Love this product
Drawer style works well for me and could be because I am short and this works well for wheelchair user as well. The feature that you can just wave on the side of the microwave drawer to open is practical. I also like the feature of reheating because food is hot at the proper temperature and I do not have to guess the time I need to warm certain menu. Lots of one touch feature is very accurate and easy to follow such as melt butter, warm beverage, etc. Easy to clean in and out. So stylish.

Easy to use and beautifully designed.
This is a lovely microwave. I love the design and so far it's working well. I especially like that it's out of the way and leaves my kitchen with clean uncluttered lines. This is the 2nd one I purchased, the first being for another home. :-)

Fantastic product
Recently did a kitchen remodel and we wanted a microwave drawer.
Before making the decision did my due diligence and looked at reviews and found that Sharp is the only true manufacturer of the drawer model so that narrowed our decision and the exact model was narrowed by the features of it.
I love the option of motion door opening. I leave that turned on but i have had it open when it wasn't intended but that was user error. We place the drawer near a location that we stand in front of and dry dishes so the motion option is accidentally activated. But again it not the drawer fault but be aware of your placement. I am confident that if it was in another location it would not be accidentally activated. Just standing in front or walking way will not cause it to open.
The option to use the Sharp app to operate it is another nice feature.
The Wattage power is excellent and performance in reheating or cooking has been spot on.
The interior size of the drawer is excellent for our use and no complaints there.
The close drawer options are great. You can nudge it closed or select an option on the pop open control panel. While speaking about the panel and reason for our decision the glass control panel and not a plastic surface. We use the microwave daily and it when the panel starts to show wear. Hopefully it would not happen with the glass and removing fingerprints it a simple wipe. The hidden panel is also another reason for our decision.
We've owned the microwave for several month and do not regret our decision. This a superior product.

Drawer Microwave
I have been using this microwave since our remodel was finished on January 23 2025. So far I love it. And am pleasantly surprised at how well it works. I am hoping it will work for a long time.

Love our microwave drawer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are not early adopters of new technology so converting from an over-the-cooktop microwave to the drawer was big! And we love it. It’s easy to use. Stays cleaner because removing the heated containers from the drawer is easier and safer than from an eye level microwave.

Loving This

Can't tell you how wonderful this item is. The drawer feature makes access much easier. Also, there is no rotating turntable inside to clean and it heats extremely well. Highly recommend. Love it!!!

Great choice!
I love the sleek design, accessibility and multiple functions of the microwave drawer! Having it under a countertop relieves the kitchen of clutter. The drawer’s ease of use is refreshing; and it gives good results based on the suggested cooking programs. I did find that the automatic open function initiated by a hand wave was overly sensitive - when I moved around quickly in front of the drawer - like opening the refrigerator door which sits across the “galley” from it - it would open without a hand wave.

Love our Sharp!
Always liked Sharp products. My Brother used to train Whirlpools Service Techs. He said I couldn't go wrong with a Sharp. I had one at my previous residence for 27 years and never had to have it serviced. My only compliant with this one is there are no lights on the control panel.

Drawer style Micro Wave
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just had this MW installed. While there is a bit of a learning curve for me, I did use it for reheating tonight’s dinner. My primary use. Definitely like the MW under the counter -much safer! I’ve had sharp counter top microwaves before with excellent successf. Hopefully, this will be the same.

Under counter microwave oven is "Sharp" looking

Will need to brush up on the full use of it by reading the manual and have it close by it. Love the panel that tucks inside so that it's not seen when microwave is not in use.

This microwave has a nice pop up feature on the display. Our previous microwave was hard to read and you had to bend down to see the display. Works and looks great!!

Drawer Microwave plus and a few wishes.
It is easy to put in and take out the food. The internet connection cooking control is handy to program from your smart phone. The wave function to open the drawer is great. So far no issues after several months. Drawer opens and closes a lot. I hope it is built well to it keep it functioning for years to come. I wish there was a trim kit available. I had a trim kit made to close in the gaps to the surrounding doors and drawers on each side and top and bottom of the microwave
