Arguably the best Segway scooter
I honestly think the Segway F3 is the best all-around scooter Segway makes.
No, it is not the fastest one they sell, and it does not have the biggest battery, but that is kind of the point. The faster Segway scooters are also heavier, bigger, more expensive, and harder to move around. The F3 gives you enough speed and power to actually have fun, but it is still practical enough to use every day.
It goes 20 mph, handles hills well, has a comfortable suspension, and does not feel cheap or shaky when you are riding it. The ride is probably the biggest difference compared to cheaper scooters. Cracks, bumps, and rough pavement do not beat you up nearly as much.
It also has a good-sized deck, turn signals, traction control, self-sealing tires, Apple Find My, and solid water resistance. You are getting a lot of the premium features without paying for a massive performance scooter.
The MAX G3 is faster, but it is also heavier and more expensive. The GT scooters are even faster, but at that point they are huge and not something most people are going to want to carry, store, or throw in the back of a car.
The F3 feels like the sweet spot. It is fast enough, comfortable, well built, and still light enough that it does not become a headache to own. You can commute on it, ride around the neighborhood, take it on bike paths, or just use it for fun.
For most people, the best scooter is not the one with the craziest specs. It is the one you actually enjoy using all the time. That is why I think the F3 is the best Segway scooter they make.

Segway F3 Review

I've taken it on a few long solo trips and those have been great. but I mainly love riding with my son on his C2 Pro. we go everywhere to ride, bridges, rail trails, our neighborhood, etc. We haven't stopped riding since we've gotten them. The main thing I like is they feel very durable and safe which is a big reason I chose Segway.

Another Excellent Scooter From Segway
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Segway F3 has turned my everyday travel into something I actually look forward to. It’s quick, smooth, and just plain fun. I take it to work, on grocery runs, and all around town without ever worrying about the battery. And thanks to its IPX6 rating, even getting caught in the rain is no big deal.
The ride feels solid and comfortable, the smart features are super convenient, and the whole scooter just feels premium. It’s a bit heavier than my previous Segway scooter, but once you’re rolling, it’s a powerhouse. I’m genuinely obsessed with this scooter. The F3 makes every ride a blast. Highly recommend.

Great and fast scooter

Well balanced.
This is the perfectly mid scooter, in a good way. Not too fast, not too slow. The range is alright. My biggest complaint is the long charging time with the standard charger that comes with the scooter.

A bit pricey but convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for the last 30 days. Been using it to commute nearly every day. The built quality is decent. As mechanical engineer, i think it needs care to be able to hold the distance, especially the plastic elements. But it's a compromise for weight probably. Software is okay (pixel 7), overall i'm satisfied with the purchase.

Definitive commuter scooter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great build and power for its price range. Weight is ideal for real commuting with occasional lugging around or hauling into weird spaces. Most suited for sidewalks, dedicated paths, bikeways, and trails so plan routes accordingly. Dangerous on the road with cars unless Segway unlocks just a bit more speed, maybe up to 23mph to keep up with traffic. Overall, perfect city commuter in their lineup- just be aware where it works best.

F3 is the awkard middle ground
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the scooter overall, but feel like its caught in the awkard middle ground of being a little too expensive for how small the battery is and how fast it goes. The suspension is surprisingly effective though and if you can get it on big sale it's worth it. I wouldnt pay full retail price though.

Worst Scooter I've ever had!
I've been riding scooters as a daily commuter for 6 years (most of them segway ninebot various models) and this is the worst one by far! Within the first 3 weeks I've had 4 crashes on it, one landed me with severe injuries I'm still recovering from. I'm very experienced and a safe rider, but this scooter is not up to my standards as far as the brakes and turning goes they are very delayed. I absolutely hate how this scooter beeps loudly when stopping, starting, plugging in or unplugging it and it completely terrifies my dog more than a smoke alarm. The fact that there is no where to turn this feature off is absurd! The only redeeming qualities of this scooter is it is the lightest one I've had, good for handling up and down stairs, it rides smoothly over bumpy surfaces and I like the board is wide enough to have my feet side by side instead of one in front of the other. I would say this scooter is way too slow compared to others but with the jumpy acceleration, laggy brakes and wide turns only it's better that it's slow because this thing is dangerous enough as is!

Segway is rip off
Can't trust Segway with the description of the F3 distance. I find this model flimsy with the back shock absorber I always feel as I'm I'll break this scooter when I take it out.
