Hands down the best!!
Hands down the BEST car seat on the market! My daughter is 13 months old and still fits. It’s so convenient for moms on the move without having to wake up your baby or transfer to a stroller!

Convenient!

Excellent! Yet low handlebar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great car seat and stroller, 10/10. If I had one wish, the handle bar would extend three more inches up. We are a 5’9” and 6’1” couple—we went with the Shyft specifically because the handle bar is taller than competing brands. It’s not very comfortable to push on an hour long walk when you’re this tall.

Seat belt is too tight!!!!
I like the stroller, BUT the straps aren’t long enough. I had a 20lb baby and she’s also like 26inches long. And the straps are too tight. The straps will not adjust any looser. I need help?

I don’t like it
I should have went with my first mind and got the DONNA!! This Evenflo is so ruff when it comes to latching and unlatching. Whether it’s just the car seat or the stroller too. Putting the wheels down to get it in the car is difficult. The base isn’t sturdy, it’s way to heavy . . 2/10 do not recommend, it’s cute tho

Broken gets stuck in car
I really loved this car seat at first—it was extremely helpful and convenient to use. Unfortunately, that changed when the seat became stuck on the base. While my husband was trying to remove the car seat from the base without the wheels attached, the clips underneath the car seat that secure it to the wheels broke.
As a result, I was left without a usable car seat for my son. This was incredibly disappointing, especially considering how expensive this car seat is. I expected much better durability and quality for the price.

Poor folding and releasing from base
Car seat is problematic very often. More than half the time the wheels do not want to fold back correctly. This causes embarrassment and back pain in public when you’re fighting the stroller. Nearly every time I try to leave the wheels in the base in the car they get stuck and won’t come off. I had the doona for my last child. The quality was much better on the doona. Overall I hate this car seat and I’m constantly fighting to get it to work correctly

Can’t Clean Carseat Cover - Doesn’t Detach
This has got to be one of the worse purchases we made. Reason being…When your baby has a blowout(s) as they will…You cannot detach the seating to wash it. So you have to hope you’ve scrubbed enough and cleaned it well. What was evenflo thinking when they made this undetachable seat cover? Very upsetting. So we place towels at the bottom in hopes to catch whatever is going to come out for this reason

Issues with the item
Started out working great, a few months using and the wheels isn’t popping out as they should when letting the stroller up and down…definitely should not be having issues this soon using this stroller carseat and from the reviews it look like an ongoing issue…

Does not last at all
Horrible, thought I was making a good purchase with this one, up until the stroller started to malfunction, the wheels get stuck on their way back up to folding position, and the car seat won’t detach from the wheels while in the base! Broke my back postpartum and haven’t been able to use it as much due to the fact that it won’t turn into a car seat and it’s too heavy with the wheels and even if I try using it with the wheels it’s a hassle because they get stuck!

Doesn’t last
Used my car seat for about a year was planning to use with my next kid but the thing is basically garbage. It gets stuck in the base all the time and it’s a struggle getting it back in, then when I do get it out the wheels don’t come down on the stroller. For how expensive they are you would think it would last a little longer then mine did

Underwhelming, poor durability
Front wheel steering stopped unlocking after using it for ~3. 5 months. When you unfold the stroller, one of the front wheels no longer unlocks so it doesn’t steer freely. When folding it back up, the wheels are now also consistently not automatically aligning themselves to fold properly.
Additionally, we find it’s temperamental to lock and unlock from the base. You feel like you locked it in, but then the car seat portion won’t separate from the stroller, indicated the base isn’t actually locked fully (and requiring you to unlock the full stroller and relock it before removing the car seat - not great with a sleeping baby). No good indication that this happened - all the audible clicks happen and it seems locked.
Overall good concept but very underwhelmed with the execution.

Car seat will not remove from base
Was given this as a gift for our baby shower, due in 3 weeks and the car seats will not remove from the wheels when locked in the base :( we’ve tried everything, even bought a second base and it does the same thing.

Safety hazard
Bought this in October, and it worked well for a bit. Now the wheels are having a hard time clicking in when folding. It has been locked before but unfolded on its own, which is a major hazard. Also, the thing is heavy.

As I go through the reviews I realize I am experiencing the same issue as everyone else and it’s so disappointing. Car seat won’t detach and wheels work when they want to. Just when I thought I’d have some longevity from this product yet, this is so disappointing I don’t understand why a recall hadn’t been issued

Stuck in car
I loved it was going great but then no idea what happened but it got stuck in the base and I can’t get it out of boyfriends dads car so now I don’t have a car seat for my son and the seat belt is stuck in there so I can’t remove it my boyfriends dad is going to cut the seat belt because he needs his car for his family so now I don’t have a car seat what a disappointment.

Disappointed
I was so excited for this dual car seat/ stroller for my baby girl! I had huge expectations and over all this is an okay product. However since day one the stroller function has a lot of problems trying to close up to put into the car. It is very irritating but especially irritating when it’s cold or raining outside. It now is just to the point I don’t use it at all because it’s more problems than it’s worth

DO NOT BUY / LIFE THREATENING FLAW!!
This car seat is one of the most convenient products I’ve ever used as a parent. The collapsible stroller-to car seat design is outstanding quick, simple, and perfect for fast transitions. In terms of daily convenience, it’s easily a five-star product.
But it has one major, life threatening flaw that forces me to give it one star.
My 15-month-old can press the button that releases the chest clip. He figured it out during normal travel, and the clip pops open with almost no resistance. A child this young should not be able to disengage a critical part of the restraint system while the vehicle is moving. This isn’t a minor issue, it completely defeats the primary purpose of a car seat: keeping a child safely secured in a crash.
Until this design is changed so the chest clip requires more force, a two step action, or a child resistant mechanism, I cannot recommend this product despite its convenience. Safety has to come before everything else.

Safety hazard
Safety hazard as baby grows older! I absolutely loved this car seat when my son was smaller and I recommended it to anyone and everyone but as my little guy got older even though he was still in the recommended height and weight range he could easily push the button and unbuckle himself which to me is a huge huge safety hazard. If they could fix this it would be a 5 star stroller. I loved all the features about it but my son should still be able to use it based on their height and weight and we cannot and now having to spend several hundred again on a new car seat when this should have been able to last us longer.

WHEELS GET STUCK WHILE FOLDING
i was loving the stroller so much especially when i was out with my baby alone without my husband, out of now where the back wheels get stuck and i can’t fold it completely because the car seat part doesn’t do the dip anymore. . i wish i could get it replaced because i truly loved it!

Heavy, when you open the
Heavy, when you open the wheels to turn it into stroller it opens very roughly, wouldn’t recommend for infant without buying your own newborn inserts for their head. Evenflo pivot would be better.
