Perfect Fit and Thoughtful Design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the Samsung Bespoke RF70H25GERAA refrigerator and honestly, I’m really happy with it. I was a little worried at first that going with a counter-depth fridge would feel too small compared to a bigger 30 cu. ft. one, but it ended up being the perfect size. It doesn’t feel cramped at all!
We did have to cut into the wall a bit to make it fit, but that was more because our old fridge was an older, smaller side-by-side. With how big most fridges are now, we would’ve had to make that change no matter what, so I don’t see it as a downside to this one.
The freezer is probably my favorite part. There’s a ton of usable space, and the top shelf with the sphere ice maker is such a nice touch. We’re big into whisky at home, so having that really takes our drinks up a notch. The freezer shelf took a couple tries to get used to. You have to push it in slightly before opening the door, but once you get it it’s super easy.
I also love the slide-in/slide-out shelf in the fridge. It makes it so much easier to fit taller items like wine bottles without having to rearrange everything. And the water dispenser area is taller than I expected, which is great because my big water jug fits perfectly.
Overall, the switch to this fridge was way smoother than I expected, and I’m really glad we went with it.

The Perfect "Middle Ground" for a Modern Kitchen R
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m currently redoing my kitchen, and because the footprint is on the smaller side, I was very particular about the "flow" of the room. I went with this counter-depth model specifically to avoid having a massive appliance protruding into the walking path, and it has made a world of difference.
Beyond the fit, the first thing that caught me off guard was just how quiet this unit is. After I plugged it in, I actually thought it was defective because I couldn’t hear a thing; I had to go to the back of the fridge just to feel if the fan was blowing warm air to confirm it was actually running. If you have an open-concept layout or a smaller home where appliance hum is usually an annoyance, this is a huge win.
I consider myself a "techy" person, but I have my limits, I don't want my refrigerator to look like a giant tablet. This Bespoke model hits the right balance by bringing the appliance into the modern age without it feeling over-engineered. While I don't really find myself using the AI features, the build quality feels premium and the fingerprint-resistant stainless steel actually lives up to the claim. It stays remarkably clean even with daily use.
You do lose some depth with a counter-depth model, obviously, but I’ve found that to be a bit of a blessing. In my old fridge, things would get lost in the "black hole" of the back shelves until they expired. This layout is very functional; if you can't see it immediately, you probably didn't need it anyway. As for the ice spheres, they are a great feature, though they aren't quite as crystal clear as I’d hoped. I’m planning to install a water softener and purifier system to see if that helps them reach that "craft cocktail" look, but even as-is, it’s a nice touch.
Ultimately, if you are tight on space but want something that feels sturdy and looks high-end without being a "smart-screen" eyesore, this is it. It’s quiet, sleek, and stays out of the way.

Constructed well and looks great

The Kitchen Upgrade I Needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded to the Samsung Bespoke AI 29 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator RF70H30GERAA and I genuinely didn’t expect to love a fridge this much.
The first thing I noticed was how seamless it looks in our kitchen. We don’t have a ton of extra space, so the zero clearance design made a huge difference. It fits clean, opens easily, and doesn’t feel bulky at all.
Now let’s talk about the Sphere Ice… because I didn’t think I’d care, and now I’m obsessed. It melts so much slower than regular ice, so my drinks stay cold without getting watered down. It’s one of those little upgrades that just makes everything feel a bit more elevated.
One of my favorite unexpected things we’ve done is turn the “cheese drawer” into snack drawers for the kids. And they LOVE it. They can grab their own snacks without digging through the whole fridge, which makes life so much easier for me and gives them a little independence too.
The water and ice dispenser is also tall enough for my bigger bottles and pitchers, which is such a small detail but makes a big difference day to day.
Overall, it’s just made our kitchen function better. It looks beautiful, works for our busy family, and has those little thoughtful features that you actually end up using every single day.

Awesome Refrigerator!

This is an awesome refrigerator. I love the sphere ice balls. I love how big and bright inside the refrigerator is. I love the partial shelf that will slide back if you have a tall item. I love the extra tall front water and ice dispenser. I can set my cup in it easily. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator!

Well organized and energy efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time purchasing a French door refrigerator and I absolutely love it. The interior is incredibly spacious, and the multiple shelves make it easy to organize and find everything I need. It feels thoughtfully designed for everyday convenience.
One minor downside is the limited space for taller beverage bottles on the main refrigerator shelves. While the door compartments do provide some room for taller items, I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility inside. Ok the other hand, a sliding or adjustable shelf option has made this even more functional, especially when you don’t always need the extra vertical space.
The refrigerator runs very quietly, which is a huge plus. I also really appreciate the built-in door alarm that is especially helpful with kids who tend to open the fridge often and sometimes don’t fully close it. It’s a simple feature, but incredibly useful.
The freezer compartment is another standout. It offers plenty of storage and includes a sliding shelf that keeps frequently used items easily accessible. The ice maker is excellent with its sphere ice which is great when entertaining but also the ice maker no mess, easy to use, and I love the additional storage compartment for extra ice. It’s perfect for hosting and larger gatherings, ensuring I always have ice ready when I need it.
Overall, this refrigerator combines practicality, smart design, and energy efficiency. Despite the small limitation with tall item storage, I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and well-organized appliance.

Ton of space, high quality features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently upgraded to this Samsung refrigerator and I couldn't be happier. The refrigerator is roomy, with innovative storage options. I absolutely love the sliding shelf for when you need to store something just a little too tall. The door storage shelfs that wrap around the in-door ice dispenser are a nice touch. Normally this would be wasted space, but by using a smaller shelves, you are still able to use the space for smaller items. The feel of the doors and the shelves are top notch. The freezer drawers slide smoothly, and the craft ice is a nice luxury feature to have. Another luxury feeling feature is the fading interior light. This can be changed in the smart things app, but I live having that slow fade when the doors open. Our daughter loves being able to fill her ridiculously tall water bottles through the door dispenser. All in all, we are very happy with this refrigerator and would recommend it to anyone in the market.

Very roomy fridge that makes Ball Ice

The doors are perfect for condiments and milk containers. I love that the middle shelf can retract for taller items. Our family absolutely loves the spherical ice that is made in the bottom freezer and the extra tall space for filling water bottles with the exterior water and ice dispenser. Overall a beautiful and very functional fridge for our family.

Space and Sphere Balls

The fridge is bright and spacious allowing for creative placement of groceries and easily reconfigured.

Spacious and well organized

Compared to my previous French door fridge, space was always a challenge, but this one feels much more open and organized, and I can easily see everything without moving things around. The sphere ice is one of my favorite features, it’s perfect for cocktails and small gatherings and gives drinks a more elevated, ice-bar feel. I also love the pull-out freezer drawer with two sections, and the top tray sliding back makes it easy to fit larger items. It’s a great refrigerator!

A great upgrade with everyday use upgrades

Samsung 29 cu Ft Bespoke Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m excited with my new purchase of the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel looks great and is easy to keep clean. The zero clearance design also makes it look like the refrigerator is built into my kitchen instead of just another appliance being set in place. My favorite feature is probably the sphere ice cubes. They look great in drinks and I can’t wait to entertain so I can show them off. I also enjoy the built in water and ice dispenser in the door.
The refrigerator is extremely roomy and offers enough storage shelves and drawers to organize everything. There is LED lights inside so everything is nice and bright as well. There is no dark spots anywhere. Overall I really like the design and features and expect this refrigerator to last a long time.

Tons of space

It also has a large water dispenser area to fit larger sized water bottles. The app lets you select temperatures and even tells you how much energy you’re using. There’s an alarm that goes off when the doors are open for too long which is great for when the kids don’t close the doors completely. So far this product has been doing a great job and we get compliments from everyone that comes over.

State of the Art Fridge

I love having the ice and water combo on the door and I really like the minimal design. There is no distracting touch panel to attract more fingerprint! It’s very easy to use and the app works great. I especially love that I can get a notification to my phone if the door is left open, because kids! But by far, my favorite thing about this is the sphere ice. It’s perfect for popping on in a metal water bottle and keeps water cold for so long due to slow melting. I feel so fancy everyone I open the drawer. The freezer is also super spacious.

New Samsung refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace my 20 year old refrigerator. The stainless steel finish is very nice, shiny and easy to clean. The in door water and ice is great upgrade for me as I have never had that. The filtered water is tasty and refreshing. The inside of this thing is crazy big both in the refrigerator and freezer section. I love the craft ice in the freezer as this makes a real upscale feel. The refrigerator has been performing flawlessly and holds temps even when the door is left open for extended periods. Love the app and the amount of information it provides especially if I have left the door open. The bar handles are great and the doors shut on their own. The delivery by Samsung was flawless and I am so happy with this refrigerator.

Greatest Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung refrigerator has it all, the shelves are spacious, 2 kinds of Ice (regular and sphere ice, in the freezer) and room in the freezer for all your frozen items.
This was such a huge improvement over my old fridge. The outside looks sleek and modern. The amount of fridge space is amazing. The doors are extra wide, which means the door shelves are quite wide and can hold a lot! Finally, we love the giant sphere ice. Those ice balls are fun, and they really keep our drinks cold for longer!
I love the ample space with the top French doors, middle meat and cheese section and the bottom 2 tier drawer.
It does a great job resisting fingerprints and smudges, keeping the fridge looking clean with minimal effort.

New Samsung Bespoke fridge is awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to replace my other brand fridge. The stainless steel finish is premium and modern. It slides right up against the walls and cabinets with almost no gap, and the doors open smoothly. The shelves are large and wide, its way deeper than my prior fridge but physically the same overall size (which is amazing), but the Sphere Ice is my favorite feature. It makes globes of ice! But there’s a dual ice maker that also does cubed and crushed. It has a tall external dispenser, which makes filling pitchers easy. It’s also super quiet. Its a connected/smart fridge, which means I can check temps and get alerts from my phone. This is a good feature because people may leave one of the doors open, and even though it has a door alarm that goes off after a while, you may be far away enough that you might not hear it and thus be able to get the alert on your phone. I am very pleased with this purchase so far. Thanks Samsung.

So much fridge depth and freezer space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator! Delivery and set up was a breeze and it cooled to temp quickly. The fridge has great depth. We had a party a few days after delivery and I was able to store everything with asking the neighbor to use theirs. My husband loves the delayed lighting feature. It feels very elevated. The freezer has so much more space that my last and the drawers operate much smoother. We love the sphere ice. It cools a drink down without making it overly watery. The filtered water tastes great and I love not having to open the door to get it. Very convenient having it in the outside of the door. It's a very quiet appliance. The sphere ice is the only noticeable sound and I love the feature to control that from the app! You can designate it to only make sphere ice during the day and you can choose how many to make each day. Very cool. The app is user friendly and monitoring the temp if away from home for a hurricane will be helpful to know if we need to toss anything out. The finish looks great and is user friendly, minimal to no fingerprints even after a birthday party. All in all I am quite pleased!

Excellent Smart Fridge

The increased size for the water dispenser is a huge improvement over the standard water dispenser sizes. My daughters ridiculously large travel mugs fit with ease. The craft ice dispenser is great. I love having effortless ice balls ready to use. However I think my personal favorite is the sliding hide a shelf. The ability to make a portion of the storage taller with ease is amazing.
The smart app has some great features, like being able to set a time when your electric charges are at their peak, so the fridge attempts to reduce power usage during that time. I also like being able to see the amount of energy used as a monthly report. Additional features of the app that I like are the ability to change the sound when the door is left open, adjust the amount of ice spheres created in a day, and change the lighting fade. Though having the interior light fade up when the door opens is a very nice touch.
Overall, this is an excellent product with a lot of high end features. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the market.

Love the Sphere ice

It honestly feels like one of the best purchases we’ve made for our home. Great refrigerator

Absolutely Recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have been absolutely thrilled with this refrigerator since the moment it was plugged in. The zero clearance doors are a wonderful solution to a problem we’ve struggled with since remodeling our kitchen, they do not hinder the cabinet doors next to the refrigerator from opening when the refrigerator door is open also. The quality of the refrigerator is great and feels as high end as it looks. The door shelves are not moveable, but thankfully they are in places that make sense for what we need them for. The exterior stainless steel finish seems to repel fingerprints pretty well. A feature we didn’t expect but absolutely love is that the freezer handle locks the freezer drawer shut when fully closed, and the freezer being left lightly open is something that was a problem with our previous refrigerators due to having 5 kids getting in and out of the freezer every day. The only things I will be negative about is that the water dispenser tends to drip a little after removing the cup from it, which leaves a little puddle in the dispenser cubby often; and there not being more height options to place the shelves, and not being able to move the door shelves at all.

Nice Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I were very excited when given the opportunity to purchase the Bespoke AI 29 cu. ft. 3-Door French Door Refrigerator with Zero Clearance Fit & Sphere Ice™ in Stainless Steel at a discounted price in exchange for our honest review. I must say, this refrigerator is a stark improvement from our previous fridge, but there are a few things that keep it from earning all five starts. Here are my thoughts:
- I love the french doors that allow me to put wide products, packages, or containers on the shelves. However, while the refrigerator fits perfectly in the space - the doors do not open wide enough to easily remove the ice maker. In one sense it's nice that they don't swing out, but sometimes you need that extra movement and I haven't figured out a way to get the door to move out more (you can see the picture posted). To be clear, nothing outside the fridge is stopping the door from opening further- the door itself will not open any wider.
- The ice spheres are AMAZING and our whole family loves them. Seriously - even the German Shepherd has started staring his laser puppy eyes at the freezer door every time we walk by. If they could figure out a way to make them faster, then that would be fantastic.
- The app has my husband all geeked out. He's already hooked it up to our smart things to monitor the filter usage (you can even purchase the filter through the app), how many times the door opens, the precise AI cooling, changing the light brightness (dimming and all), altering the door chimes (and volume), monitoring the energy usage (there is also an AI energy saving mode), and even had integrated shopping lists where you can monitor expiration dates. I leave all that to him.
- I'm also digging the fact that the water fountain on the outside fits my 40-ounce tumbler. My last fridge I always had to hold my cup at an angle to fill it, but this one I can place the entire thing on the ledge and it will even accommodate my straw. Make filling it fast and easy.
Overall, I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone in the market for a new refrigerator or just looking to upgrade. The ice balls alone make it pretty cool (pun intended).
