Great microwave
We've had this microwave for about a month. So far, it's been great. It seems to cook hotter, faster than our previous two LG microwaves. We didn't get another LG because on the two we had; the door release button was designed poorly. Both of them broke at the pivot points, which are just cheap plastic. We're 69 and 70 years old, so it wasn't because of rough misuse. My only issue with the new Sharp is, when I turn off the sound for the buttons, it also cancels the "finished" sound. I'll get over it. I hate unnecessary noise, so I turned them off.

Shop Smart - Shop Sharp !!!
Still the best microwave oven out there. I used to have a sharp microwave about 15 years ago. It served me well for approximately nine years and then when it failed, I purchased another brand. That was probably the biggest mistake I ever made. I really didn’t like that microwave and finally when it went out of service I purchased another sharp microwave this one. I can basically say that I really missed having a sharp microwave, it is still the best to reheat foods, best to cook foods, and the inverter technology knows how to evenly and correctly warm and heat foods up with no problems at all. I really wish I had stuck to this brand the whole time I really missed it. This unit is absolutely wonderful from day one and I have been using my new Sharp microwave for three weeks now. Don’t waste your money anywhere else purchase this brand. This particular model is wonderful for home. Use since it has a larger cook plate tray on the inside and also more room to put bigger food items. If need be it also does not use that much energy.

It’s huge inside
We’ve only had it for about two weeks. It is huge inside, great for large items.
It is much more powerful than our previous microwave. So far we love it.

Quiet and Simple to use
Pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is compared to higher end GE Monogram microwave we replaced. Straightforward buttons, but primarily because they’re nearly identical to what we replaced.

Great microwave so far.
So far so good. I've only had it for a few days. Very quiet and efficient. Very roomy inside. I like the fact it has an LED light inside that should last for years. Previous to this I had a Sharp microwave that lasted for 25 years before it died. I'm hoping for the same performance for this on e.

Very powerful and nice and quiet.
The Sharp microwave is very powerful and is nice and quiet when running. The only issue I am having with it is that the beeping sound when the food is ready cannot be muted. Only the pressing of the keys is muted when you select the silent mode. But other than that is a good machine.

Having had another brand's microwave oven for too many years to tell, I spent quite a bit of time searching for the perfect size microwave oven with a sizeable wattage. Almost too many features to mention. I am completely satisfied with this Sharp microwave oven.

Love our new microwave
We recently purchased a new Sharp Family Size Microwave. We love the sensor cook button. It cooks everything perfectly. The meat defrost is much more accurate than in the old one. The potato button works very well, but we do miss the rice button on our old Sharp microwave. I have figured out that it takes three minutes less to cook a cup of rice in this new oven compared to our old one. While it takes up more counter space, we love it for all the great improvements over our old worn out microwave.

Excellent microwave with one flaw
Good unit but we did have an issue with the turntable motor going belly up on us less than one year after we bought the unit. Sharp replaced the unit for us w/o any issues.

The New and Improved
Grabbed this to replace our 2021 1200W, 2.2cu Sharp. The control panel is greatly simplified and brighter for easy reading. Also, this unit is so quiet you can scarcely hear it running. It also cooks a bit hotter than the 2021.

Second Sharp & we love it!
This is our second Sharp microwave. The first lasted 11 years, and the only problem was with the door switch. My husband replaced one of the switches 2 years ago, but when a different switch failed this time, we decided to replace the microwave rather than tearing apart the old one again. It still works fine - the turntable just turns each time you open the microwave. The new one is much quieter, faster, and powerful than the old one, so we are very happy with it. Looked at several brands, but Sharp won out due to our past experience with the brand.

Purchased to replace 6yr old sharp carousel that stopped heating.
This one is very powerful. Heats things in half the time as old one. It is so quiet you dont even know its on until the buzzer goes off. Its bigger than the old one which is nice but didnt fit where i had my old one but so far well worth the issue.

I love the huge turntable and it’s so quite that I have to look to see it running, I’ve having to re-learn the proper cooking times for my favorite dishes due to the 1200 watt power. Wow.

Quiet Kitchen Helper
The Sharp 2.2 cu. ft XL Countertop Microwave Oven is a key part of our kitchen. It is much quieter than our previous microwave oven, so I don't worry about running it early in the morning with others still sleeping. It has convenient single buttons for many of the common functions we use. The sensor cooking functions are very helpful for getting a variety of different foods perfectly warmed up.

So far so great
So far, only owned for little over a month, it’s excellent in all I’ve used it for. Replaced a 2 yr old Panasonic that died from a very common and oft reported problem almost examined the warranty anniversary. Wont touch that brand again and it wasn’t cheap
