Terrific Vacuum
I've had mine for several years. I love it. I had always had the wider ones, but this one is perfect for getting in areas without moving everything. Lifting the canister off is simple, making it easier to vacuum the stairs. I vacuum everyday and it's still going strong!
Now, all I need is to replace the hose.

Wonderful!
I am rearranging my home. I had been using a Eureka for 2 years. But I bought this and went over where that other vac had been used during those 2 years. This vac blew my other out of the water! I went over the same spots 3 times and it picked up so much more. Glides easily. Powerful suction. Just all around wonderful. Just like every other Shark product I've owned, this vacuum DID NOT disappoint me. I'm a Shark girl for life. I would even go so far as to say I prefer it over Dyson. LOVE IT!!

Best one ever
This is the 3rd Shark I have owned. Also had same model at my workplace. Is the absolute best when compared to other brands suck as Kirby and Dyson for a mere fraction of the cost. And it comes with a 5 year warranty to boot.

Works Fabulously!
light easy to maneuver and no stinky bags. I have Huskies and this vacuum nicely grabs the hair up and traps it in the canister. I love how I can empty the canister each time I vacuum instead of smelly vacuum bags. I would love to have an extension to the hose for up high vacuuming with dust attachment and hard floor attachment.

No more tangled hair on the rollers
Love the light weight and the special design on the rollers so that hair doesn’t get tangled. My previous vacuum, I had to pull or cut tangled hair out of the rollers every once in a while.

Long lasting, powerful, allergic free
I have had my Shark Navigator for about 15 years. The reason it has lasted so long is because I have taken care of my part of the bargain. She gets her rollers and wheels checked and cleaned, her canister, filters cleaned and dried and she is emptied after every use.
She is remarkable as the day she was purchased, though looking a little tattered. She has been through several pets, remodels and moves. I have severe allergies and she does what she can to prevent flare upset. I am tempted to get a new one just like her but I am retired (with pets) and have to be frugal. I have no idea who would rate her lower than a five but such is life.

Powerful Dog Hair Disposer
I purchased this vacuum with the goal of having a stronger tool to manage double-coated dog hair and kid cleanup. And it's exceeded my expectations! I already have the Dhark robot vacuum, but the rugs needed help. Navigator to the rescue, with unbelievable suction that pulled SO much out the rugs that I didn't even know was there. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the onboard tools make switching to crevice tasks super simple. It's made cleaning more enjoyable and satisfying. 10/10 if you have dogs and like super cleaning.

Love Shark vacuum, way better at cleaning them Dyson, last longer too. If you want a vacuum that sucks up all the dirt and makes your carpet look brand new, get a Shark! Works great on floors too!

Great for homes with pets.
I'm very pleased with how this vacuum performs on both carpet and laminate flooring. It does a great job getting the pet hair off any surface. The removable canister feature is great for doing stairs and furniture. The filters are easy to rinse out.

This is a game changer. Vacuum cleaner is one of the best vacuums I have ever owned is shark dust gathers. The noise level is not loud. The filter. Scream is amazing. I can’t believe the dust and gathers.

A great product
This is a life saver for us. We have been using a couple different vacuum cleaners but they broke after a short period of time because we have 2 Great Pyrenees dogs (which shed A LOT). Im so glad we decided to buy Shark.

Best ever vacuum
This vacuum has seriously changed the game for our cleaning routine! We have 3 dogs and 3 cats so our house is constantly covered in pet fur and dander but this vacuum makes it so easy! It glides well, has a powerful pickup and maneuvers with ease. I’ll only ever use this vacuum

Great vauum!
I love this vacuum! My family has had one of this model for about 12 years and it still works great. The only reason I bought a new one is because I moved to my own place and needed one for myself. The suction power is great, and I love how the vacuum hoses and canister can detach for different purposes.
