I had purchased this Singing Machine on Amazon for a xmas gift for the grandkids at almost double the price! (Quickly sent it back!) I had never heard of this company but called them first and they were very reassuring, telling me the history of the company and all about shipping and their return policy so I happily ordered the machine from them! When I told my daughter how I had saved with this new company she told me she had purchased all her top of the line appliances for her new kitchen months ago from them and loved dealing with this company!!! (Can't tell this younger generation anything they don't already know!!) So there you go!
