a sense of height and spaciousness. While it won’t completely replace physical rear speakers, it definitely helps make the audio feel more enveloping.
Overall, the Q900H perfectly complements my Samsung OLED. It delivers powerful, clear sound, keeps the setup family-friendly, and provides an immersive experience without the need for additional rear speakers. Very happy with the purchase.

Very useful

Awesome sound!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I have only used this for several hours, I can already tell this soundbar is a game changer. Setup was super easy, basically just plug and play after some setup with the Samsung Sound app. The bar itself is large but comes with a mounting system. Sound is dynamic and adjustable based on your preferences. Paired flawlessly with my Samsung TV. Easy to switch between devices such as phone and TV with little lag at all. The subwoofer does a great job adding dimensional sound for a true Atmos experience. Overall, this setup is great for a living room or movie room!

Excellent device
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was extremely simple. The device connects to Wi-Fi and automatically syncs with the TV, also Samsung, everything is simple and wireless, which is very important. The setup looks clean and aesthetically beautiful.
The bass is fantastic; the whole house shakes when it kicks in, but the sound stays clean and distortion-free.I’m always asking my husband to lower the volume even when l’m in the bedroom. The sound output really recreates a movie theater experience, it feels like the sound is coming from every direction. Absolutely amazing! It’s also worth mentioning the Q-Symphony feature, which synchronizes the audio output with the TV speakers, making the experience even more immersive. I honestly couldn’t even test the maximum volume to understand its full power, at my age, halfway up is already more than enough damage for one day! I didn’t dare go higher because I was afraid of bothering the neighbors haha. In summary, I think this soundbar is perfect for regular people who don’t have a professional audiophile ear to notice tiny differences between high-end equipment. It offers excellent value for the price and delivers a true movie theater experience at home.

Immersive Sound Without the Clutter

Even without back speakers, it creates a fully immersive surround sound environment right in your living room. The physical design perfectly matches my style; as it is very sleek, modern, and blends nicely into the room. It is quite small and not bulky, yet it remains incredibly powerful. Whether I am watching action-packed movies or listening to my favorite music while relaxing on the couch, the audio quality remains excellent. The acoustic clarity is impressive, allowing you to easily distinguish all the different layers and parts of the sound performance. The soundbar synchronizes seamlessly with my TV, as the soundbar automatically turns on and off directly with the same remote. This means I never have to fumble around pushing different buttons (or find) on multiple remotes just to get the system running. Furthermore, I have experienced zero connectivity issues or audio dropouts since setting it up. The smart connectivity features are intuitive and adaptive to my daily media habits. It automatically changes and optimizes the sound profiles based on what I am listening to at that exact moment. Best of all, the intelligent audio tuning happens completely on its own without me ever having to manually register or adjust the settings.

Simple Setup, Premium Sound Experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this Samsung soundbar for over 10 days now, and I’m very impressed. The setup process was incredibly easy. I initially thought it would be a bit complicated, but it turned out to be very straightforward.
As for the sound quality, the subwoofer delivers powerful bass, and the overall sound clarity is excellent. Watching TV shows and movies has taken my experience to another level, especially with the surround sound quality. I can feel vibrations coming from the subwoofer during certain moments while watching something on the TV.
I also really like that the soundbar can be connected to the Samsung Sound app, allowing you to control and adjust settings directly from your phone instead of relying only on the remote or TV settings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been truly enjoying this sound bar since we got it for our living room. The sound quality is very impressive, especially the bass, which feels deep and powerful without sounding distorted even at higher volumes. Watching movies with it honestly feels kinda like being in a movie theater because the sound fills the entire room and makes everything more immersive. We also watched live sports on it and the crowd noise and commentary sounded fantastic. Another thing I like is that the subwoofer is not overly large or bulky, so it fits nicely into the room while still delivering strong performance. The overall design looks modern and clean as well. The sound bar app is simple to use and makes adjusting the equalizer settings really easy depending on what we are watching or listening to. Overall, I am very happy with this sound system and glad that our living room is now upgraded with such an excellent setup.

Great Soundbar for my Samsung TV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Q‑900H showed up with a surprisingly large soundbar and a really sleek, modern‑looking subwoofer. Setting it up with my Samsung TV was almost effortless, basically plug‑and‑play, which I appreciated.
I bought this system mainly because I’ve never owned a Dolby Atmos setup before, and all the reviews I read about this model were solid. So of course the first thing I did was hunt down a Dolby Atmos movie to test it out. The moment the action kicked in, the sound just exploded in the best way. The overhead effects, the rumble, the clarity—everything felt way bigger than what I expected from a living‑room setup.
My kid walked in during the movie and literally asked, “Why does our TV sound like a movie theater?” That pretty much sums it up. The subwoofer isn’t huge compared to others I’ve owned, but the power it puts out is honestly impressive. It fills the room without sounding muddy or overwhelming.
Overall, this system has completely upgraded my living‑room setup. For anyone looking for a strong, immersive home‑theater experience, I’d highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Q Series HW-900H Soundbar brings the room shaking theater experience to your home.
Setup was incredibly easy with the soundbar automatically connecting to the wireless subwoofer. All I needed to do was plugin the power and HDMI and my TV was able to instantly recognize the soundbar. The soundbar's CEC allows me to adjust the volume using my regular TV remote as well which is convenient so I don't need to switch remotes. The soundbar is also automatically setup so it powers on and off based on the TV's power status which is really nice.
Sound separation is incredible thanks to its very wide soundstage. Dolby Atmos content truly makes me feel like I'm sitting in a bubble of sound. The upward and side firing speakers do a really good job making it sound like I have speakers above and to the side of me.
I love the sleek design of the soundbar and how the LED screen is integrated behind the grill. Setting up the soundbar in the SmartThings app makes adjusting the EQ and different settings very easy.
Lastly, I love how this soundbar has Apple Airplay support. I'm able to easily connect to the soundbar to play music and use it as a speaker apart from my TV.
Overall, I am extremely impressed with the sound quality this soundbar is able to produce. Nothing sounds muddy or overly sharp and there is a warm richness to everything. I've tried playing movies, games, music, and it performs exceptionally for every task. This is aboslutely the best soundbar I've ever used. It is elegant, simple, and produces incredible sound.

Blown Away
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to give this a full test over the weekend, and I must say it sounds amazing! The sound is crisp, loud, and immersive, whether I’m watching older movies or the newest shows. I first tested it through Bluetooth to check the bass depth and background in music, and I was able to hear everything clearly.
When it first arrived, I was honestly shocked by the size of the box because I completely underestimated the size of the soundbar and subwoofer, but it ended up fitting perfectly in our space.
I also made sure to test the speaker range and placement, since it doesn’t come with rear speakers. Honestly, you wouldn’t even notice the difference. The multiple channels really work wonders if you’re looking for high-quality sound with minimal equipment.
Once I hooked it up to my TV via HDMI, the system instantly recognized the compatibility, and I was able to use my TV remote right away to control the sound and settings. It does come with its own remote, but I personally love being able to consolidate everything for easier use. There was no sound lag when watching a tv show or movie.
In conclusion, yes! Yes buy it! Yes, you’re going to love it!

Best One Yet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really have to say this is the best soundbar I've owned so far. It was extremely easy to set up and it connected to my TV within 3 seconds.
The sound is truly mind boggling, especially when you consider it's only one main speaker with a subwoofer. I really don't miss having rear speakers at all. The up-firing speakers built into to the main bar do a fantastic job of filling the entire room with rich, immersive sound.
The remote control only took a second to pair up and it's extremely easy to use. Every is pretty much self explanatory.
This sound bar is a total game changer for me. It makes every move and sporting event come to life in a big way! I highly recommend this to anyone, especially to those who don't want or have the room for rear speakers. You really don't need them at all with this soundbar!

Amazing Bass and Dolby Atmos Experience
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from my old Samsung HW-B650/ZA soundbar, I am truly blown away by this new Q Series soundbar. The sound quality is incredible, especially the bass and overall audio detail.
The setup process was very straightforward and took me about 10 minutes from start to finish. Initially, I didn’t notice a huge difference compared to my old Samsung soundbar, but then I realized that several important settings on my TV were not configured correctly, including Dolby settings, audio transmission quality, and output mode.
Once I adjusted the settings properly, the difference was immediate. It was truly night and day. I would definitely recommend that people check their TV audio settings carefully to fully unlock the experience this soundbar has to offer.
In my specific case, these are the settings I configured on my TV:
1. Set the audio channel mode via eARC (the recommended port for connecting the soundbar to the TV).
2. Set the audio output mode to Passthrough. This allows the device to send raw, untouched audio directly to the sound system for decoding, enabling high-quality spatial audio formats like Dolby Atmos without any loss in quality.
3. Turn on Dolby Atmos.

Super Easy Setup and Superb Sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the packaging was nothing fancy. Not really a memorable experience, though thankfully adequate for its intended purpose. The speakers were encapsulated by foam. The exterior box took some damage in transit, but both speakers were just fine inside.
Setup was blazing fast. In less than five minutes i had the speakers out of the box, plugged in, and live with sound. When I first connected the soundbar to the Samsung Sound app, a firmware update was downloaded and installed, but even that was quick. The subwoofer was automatically synced to the soundbar. I didn't have to do a single thing to get it working. This was a welcome experience for me as I recently set up a soundbar from a different big name company and had all kinds of glitches and issues that made it take over an hour to get up and running.
I'm using this combo for music listening only and it has been quite pleasing. I set the soundbar in the windowsill of my livingroom with the subwoofer on the floor nearby. The bass is crisp and clear; offering boom without being house rattling or "buzzy." The overall blend between soundbar and subwoofer is seamless. I adjusted the eq settings a little and have been very happy with the audio quality. It's much better than my prior setup and good enough that I find myself focusing more on the music and not even thinking about the speakers it's coming from.
Overall, loving this soundbar and subwoofer.

Samsung Q900h - Love it - I am impressed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly excited to try the Samsung HW-Q900H and it’s been really fun using it so far. I paired it with my Samsung OLED TV, and the biggest thing I liked is definitely Q-Symphony. I didn’t realize how much of a difference it would make having both the TV speakers and soundbar work together. The sound feels way more full and immersive, especially during movies and sports.
The AI Adaptive Sound feature has also been surprisingly useful because it automatically adjusts the sound depending on what’s playing. Voices sound clearer during shows, while action scenes and music feel bigger and more cinematic. Setup was quick, and everything connected without much effort.
Overall, it made my whole TV setup feel much more premium and enjoyable for everyday watching.

Great quality of sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been enjoying this Samsung soundbar since it got delivered to my address. It comes in a big heavy box, and there is a lot of cardboard and foam to get rid of. I didn't realize it would be this sturdy and big. But the sound quality is pretty amazing. Setting it up was *mostly* easy. It didn't automatically connect to the subwoofer as I thought it would. But I was able to connect it using their app. The bass on the subwoofer is really powerful. So far I tried the soundbar with movies, with music, and with talk radio. Everytime the sound was crispy and clear. It is also great that it comes with ultra high speed HDMI cable.
