Does Sharp have a newer 24" micro air fryer drawer on the horizon that has permance enhancements? I'm in need of this type of product but holding off because of the number of poor reviews.
I don’t know what’s new but if you want air frying and it hasn’t been upgraded in a major way, do not buy this machine. Mine is a few years old and I’ve been horribly disappointed. I wanted it for toasting and air frying to avoid those appliances in a small kitchen. I’ve had to buy a toaster and keep longing for a decent air fryer.

I don’t think so. But I must say that it doesn’t do any of its many claimed functions well.

Does this need to be vented and do I need to purchase the pedestal also?

What are the specifications other than 24" wide? Am I correct in assuming that Sharp will acknowledge and correct the problems with this model? I fortunately have not purchased it (yet).
DO NOT PURCHASE this product. Forget the measurements, the product does not work as advertised: each function microwave, convection and air fryer are underpowered for each usage. There are too many things squeezed into one unit with none of them being fully functional as stand alone units for much less money. Overpriced, under performing stay away!

Let me tell you how to fix this. Make it 30" wide. Use the extra 2750 cubic inches to build the airfryer with a 2500 watt heater. 2500 watts is required for the volume. Then you will have the best microwave on the market and the only 30" with oven/air fry
