Couldn't be more excited about the upgrade!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally received our new Samsung Bespoke AI 3-Door French Door fridge in Counter Depth and couldn't be more excited about the upgrade! It adds a more modern and elevated touch to the overall kitchen.
Delivery was easy to schedule and the process itself took ~1.5 hrs.
Our sizing requirements were unique as our pantry door is extremely close to the fridge door. With Samsung's zero clearance fit, along with the Counter Depth option the fridge was a perfect fit!
Inside the fridge, there is plenty of space to be able to see what is inside. From what we were able to store in our old fridge, to now, we have way more room. Fridge cooled down quickly and has remained consistent with temperature. Sleek control buttons are inside.
Having the water dispenser inside the fridge is new to me, but I love it. It fills up my 1L bottles at a much faster speed and filling up water, be it in the coffee maker, dog bowl, etc, feels way less like a chore now. At first, we were concerned that the water would continue to drip after filling up, but after clearing the water filter, as recommended, we did not experience any issues.
No qualms with the freezer either, the ice maker is pretty quiet (as is the overall fridge). Freezer is spacious with two levels and we added a scooper to make getting ice easier!
Overall, I'm excited to see how I can best organize my fridge now and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen!

Best fridgerator I’ve had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was such a great experience from delivery of this new fridge, installing it and getting used to the different components. It is super easy to get installed and very spacious. Everything fits perfectly inside and now we even have room to spare especially in the fridge part. The fridge has two door that have suction handles that easily shut and close and sections to store condiments in them. Also the many shelves in the main part. The in door water dispenser is such a big plus to have and makes the outside look cleaner. The bottom pull out freezer has two sections the upper that pushes in and the lower. Both have still tons of room to store frozen meat and vegetables. It even has an automated ice maker in there. The fridge and freezer temperatures stay perfect and keep everything fresh. Overall this has been the best refrigerator we have had and our kids absolutely love it!

Completes the kitchen

For a counter-depth model, it offers plenty of space, and the sleek, modern design looks great in my kitchen. I also appreciate being able to fill taller cups at the water dispenser—such a convenient detail. Overall, it feels very well-built with thoughtful design elements, especially the zero-clearance doors. The size and space flows great! It holds lots of groceries. I’m extremely happy with both the appearance and functionality—it fits my kitchen perfectly.

Big and Beautiful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung refrigerator is everything I could have wanted and more. It has more than enough space and I currently am amazed at the capacity of this refrigerator. I’m not sure if my previous refrigerator was just that much smaller, but wow!
When they were first unboxing and unwrapping the fridge I was curious about where the water dispenser was not realizing it was inside and guess what?!? My 40 oz water bottle fits perfectly inside the dispenser. No weird angles necessary to fill up my water bottle. Another plus is that I’m able to fill that water bottle with cool water, not room temperature. I’m sure If I try to fill another it wouldn’t be as cool, but i really only need one at a time.
The only negative thing I have to say about the fridge (and it’s so minor I refuse to lower the rating) is the ice basket. I wish there was an option for a smaller basket and possibly even a covered basket. But I love this fridge and

Sleek and spacious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new Samsung bespoken 25 Cubic foot refrigerator. The French doors allow for plenty of space for condiments and sauces. I like the drop down shelf feature to make room for larger items. The pull out drawers are good sizes to be able to fit a good portion of produce, fruits, or however you like to organize your refrigerator. The water filter is easy to access. The door hosts the water function The refrigerator provides a lot of space reflecting great technology where you know the body isn't hosting all of the technical and cooling components. The freezer is spacious and has a built in ice area, the handle that pivots is nice and makes pulling out the freezer simple and smooth.

Very roomy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is very well designed. The water dispenser is inside, so there's more room for food storage inside. I especially like that the water dispenser can fit tall water bottles. The interior shelves are well designed and can accommodate tall items like milk jugs easily. I love all of the storage inside the doors for condiments and sodas. The ice maker is in the freezer, which I love because it holds more ice and keeps the ice fresh. I love everything about this refrigerator, it's such an upgrade. Great fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally I have my 3 door French refrigerator! I’ve been wanting one for some time now, so when I saw it on the insiders it was a sign for me to get it!
I love the space inside and storage compartments on the doors. It fits all my things and then some. So that’s a plus to! Second thing I love is the beeping notification when the fridge is been open for a while. I have kids that sometimes don’t close it well until we hear the beeping noise, so that’s also a plus! Lastly the freezer has great storage with 2 compartments the top one has the ice tray and the 2nd to put meats and many more. Overall I would recommend this amazing refrigerator!
The delivery service was also great they were fast polite and professional!

My First Smart Fridge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really impressed with this refrigerator so far.
The first thing that stands out is the space at 30 cu ft, it easily handles everything without ever feeling cramped. It’s especially nice being able to organize groceries without having to stack things or lose track of items in the back.
Cooling performance has been excellent. Both the fridge and freezer maintain consistent temperatures.
The airflow seems well-balanced, so there aren’t any weird warm or cold spots.
The layout is also very user-friendly. The wide shelves make it easy to store larger items, and the drawer/freezer setup is convenient for everyday use. The internal water dispenser is a nice touch and keeps the exterior looking clean.
One feature I’ve really appreciated is the smart integration. It works well with Home Assistant, which makes it easy to monitor and manage alongside the rest of my setup. I also like that you can customize things like the door-left-open alarm. Being able to adjust that instead of being stuck with a default setting is a small but meaningful quality-of-life improvement.
Overall, it feels like a well-designed, high-capacity refrigerator that delivers on both functionality and usability. If you’re looking for something that offers a lot of space, consistent cooling, and a modern layout, this has been a great choice.

Fits everything
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has been in love with this refrigerator, it has so much space that we find our selves buying more food just to fill it up! The crisper drawers hold a good amount of veggies and fruits and they stay fresher alot longer than they did in my older fridge. The bottom drawer is perfect for all our lunch meats, cheeses, and snacks while the door shelves hold all our condiments, coffee creamers, and various other items. I love the pull out freezer that has two compartments, the bottom is big enough for all our frozen meats while the top drawer holds the rest of our freezer items along with the ice. My kids go through ice like crazy and this produces frequently enough that it never runs out. We also love the water dispenser that's inside of the door and big enough for our tall water bottles, no more tipping our bottles over trying to line it up with the water line. This fridge has been a great addition to our household and I love all of its useful, yet convenient features!

Perfect fit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a huge upgrade from my previous fridge. The use of space in this model was excellent. It did not stick out as much as my previous fridge. The water dispenser inside was pretty cool. The look of the fridge is very sleek and simple.
IThe water dispenser inside is very convenient and I don’t have to worry about spills or messes. I can fill my water tumbler for work quick and easy. Overall I’m impressed with the look and features.

Love the storage space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with my new Samsung fridge. The storage space is amazing. It fits perfectly in my kitchen space. We needed something larger for our big family and this was perfect. I also am impressed with the water dispenser inside the fridge. I usually don’t have a water dispenser because I’m always concerned with leaking and water ending up in the floor. The dispenser is perfect for my kiddos tumblers and no mess on the floor. It comes in handy for busy mornings. The smaller drawer in the middle is perfect for my kids lunch items. I didn’t know how easy and convenient this fridge was gonna make our everyday routine.

Great looking

The zero clearance fit design made installation easy even in a tight space and the doors still open fully without any issues. It sits nicely with the cabinets and gives a clean built in look. The Sphere Ice works well and keeps drinks cold longer which is great when having guests over. The external water and ice dispenser is very convenient especially for filling large bottles or pitchers without tilting them. Inside there is plenty of space and everything is easy to organize and find. Overall it is a solid fridge that looks good and works well for everyday use.

One of my favorite features is the tall water dispenser being tucked away inside the door. Modern Family Refrigerator

Visually, it is a stunning stainless steel and is bright on the inside. I especially like the soft closing doors, allowing for easy and quiet access. The beverage station inside produces cold water and doesn’t take up too much space. The freezer component slides smoothly and the separate components allow for easy organization. I especially like how the refrigerated shelving can be easily adjusted to your needs, along with being easily accessible for removal and cleaning. I’d highly recommend this fridge to anyone, especially a family looking to maximize a smaller space.

So much space
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator for a week now and we absolutely love it. The refrigerator has so much storage that's it's removed the need for my old fridge we kept in the garage for extra space. The freezer has two drawers that are both deep enough to keep all our frozen items for a family of 5. I love the SmartThings app feature that lets me see when the door is left open, it shows me my energy usage, I can control the temperature and shut off the ice maker, if needed. Never thought I would like smart features in a refrigerator. I really like that the water dispenser is inside the door and it has a large opening to fit my bigger water bottles, and the water filter is right in the middle with very easy access for replacing. I also like that the middle shelving has a portion that can slide back into itself, making room for larger items, like wine bottles or taller jugs of milk. Overall I'm extremely happy with this refrigerator and I highly recommend!

The best refrigerator for any family!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator for a few days now and me and my family are loving every bit of it. Our food has stayed at the appropriate temperatures and the fridge alarms when the doors are kept open too long or not shut enough. The doors provide a good suction to latch and keep closed. The fridge part is so spacious with a huge bottom drawer that keeps veggies and fruits fresh longer. There are side areas that keep our condiments in tact, and a built in water dispenser. Overall very spacious. The freezer part has an upper and lower section that provides so much valuable separation for items and a great amount of storage room. It also has an ice maker built into the freezer drawer and this is very quiet so you never know it is making. I would recommend this fridge for how spacious it is, how quiet, the overall layout, and the reasonable price! My sons and husband are so in love with it and cannot stop getting things out.

Fantastic Refidgerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, this Bespoke AI fridge is such a massive upgrade over the older models. The stainless steel finish feels way more premium than I expected, and it actually stays clean since it’s fingerprint-resistant. I'm so glad they switched to these bar handles; they’re much easier to grab than the hidden ones and look way sharper in the kitchen. Having the ice maker only inside the freezer with this specific model is the best because it gives you a ton of extra shelf space in the fridge. That built-in drawer is also super handy for keeping everything organized and within reach. Lastly, the real winner for me is the zero-clearance hinges, since it’s such a relief to open the doors wide without them clinking against my countertops.

Sleek and Roomy Fridge
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're a family of 7 and need space and functionality. This 29 cu. ft. refrigerator can handle it. The design is smooth and classic, and the doors open easily even in a tight space. There is no shortage of room for food, and the freezer is equally spacious and functional.
Freezer opens well and is spacious too. I really like Samsung app to connect to it and control temperature, light brightness, and more. As a family who drinks water the water filler works great and tall enough for large cups or bottles. I will admit I'd prefer it on the outside, but overall pleased.
The inside drawer is a much needed feature too. You won't go wrong with this refrigerator.
